Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a household appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 11, a door 14, and a basket 15. The housing 11 defines a chamber 12, and the chamber 12 has an opening 13. The door 14 is movably connected to the housing 11, and the door 14 is used for opening and closing the opening 13. The home appliance 100 has a cylindrical shape in a state where the door 14 closes the opening 13. The arc of the door 14 is smaller than that of the case 11. The carrier basket 15 is cylindrical and the carrier basket 15 is located in the chamber 12.
Above-mentioned domestic appliance 100 through being cylindrical setting, the quantity of reducible domestic appliance 100 surperficial corner avoids the human body to bump into the corner on domestic appliance 100 surface and causes the unnecessary injury, and then improves domestic appliance 100's security.
In particular, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the chamber 12 is accordingly a cylindrical space. The opening 13 is formed on the side of the household appliance 100 in a cambered surface, and the radian formed by the opening 13 is smaller than that of the shell 11. The door 14 is movably connected to one side of the opening 13 corresponding to the opening 13, so that the opening 13 can be opened by one hand at one time, and the operation of a user is convenient. The home appliance 100 having a cylindrical shape may also be more aesthetically pleasing.
It will be appreciated that the carrying basket 15 occupies more space within the chamber 12 and by providing the carrying basket 15 with a cylindrical shape, the space within the chamber 12 can be maximally utilized so that the carrying basket 15 carries more items. Preferably, the diameter of the carrier basket 15 is smaller than the width of the opening 13, which facilitates easy access to the carrier basket 15.
The household appliance 100 includes, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a disinfection cabinet, and other household appliances 100 having a basket 15.
More specifically, in case the household appliance 100 is a dishwasher, the carrying basket 15 is used to carry dishes (such as bowls and chopsticks) to be washed. The door 14 is rotatably connected to the housing 11 and opens and closes the opening 13 so that the carrier basket 15 can be placed in the chamber 12 through the opening 13 and the carrier basket 15 can be taken out of the chamber 12 through the opening 13. In the illustrated embodiment, the door 14 is rotatably coupled to one side of the case 11 such that the door 14 can horizontally open and close the opening 13. It is understood that in other embodiments, the door 14 may also open the opening 13 downward and close the opening 13 upward. In another embodiment, the door 14 is slidably connected to the housing 11, and may open the opening 13 vertically upward and close the opening 13 vertically downward, or may open and close the opening 13 laterally, which is not particularly limited herein.
In case the household appliance 100 is a disinfection cabinet, the carrying basket 15 may carry the items to be disinfected. The sterilizer may spray sterilizing fluid or hot air into chamber 12. It is understood that the specific principle of the household appliance 100 in other embodiments is similar to that of the above-described embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, a ratio of the arc of the door 14 to the arc of the household appliance 100 is greater than or equal to one third and less than one half. Thus, articles can be prevented from being placed in the carrier basket 15, and excessive space can be prevented from being occupied when the door body 14 is opened.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the arc of the door 14 corresponds to an angle of α, the arc of the appliance 100 corresponds to an angle of 360, in one embodiment, α is 120, and the ratio of the arc of the door 14 to the arc of the appliance 100 is one third, in another embodiment, α is less than 180, and the ratio of the arc of the door 14 to the arc of the appliance 100 is less than one half.
It can be understood that if the ratio of the arc of the door 14 to the arc of the household appliance 100 is too small (e.g. less than one third), the opening 13 of the housing 11 is narrow, which is inconvenient to put the basket 15 into the chamber 12 and take the basket out of the chamber 12, and the using effect is affected; if the ratio of the radian of the door body 14 to the radian of the household appliance 100 is too large (if greater than one half), the opening 13 of the housing 11 is relatively too large, so that the internal structural member (such as the driving component 16) of the household appliance 100 is too exposed outside, the area of the internal structural member used for supporting the household appliance 100 in the chamber 12 is limited, the stability of the internal structural member of the household appliance 100 in the chamber 12 is affected, moreover, the door body 14 is relatively large, the occupied space is large when the door body 14 is opened, and the use by a user is inconvenient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a driving assembly 16, and the driving assembly 16 is connected to the carrier basket 15 and is used for driving the carrier basket 15 to move in the chamber 12. Thus, the treatment effect on the articles in the carrying basket 15 can be improved.
It will be appreciated that in the case of a dishwasher, when items (e.g., dishes) are washed in the basket 15, the items may have dead corners that are impossible or difficult to wash, thereby affecting the washing performance. Through the arrangement of the driving assembly 16, the carrying basket 15 can be driven to move in the chamber 12, so that the coverage area of the objects during cleaning can be effectively increased, and the cleaning effect of the tableware in the carrying basket 15 is improved. For the disinfection cabinet, the disinfection effect of the articles in the carrying basket 15 can be improved, and the like.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the carrying basket 15 may translate up and down, back and forth, or left and right within the chamber 12, may also rotate within the chamber 12, or may rotate while moving in a specific direction. The manner in which the carrier basket 15 moves within the chamber 12 in other embodiments is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the driving assembly 16 includes a driving member 17, a transmission member 18 and a bracket 21, a movable member 23 is disposed on the bracket 21, the transmission member 18 connects the driving member 17 and the movable member 23, the basket 15 is disposed on the bracket 21 and connected to the movable member 23, and the driving member 17 is configured to drive the movable member 23 to move through the transmission member 18, so that the basket 15 moves in the chamber 12.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, in the case that the basket 15 is located in the chamber 12 and receives the articles, the driving member 17 drives the driving member 18, so that the movable member 23 moves the basket 15, and the tableware can move along with the basket 15. Like this, when domestic appliance 100 washs, the tableware can move for domestic appliance 100 can wash the whole surface of tableware, thereby reduces or eliminates the washing dead angle to the tableware in bearing basket 15, and then promotes the cleaning performance.
In one embodiment, the transmission member 18 may comprise a gear and the movable member 23 may comprise a rack. The gear and rack are meshingly connected such that rotation of the gear translates into translation of the rack, and the drive member 17 drives the gear to rotate back and forth such that the rack translates the carrier basket 15 back and forth. In another embodiment, the transmission member 18 may comprise a belt. Specifically, the belt is sleeved on the output shaft of the driving member 17 and the movable member 23, and the driving member 17 can drive the belt through the output shaft, so as to drive the movable member 23 to move. In this way, the function of the carrier basket 15 moving within the chamber 12 is achieved.
In addition, the driving member 17 may include, but is not limited to, an electric motor, a power pump, a hydraulic machine, a pneumatic machine, a piston pump, and other components and devices capable of outputting power, and is not limited thereto.
The present embodiment will be described with the household appliance 100 being a dishwasher. It is understood that the present embodiment is equally applicable to disinfection cabinets and other household appliances 100 having a drive assembly 16 configuration.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the moveable member 23 is annular, and the basket 15 is carried on the moveable member 23. In this manner, cleaning of the contents of the carrier basket 15 is facilitated while simplifying the construction of the support frame 21.
It will be appreciated that the movable member 23 is annularly arranged such that the basket 15 can be connected to the annular upper side of the movable member 23 such that other portions of the basket 15 are not covered by the movable member 23. In the illustrated embodiment, the hinge 23 is attached to the bottom of the carrier basket 15. The bottom of the carrier basket 15 has a grid 29, the position of the grid 29 corresponding to the inside of the ring of the mobile element 23. In this way, the washing water of the household appliance 100 may be sprayed from the bottom of the carrier basket 15 into the carrier basket 15 to wash the downwardly facing surface of the articles. Liquid (such as water and disinfectant) in the carrier basket 15 can also drop downward through the movable member 23, so as to avoid remaining in the carrier basket 15 and attaching to the surface of the article.
In addition, the movable member 23 is provided in a ring shape, and the required material can be reduced, so that the overall weight of the bracket 21 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the upper surface of the movable member 23 is provided with a first guide groove 25. The drive assembly 16 includes a roller 27. The rolling member 27 is partially located in the first guide groove 25 and can roll along the first guide groove 25 to move, and the carrier basket 15 is carried on the rolling member 27. In this manner, the movable member 23 can rotate the carrier basket 15 by rolling the rolling member 27 along the first guide slot 25.
Specifically, the first guide groove 25 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the movable member 23, and the rolling member 27 is spherical and rollably defined in the groove of the first guide groove 25. The depth of the first channel 25 is less than the radius or diameter of the rolling member 27 so that the rolling member 27 may be partially located in the first channel 25 and partially exposed to the first channel 25 and contact the bottom surface of the carrier basket 15. In the illustrated embodiment, the first channel 25 has a plurality of rollers 27 therein, the plurality of rollers 27 collectively receiving the carrier basket 15.
The movable element 23 can be rotated in the circumferential direction by the drive element 17 driving the transmission element 18. Friction force is generated between the rolling member 27 and the bottom surface of the first guide groove 25, so that the rolling member 27 can be driven to roll clockwise or counterclockwise, the rolling directions are tangential directions along the first guide groove 25, and the rolling member 27 can also roll and move in the first guide groove 25 along the circumferential direction of the movable member 23. In this case, friction is also generated between the plurality of rolling members 27 and the carrier basket 15, thereby simultaneously rotating the carrier basket 15 clockwise or counterclockwise. It should be noted that the rotational speed of the movable member 23 should be controlled so that slippage does not occur between the rolling member 27 and the first channel 25, and between the rolling member 27 and the carrier basket 15.
In addition, in other embodiments, the first channel 25, the rolling member 27 and the carrier basket 15 may be polished, corroded, plated or sanded to increase the surface roughness, so as to increase the friction between the rolling member 27 and the first channel 25 and between the rolling member 27 and the carrier basket 15, thereby preventing the rolling member 27 from slipping and the rolling member 27 from slipping with the carrier basket 15 when rolling in the first channel 25.
In addition, in some embodiments, the bottom of the carrier basket 15 is provided with a second channel (not shown) in which the rolling member 27 is partially located. The driving effect of the rolling elements 27 on the carrier basket 15 can be raised.
In particular, the second guide slot is recessed annularly on the bottom surface of the basket 15 and corresponds to the first guide slot 25, so that the rolling member 27 can abut against the second guide slot. In this way, the contact area between the rolling members 27 and the carrier basket 15 is increased and the rolling members 27 may more effectively drive the carrier basket 15. At the same time, the second and first guide grooves 25 cooperate to define the rolling member 27, preventing the rolling member 27 from falling off the bracket 21 during the rotation of the movable member 23.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, at least two carrying baskets 15 are disposed on the bracket 21, and the at least two carrying baskets 15 are spaced apart from each other along the height direction of the household appliance 100. In this way, more items can be accommodated.
It will be appreciated that by increasing the number of carrier baskets 15, the number of items processed by the household appliance 100 can be increased. In particular, the baskets 15 are spaced apart along the height of the household appliance 100 to facilitate the direct removal of articles (e.g., dishes) from the compartment 12.
In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the carrier baskets 15 is two, the number of the movable members 23 is two, and two carrier baskets 15 are provided on one of the brackets 21. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the number of baskets 15 may be three or more, and may be selected as appropriate. In addition, the spacing distance between the carrier baskets 15 should be adjusted according to the size of the household appliance 100 and the size of the chamber 12, and other embodiments are not limited herein. The number of carrier baskets 15 and the number of runners 23 may be the same or different. In the case that the number of the movable members 23 is smaller than the number of the carrying baskets 15, it is possible to provide other transmission structures to enable one movable member 23 to drive two or more carrying baskets 15 to move.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a water flow assembly 31, and the water flow assembly 31 includes a water cup 32, a pump 33, and a spray arm 34. The cup 32 and pump 33 are located at the bottom of the chamber 12 and the spray arm 34 is located within the chamber 12. The spray arm 34 includes spaced upper, middle and lower spray arms 35, 36, 37, with at least one carrier basket 15 disposed between the upper and middle spray arms 35, 36 and at least one carrier basket 15 disposed between the middle and lower spray arms 36, 37. Thus, when the carrier basket 15 moves, the spray arm 34 can be matched to reduce the cleaning dead angle of the carrier basket 15.
Specifically, cup 32 is located at the bottom of water flow assembly 31. A pump 33 is connected to the side of the cup 32 so that liquid can be fed into the spray arm 34. The water flow assembly 31 further includes a water tube 38. The pump 33 communicates with a water pipe 38, and the water pipe 38 communicates with the lower spray arm 37 at the bottom of the chamber 12 and extends horizontally to the side wall of the chamber 12 at one side of the water cup 32. The water pipe 38 extends upward along the sidewall of the chamber 12 and is formed with branches communicating to the middle and upper spray arms 36 and 35, respectively. The upper, middle and lower spray arms 35, 36, 37 are arranged in this order at intervals in the vertical direction, so that the carrier basket 15 can be placed between the upper spray arm 35 and the middle spray arm 36 and between the middle spray arm 36 and the lower spray arm 37.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper spray arm 35, the middle spray arm 36 and the lower spray arm 37 each extend in a horizontal direction, the surface of the spray arm 34 is formed with upwardly and/or downwardly facing spray ports, and the upper spray arm 35, the middle spray arm 36 and the lower spray arm 37 are rotatably connected to the water pipe 38. The pump 33 can deliver liquid (such as water, disinfectant, etc.) to the spray arm 34 along the water tube 38, and the spray arm 34 is rotated by the pressure of the water flow to clean or disinfect the articles in the basket 15, thereby increasing the coverage area of the spray arm 34 and further reducing the dead space of cleaning.
In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the bottom of the water flow assembly 31 has a collection platform 39, the water cup 32 is disposed in the center of the collection platform 39, and the upper surface of the collection platform 39 is disposed in a downward inclination from the edge to the center. Under the condition that the liquid in the cavity 12 drops to the upper surface of the collecting platform 39, the liquid can flow into the water cup 32 along the upper surface of the collecting platform 39, so that the problem of unnecessary cleaning caused by residual liquid in the cavity 12 is avoided, water in the water cup 32 is filtered, then is sent into the spray arm 34 by the pump 33 to be sprayed out, and then is collected by the water cup 32, so that water circulation is formed. The bottom wall of the chamber 12 may be opened with an opening, and the collecting platform 39 is disposed at the opening and hermetically connected to the hole wall of the opening to prevent water leakage.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 comprises a drying assembly (not shown) mounted to the housing 11 for drying the air inside the chamber 12. Thus, after the cleaning is finished, the articles can be directly dried.
It is understood that after the washing process of the article is completed, water drops after washing remain on the surface of the article. In such a case, if the item is to be removed from the chamber 12, the water droplets may splash or fall around, which may affect the user experience. Through setting up dry assembly, can dry remaining water droplet, avoid the emergence of above-mentioned problem. Meanwhile, the water stain storage device can be used for directly storing or using articles conveniently, so that the operation of wiping or pouring water stains is omitted, and the use efficiency of the articles is improved.
Specifically, the drying assembly may include a fan and an air duct. The fan is located in the wind channel and corresponds to the air inlet of the wind channel, the wind channel is located outside the cavity 12, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the wind channel are communicated with the cavity 12. When the drying component dries the inside of the chamber 12, the fan sucks air in the chamber 12 into the air duct, so that hot humid air is condensed in the air duct to form condensed water which is discharged out of the air duct. The dried air enters the chamber 12 from the air outlet of the air duct to form air circulation. In this way, the air in the chamber 12 can be circulated, the volatilization speed of the liquid (such as water) in the chamber 12 is accelerated, and the drying effect is realized. Additionally, in other embodiments, the drying assembly may include a heating element. The heating member is disposed in the air duct and heats air in the air duct, so that the temperature of the air in the chamber 12 can be raised, and moisture in the chamber 12 can be evaporated more quickly.
