The mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet controls the water pump to continuously convey water in the water tank to the mop cloth by using the control circuit board, so that the mop cloth is continuously wetted in the mopping process, the conveyed water quantity can be scientifically controlled, and the floor is prevented from being damaged by excessive water; the water tank is provided with a check valve, so that water leakage of the water tank is avoided while the pressure in the water tank is ensured to be positive, negative pressure in the water tank caused by water outlet of the water tank is prevented, and the phenomenon that the water tank cannot normally discharge water is avoided; the spring is arranged on the mop bracket, so that the mop cannot be separated from the ground due to the movement of the robot, the mop is ensured to be kept in contact with the ground, and the cleaning force of the mop on the ground is ensured; meanwhile, the anti-collision strips arranged on the side faces of the floor mopping robot surround the periphery of the floor mopping robot, so that the collision of the floor mopping robot in the floor mopping process can be buffered, the collision noise is reduced, and the robot and collided objects are protected.
Claims (10)
1. The mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet is characterized by comprising a water tank (1), a mop bracket (3), a machine body shell (2), a moving assembly, a control assembly, a power supply assembly and a water control assembly, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the machine body shell (2), the moving assembly, the control assembly, the power supply assembly and the water control assembly are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the water tank (1) is connected with the machine body shell (2), the mop bracket (3) is arranged at the bottom of the machine body shell (2), and a mop (33) is fixed on the mop bracket (3); the control assembly comprises a control key (41) and a control circuit board (42), the water control assembly comprises a water pump (5), and the control circuit board (42) is electrically connected with the water pump (5) and controls the stop and the start of the water pump (5); be equipped with first water supply port on water tank (1), be equipped with on engine body shell (2) with the water inlet that first water supply port corresponds, the water inlet communicates with the water inlet of water pump (5), be equipped with the second water supply port on engine body shell (2), the delivery port and the second water supply port intercommunication of water pump (5), water pump (5) are carried water through the second water supply port and are fixed on mop (33) of mop support (3).

The controllable continuous water outlet mopping robot according to claim 1, wherein the second water supply port is provided with more than one, the water control assembly further comprises a water separator (51), the water inlet of the water separator (51) is connected with the water outlet of the water pump (5), the water separator (51) is provided with water outlets corresponding to the number of the second water supply ports, and the water outlets are respectively connected with the second water supply ports.

The floor mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 1, wherein the water tank (1) is arranged at the top of the machine body shell (2), the first water supply port of the water tank (1) is arranged at the bottom of the water tank (1), the first water supply port is provided with a water stopping device, the water stopping device comprises a water stopping bracket (14), a spring (15), a smart valve (16) and a rubber plug (17), the water stopping bracket (14) is fixed at the bottom of the water tank (1) through a buckle, the smart valve (16) is cross-shaped, the upper end of the smart valve (16) is sleeved with the spring (15) and is inserted into the water stopping bracket (14), so that the smart valve (16) can be fixed in the water stopping bracket (14) in an up-and-down moving manner, the left end and the right end of the smart valve (16) abut against the bottom of the water tank (1) to limit the downward movement of the smart valve (16), the rubber plug (17) is arranged at the first water supply port, the smart valve (16) is abutted against the rubber plug (17), and the lower end of the smart valve (16) penetrates through the rubber plug (17) to extend out of the water tank (1); be equipped with filter core (23) on the water inlet of engine body shell (2) and fix filter core cover (22) of filter core (23), filter core cover (22) be with the anastomotic annular of first water supply port, filter core (23) set up the middle part of filter core cover (22) and can with clever valve (16) butt.

The floor mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 1, wherein a flow stopping port is further formed in the bottom of the water tank (1), a flow stopping valve (18) is arranged on the flow stopping port, one end of the flow stopping valve (18) is a fixed end fixed on the flow stopping port, the shape of the fixed end is matched with that of the flow stopping port, the other end of the flow stopping valve (18) is a flow stopping end extending into the water tank (1), the flow stopping valve (18) is gradually flattened from the middle of the valve body to the end of the flow stopping end, and an air permeable gap is formed in the end of the flow stopping end.
5. The mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 4, wherein the flow stopping valve (18) is made of a soft material, and the soft material is one of silica gel, rubber or fluorosilicone rubber.

The controllable continuous water outlet mopping robot according to claim 1, wherein the control assembly further comprises an infrared transceiver connected with a control circuit board (42), the infrared transceiver is arranged on the top of the machine body shell (2) and can send infrared signals to a space above the mopping robot, and the control circuit board (42) controls the infrared transceiver to send and receive infrared signals.

The mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 1, wherein the body shell (2) comprises an upper shell and a bottom plate, the mop support (3) is fixed on the bottom plate, the shape of the mop support (3) is matched with that of the bottom plate, more than one mounting post is arranged on the mop support (3), a mounting groove for inserting the screw post is arranged at a corresponding position on the bottom plate, a buffer spring (31) is arranged between the bottom of the mounting post and the bottom of the mounting groove and is connected through a screw, so that the mop support (3) is fixed by the screw and is kept to be abutted against the ground under the pushing of the buffer spring (31).

The mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 7, wherein a bumper strip (34) is arranged on the side surface of the mopping robot, the bumper strip (34) is in a hollow ring shape, the bumper strip (34) is arranged on the side edge of the machine body shell (2) or the mop bracket (3) around the mopping robot, a bumper strip installation groove is arranged along the side edge on the machine body shell (2) or the mop bracket (3), and the bumper strip (34) is installed in the bumper strip installation groove.

The controllable continuous water discharging mopping robot according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the mop bracket (3) is provided with magic tapes (35) for fixing the mop (33), and the magic tapes (35) are distributed on the bottom of the mop bracket (3) in a circumferential array with the center of the mop bracket (3) as a circle center.

The floor mopping robot capable of controlling continuous water outlet according to claim 3, wherein the water tank comprises a tank body (11) and a water tank bottom plate (13) as the bottom of the water tank, the tank body (11) is opened downwards, the water tank bottom plate (13) is arranged at the opening of the tank body (11) and is connected with the top of the machine body shell, a first magnet (12) is arranged on the water tank bottom plate (13), a second magnet (21) is arranged at the top of the machine body shell (2) contacted with the water tank bottom plate (13), and the first magnet (12) and the second magnet (21) are correspondingly arranged and mutually attracted, so that the water tank (1) is detachably fixed at the top of the machine body shell (2).
