8% of ethyl maltol, 2% of acetylpyrazine, 10% of 2-5 dimethyl pyrazine, 8% of bread ketone, 1% of Methyl Cyclopentenolone (MCP), 2% of vanilla extract and the balance of ethanol, and the components are fully mixed to obtain the roasted sweet flavor essence.
Example 4
The roasted sweet fragrant essence consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
the roasted sweet flavor essence is prepared by fully mixing 7% of ethyl maltol, 1.5% of acetylpyrazine, 12% of 2-5% of dimethylpyrazine, 6% of bread ketone, 0.8% of Methyl Cyclopentenolone (MCP), 1.5% of vanilla extract and the balance of ethanol.
Example 5
The roasted sweet fragrant essence consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
8% of ethyl maltol, 2% of acetylpyrazine, 11% of 2-5 dimethyl pyrazine, 7.5% of bread ketone, 1.2% of Methyl Cyclopentenolone (MCP), 2.2% of vanilla extract and the balance of ethanol, and the components are fully mixed to obtain the roasted sweet flavor essence.
