The invention provides a production and preparation process of a pesticide effervescent agent, which comprises the following steps: weighing the effective components, the auxiliary agent, the acid, the alkali and the filler according to the formula of the pesticide effervescent agent in proportion, putting the effective components, the auxiliary agent, the acid, the alkali and the filler into a gravity-free mixer, and stirring and mixing the materials until the materials are uniform and have no color difference; adding an adhesive and a solvent, mixing in a kneader, and then feeding into a granulator for kneading granulation to obtain an effervescent agent semi-finished product, wherein the kneading granulation comprises wet granulation and dry granulation tabletting; and (3) carrying out microwave heating vacuum drying on the effervescent agent semi-finished product to obtain the pesticide effervescent agent, simultaneously condensing and recovering the solvent through a condensation recovery device, and carrying out microwave heating vacuum drying to obtain dynamic drying in which the material can move at a certain speed in a drying machine. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the drying uniformity of the product is improved, the material is not easy to damage in the drying process, the product quality and the production efficiency of the effervescent agent are greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.

Therefore, compared with the drying method in the prior art, the production and preparation process of the pesticide effervescent agent provided by the invention adopts microwave heating vacuum drying, and can achieve a better drying effect by adopting shorter drying time at a lower drying temperature and a high vacuum degree, the moisture of the effervescent agent after drying can be as low as 0.3%, the effervescent agent can be rapidly decomposed within 5min when in use, and the effervescent agent has no flatulence during hot storage, so that the drying effect is good, and the drying efficiency is high. The energy is saved on the whole, the time is saved, the working efficiency is improved, and the product quality is improved.

adding an adhesive and a solvent, mixing in a kneader, and then feeding into a granulator for kneading granulation to obtain a semi-finished effervescent agent product, wherein the kneading granulation comprises wet granulation and dry granulation tabletting;
and carrying out microwave heating vacuum drying on the effervescent agent semi-finished product to obtain a pesticide effervescent agent, and simultaneously condensing and recovering the solvent through a condensation recovery device, wherein the microwave heating vacuum drying is dynamic drying in which the material can move at a certain speed in a drying machine.

the condensation temperature of the condensation recovery device is controlled between 0 ℃ and-20 ℃ when the solvent is condensed and recovered.
