Abstract

一种适用于压敏电阻的可外部控制的热脱扣装置,包括压敏电阻芯片(1)和热脱离器(2),还包括可控发热元件(3);热脱离器(2)的脱扣电极(21)与压敏电阻芯片(1)的电极(11)通过可熔的焊接材料(4)连接;可控发热元件(3)由外部控制终端控制进行发热,并将发热的热量传递至焊接材料(4)的焊接处,以熔化焊接材料(4),使热脱离器(2)的脱扣电极(21)与压敏电阻芯片(1)断开电连接。通过在外部控制可控发热元件(3)发热,以实现热脱离器(2)与压敏电阻芯片(1)的主动脱离,如,当发现压敏电阻芯片(1)劣化或其他元器件老化时,在外部控制终端的控制下,可控发热元件(3)可自主发热,使得焊接材料(4)熔化,热脱离器(2)与压敏电阻芯片(1)主动脱离,提高应用该压敏电阻的设备的安全可靠性。
