Abstract

本发明改变过去所有荧光灯管内表面全涂荧光粉法,为部分不涂荧光粉即所谓开窗口法来增加发光亮度,亮度可增加2-3倍,以达节能约1/2以上目的。也可做成全窗口型即外管全不涂荧光粉,内管外表面全部涂荧光粉,发光亮度更增加。本发明可使用于任何生产荧光灯工厂,生产成本可减少,用户使用方便,无须更换原灯座。

荧光灯管开窗口法增强发光亮度与节能技术
本发明属电光源技术领域。
目前所有荧光灯管荧光粉涂满管内表面,灯管内发出的可见光,都要经荧光粉层后才能透射出来,因此可见光要被吸收很多,管外表面发光亮度减少很多。灯管内气体主要是汞蒸汽放电、辐射大量紫外线,它激发荧光粉表层辐射强的可见光,表面层吸收紫外线最多,亮度最大,表层下因紫外线减少而亮度减弱,管内可见光无法直接辐射出管外,要透过荧光粉而被吸收很多,减弱了管外的亮度。如在灯管上开窗口,即部分内表面不涂荧光粉,使可见光直接辐射出来,可使亮度增加很多,约2-3倍,这就可节约能源。
灯管上开窗口的具体方法的二个例子。
(1)图1是长园管形灯管,上半部内表面涂荧光粉如(a)中阴影部分,图1(b)为断面示意图,虚线示荧光粉层。灯管上方可见光L1仍与原光强大约一样,未涂荧光粉的窗口向下发射的光L2要增亮2-3倍,制造灯管的普通玻璃只吸收可见光1%,但紫外线透不过,故下方只有可见光,不会有不良影响。这样可节约能源约1/2。一支开窗口的荧光灯至少可与二支相同瓦数的旧型荧光灯相当,任何生产荧光灯工厂都可方便地使用这种技术,生产过程基本不变,只一半内表面不涂荧光粉,成本费还可降低。用户无须更换原有灯座设备。
(2)图2为全窗口型荧光灯管示意图,内管1外表面涂荧光粉,所发之可见光99%透过外管,故可谓全窗口型,制造也不困难,光效更高,更节能。

  1. 在各种各样荧光灯管上开窗口即管内表面部份与全部不涂荧光粉层方法,包括灯管内一半面积不涂荧光粉法与外管内表面全部不涂,内管外表面全涂荧光粉法。
