The locking return elastic member 3 is connected to the locking member 2 and has a biasing force for maintaining the locking member 2 at the locking position, and the locking return elastic member 3 is a torsion spring.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a locking return elastic member 3 is further disposed in the circuit breaker, the locking return elastic member 3 is selected as a torsion spring, a torsion arm of the torsion spring abuts against a catch 14, and a biasing force is provided to extend the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 out of the circuit breaker housing.
As shown in fig. 1, the plane formed by the front side wall 15 of the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 is in a vertical state when the locking end 12 extends out of the case of the circuit breaker; in addition, as an alternative embodiment, the plane may be inclined forward from the bottom.
As shown in fig. 2, the rear side of the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 has a contact platform 16 adapted to engage with the housing of the electrical switching apparatus, whereby the contact platform 16 is used to block the locking member 2 from extending completely out of the housing of the circuit breaker.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the circuit breaker further includes: a latch 7 and a front end driver 5. The lock catch 7 is rotatably arranged in the shell and used for enabling a moving contact and a fixed contact in the shell to be in contact and locked at a switch-on position through rotation, the lock catch 7 is driven through a trip catch, and the trip catch is connected with the front-end driving part 5 through a second connecting rod 6; when the switch is switched on, the front-end driving piece 5 drives the jump buckle to rotate through the second connecting rod 6, the jump buckle pushes the lock catch 7 to rotate in a linkage mode, when the jump buckle rotates to a certain distance, the jump buckle and the lock catch 7 are located at a rotation dead point, at the moment, the lock catch 7 is locked and cannot rotate reversely, and a moving contact and a static contact in the shell are in contact with each other and are locked under the action of the lock catch 7. The lock catch 7 is provided with a matching operation end 8 extending towards the direction of the locking structure, when the lock catch 7 rotates, the matching operation end 8 moves along an execution path, the execution path and the movement path of the driving end 13 of the locking piece are provided with intersection areas, and when the locking piece 2 is driven to rotate towards the direction of releasing the locking of the circuit breaker, the driving end 13 of the locking piece 2 can drive the matching operation end 8 of the lock catch 7 to enable the lock catch 7 to rotate along the direction of executing unhooking.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front end driver 5 is rotatably installed in the housing of the circuit breaker, the front end driver 5 is connected with the push button 1 through the first link 4, and a through hole which is a long hole and is suitable for passing through the first link 4 is formed in the front end driver 5; after the first link 4 is inserted into the through hole of the front end driver 5, the protruding end of the first link 4 is adapted to contact the unlocking performing end 11 of the locking member 2 of the locking structure, thereby driving the locking member 2 to rotate toward the unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front end driving member 5 is connected to the latch 7 through a second link 6, and is configured to drive the latch 7 to rotate toward a direction in which the moving contact and the stationary contact make contact.
When the locking member 2 is in the locking position, as shown in fig. 4, the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 extends out of the housing of the electric switching device, so that the electric switching device is locked in the cabinet and cannot be drawn out; at this time, the moving contact and the fixed contact in the circuit breaker can be contacted, and the matching operation end 8 of the lock catch 7 is opposite to the driving end 13 of the locking piece 2.
As shown in fig. 4, when the unlocking performing end 11 of the locking member 2 is driven by the first link 4, the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 is retracted into the case of the circuit breaker, and at the same time, the locking member 2 moves the driving end 13 of the locking member 2 toward the direction of the engaging operation end 8 of the latch 7 by rotating against the biasing force of the locking return spring 3, thereby driving the latch 7 to perform unhooking.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the circuit breaker needs to be taken out of the cabinet, the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 is retracted into the housing of the circuit breaker. The specific operation is as follows: pulling the button 1 outward, the first link 4 pulls the front end driver 5 to rotate, and at the same time, the insertion end of the first link 4 inserted into the front end driver 5 drives the unlocking performing end 11 of the locking member 2, so that the locking member 2 rotates toward the unlocking position, i.e., as shown in fig. 6, the locking end 12 of the locking member 2 retracts into the housing of the circuit breaker. In the process that the locking piece 2 rotates towards the unlocking position, the driving end 13 of the locking piece 2 stirs the matching operation end 8 of the lock catch 7 to enable the lock catch 7 to rotate, and therefore the contact between the movable contact and the fixed contact in the circuit breaker is released.
Method of use and principles
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the circuit breaker is already installed in the cabinet, the locking member 2 is in the locking position, that is, the locking end 12 extends out of the housing of the circuit breaker and into the groove of the cabinet, so as to fix the circuit breaker in the groove, and the driving end 13 is far away from the execution path of the matching operation end 8 of the latch 7, so that the contact and disconnection between the moving contact 10 and the static contact 9 driven by the latch 7 are not affected.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the circuit breaker needs to be taken out from the cabinet, the button 1 may be pulled to move the button 1 forward, the switch pulls the first link 4 forward to drive the front driving device to rotate, the front driving device rotates to drive the second link 6 to move, so as to drive the latch 7 to rotate, and drive the moving contact 10 and the static contact 9 to be separated; meanwhile, the extending end of the first connecting rod 4 is abutted to the execution releasing end to drive the locking piece 2 to rotate around the shaft, so that the locking piece 2 retracts into the shell of the circuit breaker to perform contact locking on the circuit breaker; in the rotating process of the locking piece 2, the driving end 13 also touches the matching operation end 8 of the lock catch 7 to provide a driving force for the lock catch 7, and the lock catch 7 is driven to drive the moving contact 10 and the static contact 9 to be separated; the arrangement of the structure ensures that the breaker can not be in a closing state when the breaker is taken out of the cabinet, thereby ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
Meanwhile, if the switch cannot directly control the lock catch 7 to rotate to drive the moving contact 10 to be separated from the static contact 9, the driving end 13 of the locking piece 2 can drive the lock catch 7 to drive the static contact 9 to be separated from the moving contact 10, and therefore double guarantee is provided for the breaker to break under the crisis condition.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
