determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for the synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the transmit beam transmitting the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric is still the first transmit beam;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal if it is determined that the transmission beam transmitting the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric is a second transmission beam different from the first transmission beam, wherein the beam change request configuration is indicated in the basic system information;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PUCCH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is the first beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PUCCH channel used for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for the second transmission beam is included in the beam change request.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal includes the following steps:
attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PUCCH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on the second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal includes the following steps:
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PRACH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is the second beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PRACH channel for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein the beam change request includes an indication for the second transmission beam;
attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PRACH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on the second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.

means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a first transmit beam that transmits the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric;
means for listening, by the mobile terminal, to basic system information transmitted by the base station in response to determining the first transmit beam, wherein the basic system information has an indication of whether additional system information is present;
means for acquiring, by the mobile terminal, an indication of a manner of acquiring the additional system information in the basic system information if it is determined that the additional system information exists;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble for requesting additional system information to the base station if it is determined that the basic system information indicates that the mobile terminal acquires the additional system information in a manner of transmitting the random access preamble, wherein the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information is indicated in the basic system information;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, an access mode of the mobile terminal if the mobile terminal determines that it is necessary to transmit account information associated with the blockchain after transmitting a random access preamble for requesting additional system information to the base station and before receiving a random access response transmitted by the base station, wherein the access mode is indicated in the basic system information;
means for stopping, by the mobile terminal, the request for the additional system information if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the first access mode;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to the request to stop the additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of a first transmit beam in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, account information associated with the blockchain to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal comprises:
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal to the base station, a random access preamble for requesting additional system information in response to transmitting account information associated with the blockchain to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the base station to the mobile terminal, a random access response in response to receiving the random access preamble for requesting additional system information, wherein the random access response includes an indication of resources for transmitting the additional system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a random access response transmitted by the base station if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the second access mode, wherein the random access response includes an indication of resources for transmitting the additional system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to receiving the additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of a first transmit beam in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, account information associated with the blockchain to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal comprises:
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to listen for synchronization signals transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams in response to transmitting account information associated with the blockchain to the base station;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for a synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the transmit beam transmitting the synchronization signal with the largest signal quality metric is still the first transmit beam;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal if it is determined that the transmission beam transmitting the synchronization signal with the largest signal quality metric is a second transmission beam different from the first transmission beam, wherein the beam change request configuration is indicated in the basic system information;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PUCCH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is the first beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PUCCH channel used for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for the second transmit beam is included in the beam change request.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal comprises:
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PUCCH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal comprises:
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PRACH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is a second beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PRACH channel for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for a second transmit beam is included in the beam change request;
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PRACH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted.

Claims (10)

1. A transmission method of account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal is characterized in that the transmission method of the account information associated with the blockchain based on the 5G mobile terminal comprises the following steps:
monitoring, by a mobile terminal supporting 5G communication, synchronization signals transmitted by a base station on a plurality of transmission beams;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for the synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a first transmit beam that transmits the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric;
in response to determining the first transmit beam, listening, by a mobile terminal, for basic system information transmitted by a base station, wherein the basic system information has an indication of whether additional system information is present;
if the additional system information exists, the mobile terminal acquires an indication of a mode for acquiring the additional system information in the basic system information;
if the basic system information indicates that the mobile terminal acquires the additional system information in a manner of sending a random access preamble code, sending, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble code for requesting the additional system information to the base station, wherein the random access preamble code for requesting the additional system information is indicated in the basic system information;
determining, by the mobile terminal, an access mode of the mobile terminal if the mobile terminal determines that account information associated with a blockchain needs to be transmitted after transmitting a random access preamble for requesting the additional system information to the base station and before receiving a random access response transmitted by the base station, wherein the access mode is indicated in the basic system information;
stopping, by the mobile terminal, the request for additional system information if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the first access mode;
transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to a request to stop additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
sending, by a mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of the first transmit beam in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station, account information associated with the blockchain is sent by the mobile terminal to the base station.
2. The method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal includes the following steps:
re-transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information to the base station in response to transmitting account information associated with a blockchain to the base station;
transmitting, by a base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information, wherein the random access response includes an indication of resources for transmitting the additional system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, the additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a random access response transmitted by a base station if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the second access mode, wherein the random access response includes an indication of a resource for transmitting the additional system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, the additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to receiving the additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
sending, by a mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of the first transmit beam in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station, account information associated with the blockchain is sent by the mobile terminal to the base station.
3. The method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein the method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal includes the following steps:
continuing, by the mobile terminal, to listen for synchronization signals transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams in response to transmitting account information associated with the blockchain to the base station;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for the synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the transmit beam transmitting the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric is still the first transmit beam;
determining, by a mobile terminal, a beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal if it is determined that a transmission beam transmitting a synchronization signal having a largest signal quality metric is a second transmission beam different from the first transmission beam, wherein the beam change request configuration is indicated in the basic system information;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PUCCH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is the first beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PUCCH channel used for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for a second transmission beam is included in the beam change request.
4. The method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal according to claim 3, wherein the method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain based on 5G mobile terminal includes the following steps:
attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PUCCH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after the beam change request is transmitted, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.
5. The method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain of 5G-based mobile terminals according to claim 4, wherein the method for transmitting account information associated with blockchain of 5G-based mobile terminals includes the following steps:
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PRACH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is a second beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PRACH channel for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for a second transmit beam is included in the beam change request;
attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PRACH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.
6. A system for transmitting account information associated with a blockchain based on a 5G mobile terminal is characterized in that the system for transmitting account information associated with the blockchain based on the 5G mobile terminal comprises:
means for monitoring, by a mobile terminal supporting 5G communication, synchronization signals transmitted by a base station on a plurality of transmit beams;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for a synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a first transmit beam that transmits the synchronization signal having the largest signal quality metric;
means for monitoring, by a mobile terminal, basic system information transmitted by a base station in response to determining the first transmit beam, wherein the basic system information has an indication of whether additional system information is present;
means for acquiring, by the mobile terminal, an indication of a manner of acquiring the additional system information in the basic system information if it is determined that the additional system information exists;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble for requesting the additional system information to the base station if it is determined that the basic system information indicates that the mobile terminal acquires the additional system information in a manner of transmitting a random access preamble, wherein the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information is indicated in the basic system information;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, an access mode of the mobile terminal if the mobile terminal determines that account information associated with a blockchain needs to be transmitted after transmitting a random access preamble for requesting the additional system information to the base station and before receiving a random access response transmitted by the base station, wherein the access mode is indicated in the basic system information;
means for stopping, by the mobile terminal, the request for additional system information if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the first access mode;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to a request to stop additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of the first transmit beam in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, account information associated with a blockchain to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the system for transmitting account information associated with blockchains based on 5G mobile terminals comprises:
means for retransmitting, by a mobile terminal to the base station, the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information in response to transmitting account information associated with a blockchain to the base station;
means for transmitting, by a base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble for requesting the additional system information, wherein the random access response includes an indication of resources for transmitting the additional system information;
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, the additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a random access response transmitted by a base station if it is determined that the access mode of the mobile terminal is the second access mode, wherein the random access response includes an indication of resources used to transmit the additional system information;
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, the additional system information on the indicated resource for transmitting the additional system information in response to receiving the random access response;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble for random access to the base station in response to receiving the additional system information, wherein the random access preamble for random access is indicated in the basic system information;
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to complete a random access procedure to establish an RRC connection with the base station in response to receiving the random access preamble for random access;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal to the base station, an indication of the first transmit beam in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, account information associated with a blockchain to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the system for transmitting account information associated with blockchains based on 5G mobile terminals comprises:
means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to listen for synchronization signals transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams in response to transmitting account information associated with the blockchain to the base station;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a signal quality metric for a synchronization signal transmitted on each of the plurality of transmit beams in response to receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station on the plurality of transmit beams;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the transmit beam transmitting the synchronization signal with the largest signal quality metric is still the first transmit beam;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, a beam change request configuration for the mobile terminal if it is determined that a transmit beam transmitting a synchronization signal having a largest signal quality metric is a second transmit beam different from the first transmit beam, wherein the beam change request configuration is indicated in the basic system information;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a beam change request on a PUCCH channel to the base station if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is the first beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PUCCH channel for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for a second transmit beam is included in the beam change request.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the system for transmitting account information associated with blockchains based on 5G mobile terminals comprises:
means for attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PUCCH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the system for transmitting account information associated with blockchains based on 5G mobile terminals comprises:
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a beam change request to the base station on a PRACH channel if it is determined that the beam change request configuration of the mobile terminal is a second beam change request configuration, wherein resources of the PRACH channel for transmission are indicated in the basic system information, and wherein an indication for a second transmit beam is included in the beam change request;
means for attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a beam change response transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the beam change request to the base station;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, the beam change request to the base station on the PRACH channel again if the beam change response is not received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request, wherein the predetermined time is indicated in the basic system information;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, downlink data transmitted by the base station on a second transmit beam if the beam change response is received within a predetermined time after transmitting the beam change request.
