As shown in fig. 1, the multi-system cutting-by-day preparation method based on credit billing and accounting includes at least the following steps:
s101, setting transaction deadline unified by a plurality of business systems based on the current day-to-day preparation time.
It will be appreciated that the current day cut preparation time may be the time the day cut scheduling system turns on the day cut preparation each day, typically at zero time each day. The transaction deadline unified by each service system and the daily cutting preparation time have a certain time interval, for example, may be 00:05: 00.
In an optional implementation manner, an abnormal condition may occur when the transaction deadline is set, in order to prevent the occurrence of the abnormal condition, whether the previous daily cut is finished or not may be detected before the time is set, if the previous daily cut is finished, the transaction deadline may be normally set, and if the previous daily cut is not finished, the next daily cut may not be triggered, the system may issue an alarm, need to manually intervene to handle the abnormal condition, and restart the preparation of the next daily cut.
And S102, transmitting the daily cutting preparation notice, the transaction deadline and the next accounting date to each service system.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 2, after the zero-point day-cut preparation starts, the business systems that can be scheduled by the day-cut scheduling system may sequentially transmit the day-cut preparation notification, the transaction deadline, and the next accounting day to the accounting system, the standing book system, the billing system, and the accounting system through the interface.
In a preferred implementation mode, the above information needs to be notified to the accounting system first, the accounting system can check the rationality of the notified next accounting day, if the checking fails, the next day will not be triggered, and the system should give an alarm and intervene manually; and other business systems except the accounting system can be notified after the verification is passed.
It should be noted that, when notifying other service systems, an abnormal condition may occur, which may cause a failure in preparation for a system day by day. If the abnormal condition causes the failure of day-to-day preparation of the bill system, the condition can not influence the day-to-day accuracy of the service data, and the scheduling system can initiate a retry mechanism; if the standing book system is informed of the failure of the daily cutting preparation, the scheduling system also initiates retry, but if the system time exceeds the transaction deadline after repeated retry, the daily cutting data is wrong, the accounting data which should belong to the next day is accounted in the last accounting day, and for the situation, the system gives an alarm, sets high-frequency retry and enlarges the interval between the daily cutting preparation start time and the transaction deadline.
It can be understood that the day-to-day scheduling system considers that the day-to-day switching can be started only after all the systems are confirmed to receive the day-to-day switching preparation notification, and further the smooth operation of the day-to-day switching is coordinated among different service systems.
S103, different service systems carry out day-to-day preparation according to respective service requirements.
In one particular implementation, the billing system, upon receiving the date-cut preparation notification, can bill and send to the ledger system the customer transaction events in the transaction pipeline that have a transaction time before the transaction deadline, while sending to the accounting system the put events that have a transaction time before the transaction deadline. It should be noted that, in the above process, the transaction behavior of the billing system is not stopped, and the transaction of the user can be sent to the accounting system and the ledger system in real time. The accounting of the deposit event can not stop, and the accounting system can distinguish different accounting days according to the transaction deadline and compared with the transaction time of the deposit event
In a specific implementation mode, the account-standing system accounts the transaction events of the customers (except for the deposit transaction), and uniformly divides the transaction of the customer behaviors, so that errors of accounting days are avoided.
Furthermore, the ledger system not only processes the transaction flow of the customer behavior, but also triggers a series of system behavior events (such as first clear calculation, second clear calculation, month-end calculation, and the like) which belong to the previous accounting date in service but are behind the deadline of the daily cutting transaction, so for the problem, the ledger system sends the deadline of the daily cutting completion of the ledger system to the accounting system after the completion of the daily cutting, and when the accounting system judges the accounting date of the non-deposit event, the accounting system compares the transaction time with the deadline of the daily cutting completion of the ledger to judge the accounting date.
In an alternative implementation, a situation that the daily preparation of the account system cannot be finished all the time may occur, in which case the daily preparation cannot be finished, an alarm may be given to prompt the operation and maintenance personnel to perform processing, but the transaction behavior of the user is not affected by the process.
In a specific implementation manner, the preparation stage of the accounting system mainly has the function of judging the accounting date of the transaction flow. Because the accounting of two different events, namely the customer transaction (including the customer transaction event and the deposit event) and the system transaction, needs to be processed, the accounting day mode is not completely the same when the transactions transmitted by the account checking system and the ledger system are running.
And judging the deposit event billing of the bill system and other client transaction billing transmitted by the machine account, comparing the transaction time originally carried by the bill system with the transaction deadline time, calculating the previous billing day before the deadline time, and calculating the next billing day after the next transaction. And the accounting of other events is to compare the transaction time with the standing book completion deadline to judge the accounting date.
In a specific implementation mode, the accounting date of the accounting system is judged by the accounting affairs, and the accounting process is synchronized to the accounting system. Therefore, the preparation stage of the accounting system only receives the date-cut preparation start and the transaction deadline, and does not perform any operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the unified transaction deadline is set through the distributed architecture, and each service system is informed, so that the bookkeeping days are accurately judged among a plurality of systems on the premise of not stopping the service, and the daily cutting is completed, thereby improving the user experience.
In another embodiment of the present application, the daily scheduling process is shown in fig. 3, and specifically may include the following steps:
1. and (5) informing the time of day cutting.
1.1, informing the core of the day-to-day preparation, namely informing the bill system of the day-to-day preparation.
And 1.2, informing the standing book daily cutting preparation.

And 1.4, informing the preparation of the day of accounting.
2. And pushing the service data.
And 2.1, informing core service data pushing.
And 2.1.1, pushing customer account time.
And 2.1.2, pushing order change running water.
And 2.2, informing the machine account business data to push.
And 2.2.1, pushing client accounts, clearing and sending out events.
And 2.3, informing the financial business data to be pushed.
And 2.3.1, pushing all accounting vouchers.
3. The preparation for daily cutting was confirmed to be completed.
4. Daily cutting is performed.
5. And executing account checking.
5.1, bill-account reconciliation.
And 5.2, checking account-accounting.
And 5.3, performing accounting internal balance check.
5.4, finance-accounting reconciliation.
5.5, checking the internal balance of the accountant.
It should be noted that, step 1 and step 2 in this embodiment are processes for performing daily cut preparation, and specific implementation processes may be referred to the description in the foregoing embodiment, where step 3 to step 5 in this embodiment are processes for daily cut, and a process for performing daily cut by each business system is a process for aggregating daily cut data of each business system, and a process for mutually reconciling different business systems or a process for internal balance check.
