The condensation alarm sensing plate of the substation mechanism box is formed by a large-area aluminum substrate with good temperature characteristic and hydrophilicity, has good temperature characteristic and hydrophilicity when working in an electric control cabinet, ensures reliable condensation on the surface in practical application, and solves the problems of high temperature and poor hydrophilicity of the surface of a sensor of the traditional glass fiber substrate. Background
With the development of national economy and the rapid promotion of intelligent power grids, the transformer substation is used as the backbone of the national power grid core, and the safe operation of equipment is more important. The national requirements for safe operation of power grid substations are increasing. There are a large number of primary and secondary equipment operating mechanism boxes and terminal boxes in a substation. Condensation and water accumulation phenomena exist in the box bodies of the operating mechanisms due to various reasons (temperature and humidity of the environment of the transformer substation changes, on-site precipitation, accumulated snow, cable trench water accumulation and the like) in different degrees. The condensation refers to the phenomenon of water drop condensation on the surface of the inner wall when the temperature of the surface of the inner wall of a primary and secondary equipment box and a cabinet body of the transformer substation is reduced to be lower than the dew point temperature. Whether condensation occurs depends on the ambient temperature, the temperature inside the cabinet, the relative humidity and the dew point temperature.
The harm of condensation generated inside the mechanism box is as follows:
dew formed on a terminal row in the mechanism box easily causes AC/DC short circuit grounding, motor burning loss and switch misoperation; dew formed on the switch operating mechanism can corrode metal parts in the mechanism, so that corrosion of equipment is accelerated, and even the mechanism is jammed due to rust; most of porcelain bottles in the mechanism box do not consider waterproofness, and the phenomenon of creepage or flashover can be caused if condensation exists on the porcelain bottles, so that accidents are easy to happen.
In the prior art, humidity in a mechanism box is detected through a humidity sensor or box opening inspection is performed one by one. But it is difficult to detect moisture after a rain event by inspection of the cable through the conduit into the mechanism housing. At present, various methods for detecting condensation in a case by temperature and humidity detection systems exist in the market, but the actual application effect on site is poor, the main reason is that condensation is rapidly generated due to the fact that the temperature of the inner wall surface of a cabinet body is reduced, at the moment, the content (humidity) of water vapor in a mechanism case is reduced, and a temperature and humidity sensor does not reach a starting value; the humidity sensor detection device cannot completely reflect the condensation condition inside the cabinet body, so that the possibility of missing report exists. At present, a method for detecting condensation in a case by a labyrinth type raindrop sensor is available, but the leakage alarm rate is still high in practical use. Through experimental analysis, the main reason is the temperature accumulation effect on the surface of the raindrop sensor. The temperature inside the cabinet fluctuates, and dew condensation is likely to occur when the temperature inside the cabinet falls from a high temperature to a low temperature. The traditional raindrop sensor adopts a labyrinth circuit of a glass fiber substrate. The temperature characteristic difference of the glass fiber substrate is slow in heating, and in addition, the surface hydrophilicity of the glass fiber substrate is poor, so that the condensation is slower than that of metal components in the case in the cooling process. Once the metal parts in the case are condensed, the humidity in the case is reduced, and the rain sensor cannot be condensed. Thereby failing to detect the condensation and causing the alarm leakage.
