Abstract
The invention relates to an internal combustion type hollow charge structure for fixing the propellant powder of a bullet, which is a technical scheme for solving the problem that the propellant powder of the bullet is overflowed from a bullet barrel and enters a barrel for combustion. The advantage of this design: firstly, the burning of propellant powder is all gone on in the barrel, and the propellant powder that does not basically not unburned gets into the barrel, can effectively avoid the barrel to ablate to make the pellet atress balanced motion stable in the barrel. And secondly, the ejection of the cartridge can take away all residues and more heat, so that the barrel is kept clean continuously and the heat of the barrel is reduced. Not only prolongs the service life of the gun barrel, but also widens the selectable range of the materials of the gun barrel. Thirdly, the combustion surface of the propellant powder can be increased, the combustion speed and the combustion rate of the propellant powder are improved, and the performance of the gun is improved. The design and the structure are simple and novel, the production and the manufacture are easy to realize, and the propellant powder can be prepared by adding a proper amount of high-flammability adhesive into the propellant powder when necessary. The structure is suitable for loading gun ammunition, shell and other ammunition.
Description
A barrel weapon, such as a rifle, launches a fixed-charge bullet by utilizing high-pressure gas which is generated by instantaneous combustion of a propellant charge in a fixed-charge bullet barrel to push and accelerate the bullet, so that the chemical energy of the propellant charge is converted into the kinetic energy of the bullet.
Description of the drawings:
figure 1 is a schematic diagram of an internal combustion hollow charge containing a projectile of a firearm.
The bullet is basically composed of four parts (see the attached drawings in the specification): the projectile comprises a projectile 1, a projectile barrel 2, a propellant charge 3 and a primer 4. When the bullet was launched before, the firing powder was lighted after firing the primer to the firing pin, and the firing powder begins from the end to the burning that makes progress, and the high-pressure gas of production not only pushes out the pellet, also pushes the barrel from the cartridge with the firing powder of part unburned simultaneously, burns in the barrel, causes barrel ablation and high temperature to influence the stability of pellet motion in the barrel, the residue after the burning also partially leaves over in the barrel.
The invention relates to an internal combustion type hollow charge structure for loading ammunition of a bullet, which is a technical scheme for solving the problem that the ammunition loaded with the bullet overflows from a bullet barrel and enters a gun barrel for combustion by immediately guiding high-temperature and high-pressure gas generated by fire and combustion to the ammunition loading surface of the bullet at the moment that the ammunition loaded with the bullet is ignited by primer. The technical characteristic is that a hollow fire-guiding tube 6 which is communicated with the upper powder surface from a bottom fire-guiding hole 5 is designed and constructed in the core part of the propellant powder in the cartridge, and an air-gathering space 7 which is communicated with the hollow fire-guiding tube 6 is reserved between the bottom surface of the projectile 1 and the upper powder surface of the propellant powder 3.
After the firing pin fires the primer to ignite the propellant powder through the fire guiding hole, the fire instantaneously burns to the upper powder surface along the hollow fire guiding pipe, and a combustion process from the core to the edge and from the upper powder surface to the lower side is formed immediately. High-temperature and high-pressure gas generated by combustion is flushed and accumulated between the shot and the powder feeding surface through the hollow squib, so that the shot is pushed to move, and unburned powder is prevented from overflowing the shot sleeve.
Claims (1)
1. The utility model provides a fixed dress bullet propellant powder internal combustion type hollow charge structural design, aims at the moment that the propellant powder is ignited by the primer, through the high temperature high-pressure gas that will fire and the burning produces at once to the propellant powder charge face, solves the problem that fixed dress bullet propellant powder spills over the cartridge and gets into the barrel burning. The technical characteristics are as follows: firstly, a hollow fire guide tube which is communicated with the propellant powder feeding surface from a bottom fire guide hole is constructed in the propellant powder core part in the cartridge. And a gas gathering space communicated with the hollow fire guide tube is reserved between the bottom surface of the projectile and the powder feeding surface of the propellant.
