技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种持久保湿医用擦手纸及制备方法。
背景技术
随着医疗水平的提高,医用擦手纸被医务工作者广泛应用,其应用范围也得到了扩展。
但是目前的医用擦手纸,保湿性较差,从包装袋取出后,自然使用条件下药液易挥发,所以开包后,需要尽快用完,否则药液易被蒸发,擦手纸变干巾,给使用带来不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,现有医用擦手纸保湿时效短,提供了一种持久保湿医用擦手纸及制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的,本发明的一种持久保湿医用擦手纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备高吸液性基材
首先在底层的上方平铺高吸液纤维形成第一纤维网,浸胶处理,得到第一吸液层,然后在底层的下方平铺高吸液纤维形成第二纤维网,浸胶处理,得到第二吸液层,从而完成高吸液性基材的制备;
进一步地,在第一吸液层的上方铺聚丙烯纤维,浸胶处理得到第一保护层,在第二吸液层的下方铺聚丙烯纤维,浸胶处理得到第二保护层;
所述第一纤维网的第一经纱、第一纬纱均平直排列,所述第一经纱垂直叠加在第一纬纱上;所述第二纤维网的第二经纱、第二纬纱均平直排列,所述第二经纱垂直叠加在第二纬纱上;
所述高吸液纤维的制备步骤如下:
(11)纺丝液的制备
制备质量分数为2-5%的丝素液,将丝素液与聚丙烯腈混合,混合均匀后再依次加入壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇,50-80℃下混合2-5h得到纺丝液;
所述丝素液、聚丙烯腈、壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇的质量比为50-60:5-10:15-20:5-10:2-5;
(12)高吸液纤维的制备
将所述的纺丝液真空静置保温脱泡,然后将所述纺丝液加入到溶解釜中,纺丝凝固得到初生中空纤维,所述初生中空纤维经拉伸、热定形及萃洗后得到高吸液纤维;
所述凝固浴为质量分数为5-10%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液,凝固浴温度为30-40℃,热定形所用液体选自蒸馏水;
(2)制备保湿剂
取质量比为5-7:5-7:80-90的壳聚糖、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,得到保湿剂;
(3)制备持久保湿医用擦手纸
将所述高吸液性基材浸入所述保湿剂中,超声处理0.5-1.0h后取出,常温下置于滤水格栅上2-3h,制备得到持久保湿医用擦手纸。
所述底层材料选自木桨纸、无纺布、PE膜中的任一种;
所述浸胶处理的胶水选自UV固化粘合剂、生物降解型胶粘剂中的任一种;
将丝素蛋白溶解于饱和硫氰酸钠水溶液中制备所述的丝素液;
一种使用所述的制备方法制备得到的持久保湿医用擦手纸,包括底层,以及位于所述底层两侧的第一吸液层和第二吸液层。
所述第一吸液层的厚度为0.2-1mm,所述第二吸液层的厚度为0.4-2mm。
制备所述第一吸液层的纤维为中空结构。
本发明的独特之处在于,第一吸液层、第二吸液层的经纱、纬纱均平直排列并垂直叠加,平行排列消除了纱线的卷曲现象,提高了产品的弹性模量;同时,由于平行排列的纱线之间存在空隙,使得吸液层表面没有胶接的部分形成凸起,明显提高吸液层吸液效果;而且没有凸起的结点,保证材料面层的平滑,不会因存在凹凸不平的结点,在二次加工时,导致表层面料损伤。
本发明的另一独特之处在于,高吸液纤维由丝素、聚丙烯腈、壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇制备而成,丝素蛋白具有极好的吸水性,壳聚糖、海藻糖、丙二醇具有良好的保水性,聚丙烯腈的亲水性强,因此制备的纤维吸液性较强;同时高吸液纤维具有中空结构,该中空结构纤维与普通纤维相比,能够容纳更多的保湿剂,因此,制备的擦手纸的保湿性更持久。
将高吸液性基材浸入保湿剂中,然后超声处理,使吸液层表面没有胶接的部分形成的凸起以及中空纤维的中空结构内能够充分吸收储存保湿剂,从而提高擦手纸的保湿性,同时,在吸液层的两侧铺聚丙烯纤维,浸胶处理得到的保护层,能够阻止吸液层中保湿剂的挥发,进一步提高擦手纸的保湿性。
本发明吸液层的经纱、纬纱均平直排列并垂直叠加,再浸胶处理,使经纱、纬纱在交点处胶结在一起,不存在互压现象,从而使擦手纸的纱线均平行排列,共同承受外来载荷,纱线的强力性能得到最大程度利用,使擦手纸产品的抗拉强力较高。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明制备的医用擦手纸弹性模量高,抗拉强力高,吸液效果好,保湿性更持久。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种持久保湿医用擦手纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备高吸液性基材
首先在木桨纸的上方平铺高吸液纤维形成第一纤维网,然后浸入UV固化粘合剂中,取出固化后得到第一吸液层,然后在木桨纸的下方平铺高吸液纤维形成第二纤维网,然后浸入UV固化粘合剂中,取出固化后得到第二吸液层,从而完成高吸液性基材的制备;
所述第一纤维网的第一经纱、第一纬纱均平直排列,所述第一经纱垂直叠加在第一纬纱上;所述第二纤维网的第二经纱、第二纬纱均平直排列,所述第二经纱垂直叠加在第二纬纱上;
所述高吸液纤维的制备步骤如下:
(11)纺丝液的制备
将丝素蛋白溶解于饱和硫氰酸钠水溶液中制备质量分数为2%的丝素液,将丝素液与聚丙烯腈混合,混合均匀后再依次加入壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇,50℃下混合2h得到纺丝液;

将所述的纺丝液真空静置保温脱泡,真空度为-0.1KPa,温度为50℃下保温5h,然后将所述纺丝液加入到溶解釜中,纺丝后在质量分数为5%,温度为30℃的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液凝固得到初生中空纤维,所述初生中空纤维经拉伸、热定形及萃洗后得到高吸液纤维,热定形液为蒸馏水;
(2)制备保湿剂
取质量比为5:5:80的壳聚糖、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,得到保湿剂;
(3)制备持久保湿医用擦手纸
将所述高吸液性基材浸入所述保湿剂中,高吸液性基材与保湿剂的浴比为1:10,超声处理0.5h后取出,常温下置于滤水格栅上2h,制备得到持久保湿医用擦手纸。
制备的高吸液性基材的克重为5g/m2,制备的持久保湿医用擦手纸的克重为10g/m2。第一吸液层的厚度为0.2mm,第二吸液层的厚度为0.4mm。
对比例1
用普通的聚丙烯晴纤维代替实施例1的高吸液纤维在木桨纸的两侧铺网制备擦手纸,其他实施方式同实施例1。
制备的高吸液性基材的克重为5g/m2,制备的持久保湿医用擦手纸的克重为7g/m2。
分别对实施例1和对比例1制备的保湿擦手纸进行保湿性能测试,方法如下:
分别取一定面积的实施例1和对比例1制备的保湿擦手纸,常温下置于室内桌面上,记录静置相同时间后的重量并计算其克重,并选择10人触摸,记录手感,结果见表1。

实施例2
本实施例提供一种持久保湿医用擦手纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备高吸液性基材
首先在无纺布的上方平铺高吸液纤维形成第一纤维网,然后浸入生物降解型胶粘剂中,取出固化后得到第一吸液层,然后在无纺布的下方平铺高吸液纤维形成第二纤维网,然后浸入生物降解型胶粘剂中,取出固化后得到第二吸液层,从而完成高吸液性基材的制备;
所述第一纤维网的第一经纱、第一纬纱均平直排列,所述第一经纱垂直叠加在第一纬纱上;所述第二纤维网的第二经纱、第二纬纱均平直排列,所述第二经纱垂直叠加在第二纬纱上;
所述高吸液纤维的制备步骤如下:
(11)纺丝液的制备

将所述的纺丝液真空静置保温脱泡,真空度为-0.1KPa,温度为50℃下保温5h,然后将所述纺丝液加入到溶解釜中,纺丝后在质量分数为7%,温度为35℃的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液凝固得到初生中空纤维,所述初生中空纤维经拉伸、热定形及萃洗后得到高吸液纤维,热定形液为蒸馏水;
(2)制备保湿剂
取质量比为6:6:85的壳聚糖、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,得到保湿剂;
(3)制备持久保湿医用擦手纸
将所述高吸液性基材浸入所述保湿剂中,高吸液性基材与保湿剂的浴比为1:10,超声处理0.7h后取出,常温下置于滤水格栅上2.5h,制备得到持久保湿医用擦手纸。
制备的高吸液性基材的克重为6g/m2,制备的持久保湿医用擦手纸的克重为12g/m2。第一吸液层的厚度为0.5mm,第二吸液层的厚度为1mm。

本实施例提供一种持久保湿医用擦手纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备高吸液性基材
首先在PE膜的上方平铺高吸液纤维形成第一纤维网,然后浸入UV固化粘合剂中,取出固化后得到第一吸液层,然后在PE膜的下方平铺高吸液纤维形成第二纤维网,然后浸入UV固化粘合剂中,取出固化后得到第二吸液层,从而完成高吸液性基材的制备;

将所述的纺丝液真空静置保温脱泡,真空度为-0.1KPa,温度为50℃下保温5h,然后将所述纺丝液加入到溶解釜中,纺丝后在质量分数为10%,温度为40℃的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液凝固得到初生中空纤维,所述初生中空纤维经拉伸、热定形及萃洗后得到高吸液纤维,热定形液为蒸馏水;
(2)制备保湿剂
取质量比为7:7:90的壳聚糖、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,得到保湿剂;
(3)制备持久保湿医用擦手纸
将所述高吸液性基材浸入所述保湿剂中,高吸液性基材与保湿剂的浴比为1:10,超声处理1.0h后取出,常温下置于滤水格栅上3h,制备得到持久保湿医用擦手纸。
制备的高吸液性基材的克重为7g/m2,制备的持久保湿医用擦手纸的克重为15g/m2。第一吸液层的厚度为1mm,第二吸液层的厚度为2mm。

Claims (10)
1.一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备高吸液基材
首先在底层的上方平铺高吸液纤维形成第一纤维网,浸胶处理,得到第一吸液层,然后在所述底层的下方平铺所述高吸液纤维形成第二纤维网,浸胶处理,得到第二吸液层,制备高吸液基材;
所述第一纤维网的第一经纱、第一纬纱均平直排列,所述第一经纱垂直叠加在第一纬纱上;所述第二纤维网的第二经纱、第二纬纱均平直排列,所述第二经纱垂直叠加在第二纬纱上;
所述高吸液纤维的制备步骤如下:
(11)纺丝液的制备
制备质量分数为2-5%的丝素液,将所述丝素液与聚丙烯腈混合,混合均匀后再依次加入壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇,50-80℃下混合2-5h得到纺丝液;
所述丝素液、聚丙烯腈、壳聚糖、海藻糖和丙二醇的质量比为50-60:5-10:15-20:5-10:2-5;
(12)高吸液纤维的制备
将所述的纺丝液真空静置保温脱泡后加入到溶解釜中,纺丝凝固后得到初生中空纤维,所述初生中空纤维经拉伸、热定形及萃洗后得到高吸液纤维;
(2)制备保湿剂
取质量比为5-7:5-7:80-90的壳聚糖、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,得到保湿剂;
(3)制备持久保湿医用擦手纸
将所述高吸液基材浸入所述保湿剂中,超声处理0.5-1.0h后取出,常温下置于滤水格栅上2-3h,制备得到持久保湿医用擦手纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,底层材料选自木桨纸、无纺布、PE膜中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,浸胶处理的胶水选自UV固化粘合剂、生物降解型胶粘剂中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(11)中,将丝素蛋白溶解于饱和硫氰酸钠水溶液中制备丝素液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(12)中,初生中空纤维的凝固浴为质量分数为5-10%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述凝固浴温度为30-40℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备持久保湿医用擦手纸的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(12)中,热定形液选自蒸馏水。
8.一种使用权利要求1-7任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的持久保湿医用擦手纸,其特征在于,包括底层,以及位于所述底层两侧的第一吸液层和第二吸液层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的持久保湿医用擦手纸,其特征在于,所述第一吸液层的厚度为0.2-1mm,所述第二吸液层的厚度为0.4-2mm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的持久保湿医用擦手纸,其特征在于,制备所述第一吸液层的纤维为中空结构。
