Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of resource environment protection, relates to a method for recycling waste building slurry, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a slope greening ecological building block by using the building slurry.
Background
A large amount of waste building slurry can be generated in the process of large-scale urban construction, if the waste building slurry cannot be properly treated, a large amount of valuable land resources are occupied for stacking, and pollutants contained in the slurry have the risk of polluting soil, underground water and surface water environments. The safe disposal and resource utilization of the construction slurry become one of the bottleneck problems restricting the development of urban construction.
On the other hand, a great number of barren mountains, mining (stone) slopes, defense improvement and the like which need to be greened or subjected to ecological transformation are distributed in cities and surrounding areas. The engineering generally relates to slope reconstruction and greening with a certain slope, such as direct soil-piling and plant planting, loose soil body structure, difficult meeting of the requirement of anti-sliding stability due to physical and mechanical properties, and risk of slope instability.
The waste slurry generated in the urban construction process is treated, water-retaining agents and slow-release fertilizers necessary for plant growth are added, water glass is added to improve the cohesiveness of the soil body, and synthetic fibers are added to improve the strength of the soil body. And finally, a building block with a certain shape and strength is manufactured in a pre-pressing forming mode, and the building block is placed into an ecological bag with grass seeds. According to the requirements of the slope of the side slope, the terrain and the like, the ecological bag filled with the ecological building blocks is laid on the side slope in an assembling mode, the fertilizer, the water-retaining agent and the like in the building blocks can meet the growth requirements of grass seeds in the ecological bag and the requirements of side slope greening, the building blocks are good in integrity and can meet the requirements of side slope stability. Therefore, the invention is especially provided.

Further, the ecological bag with grass seeds is a slope protection bag formed by needling filament polyester fibers into a net.
Further, the building slurry is slurry generated in projects such as drilling and piling, shield construction, foundation excavation, underground diaphragm wall construction and the like of a building site, and the water content is 40-70%; if the water content is more than 70%, the water content is reduced to below 70% by corresponding dehydration measures; if the water content is less than 40%, a certain amount of water is added to make the water content more than 40%.
Furthermore, the particle size of the stones is less than or equal to 10mm, and the particle size of the sand is less than or equal to 2 mm.
The manufacturing method of the ecological building block comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring the building slurry, the slow-release organic fertilizer, the water-retaining agent, the water glass, the stones, the sand and the synthetic fibers uniformly;
(2) placing the obtained mixture in a mold, and pre-pressing under the pressure of 1-2MPa for 5-15 seconds;
(3) demolding the building block subjected to pre-pressing molding, and then curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and the humidity of more than or equal to 90%;
(4) and putting the cured building blocks into an ecological bag with grass seeds to obtain the building block.
Has the advantages that:
the technical scheme of the invention solves the problem of safe disposal of a large amount of waste building mud, and realizes resource utilization of the waste mud to the maximum extent; the water glass and the synthetic fiber are added into the manufactured building block, and the building block is subjected to prepressing forming, so that the strength and the stability of the building block are improved, and the problem of stability of the building block as side slope earth covering can be solved; the stones and sand contained in the building blocks can improve the porosity of the building blocks and promote the growth of plant roots; the slow release fertilizer and the water-retaining agent can meet the growth requirement of vegetation, and realize quick greening and ecological reconstruction of the side slope; take the ecological bag of grass seed to provide the vegetation seed, and have higher frictional force between the ecological bag, the bank protection that forms after the concatenation has better stability.
