The invention discloses a skylight opening waste collecting mechanism for a top cover outer plate, which comprises a workbench, a guide rail frame arranged on the workbench and 2 waste collecting boxes arranged on the guide rail frame; the guide rail frame comprises a frame, guide rails, installation positioning holes, lifting handles, scrap collecting box positioning pin holes and a support frame, wherein 2 guide rails are parallelly installed on the frame, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are installed in the frame, the installation positioning holes are formed in the outer portion of the frame, the guide rail frame is fixed on a workbench through the installation positioning holes, the lifting handles are fixed on the outer side of the frame and used for lifting the guide rail frame integrally, and the scrap collecting box positioning pin holes are formed in the outer side of the guide rails and used for locking a scrap collecting box which is connected to the guide rails in a sliding. The invention realizes the collection of the waste materials at the skylight opening of the top cover outer plate, particularly the large skylight top cover outer plate, reduces the production stop caused by the switching of the waste material collecting boxes and improves the production efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automatic stamping line processing and manufacturing, belongs to a stamping waste collection mechanism, and is applied to the waste collection of a top cover outer plate, in particular to a skylight opening of a large skylight top cover outer plate.
Background
The skylight opening waste (hereinafter referred to as skylight waste) of the top cover outer plate is collected and then leveled to be commonly used for the production of numerous small-size stamping parts due to the reasons of large area, regular shape and the like, so that the utilization rate of materials is improved, and the stamping cost is reduced.
At present, most of skylight waste materials are collected in a mode that a whole block is cut off, then the skylight waste materials slide out of a lower die of a die and are collected in a waste material collection box. But because the skylight waste material area of big skylight top cap is generally more than 2 times of little skylight top cap skylight waste material, can't transport out from the mould lower mould, generally adopt to set up waste material collecting box on the workstation, grab the waste material together when utilizing the end effector to grab the piece, then separate finished piece and waste material in waste material collecting box department. But receive the automation line to grab a height, equipment platform height etc. and influence, the garbage collection box can only collect 500 ~ 600 pieces of waste material, and when single batch production was more than 600, need drive the workstation and change the garbage collection box, and the time of extravagant shut down is about 6.5 minutes, influences production efficiency.

Furthermore, the support frame comprises an installation clamping groove, a locking block and a support seat; 2 pairs of supporting seats are respectively arranged on the guide rail frame and positioned outside the waste collecting box; the mounting clamping groove is arranged at the top of the supporting seat and used for mounting a cross rod supporting arm for placing the top cover outer plate; the latch segment is fixed at the supporting seat top of front side for the arm is held up to the locking horizontal pole.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:

The stamping process part is separated into a top cover outer plate and skylight waste material through pre-stamping, and the top cover outer plate and the skylight waste material are picked up by an automatic cross rod and are transmitted to the station. The top cover outer plate is placed on the supporting frame, and the skylight waste material falls into the waste material collecting box. After the current garbage collection box is fully collected, the bolt is extracted, 2 garbage collection boxes are simultaneously pushed to the opposite side, the bolt is inserted into the positioning bolt hole on the side, and production is continued.
The invention has the following positive effects:
the invention gives consideration to the collection of the skylight waste of the large and small skylight top covers, is not influenced by the size of the skylight waste and has universality. Meanwhile, the production stop caused by the replacement of the waste collecting box on the top cover outer plate of the automatic stamping line is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and specific examples:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the scrap collecting mechanism for the skylight opening of the top cover outer plate of the stamping automation line comprises a workbench 20, a guide rail frame 2 arranged on the workbench 20 and 2 scrap collecting boxes 1 arranged on the guide rail frame 2. The guide rail frame 2 is used for switching the waste collecting box 1, and the middle part of the guide rail frame 2 is provided with a supporting frame 6 for supporting the top cover outer plate 16.
The guide rail frame 2 consists of a frame 18, a guide rail 3, an installation positioning hole 4, a lifting handle 5, a reinforcing rib 12, a waste collection box positioning bolt hole 10 and a support frame 6; 2 guide rails 3 are arranged on the frame in parallel; a plurality of reinforcing ribs 12 are arranged in the frame; the outer part of the frame is provided with an installation positioning hole 4, and the guide rail frame 2 is fixed on the workbench 20 through the installation positioning hole 4; 4 lifting handles 5 are fixed on the outer side of the frame and used for integrally lifting the guide rail frame 2; the 2 scrap collecting box positioning bolt holes 10 are arranged outside the guide rail 3 and used for locking the scrap collecting box 1 which is connected on the guide rail 3 in a sliding way.
The supporting frame 6 consists of an installation clamping groove 15, a locking block 8 and supporting seats 7, and 2 pairs of supporting seats 7 are respectively installed on the guide rail frame 2 and positioned outside the waste collection box 1; the mounting clamping groove 15 is arranged at the top of the supporting seat 7 and is used for mounting a cross rod supporting arm 17 for placing a top cover outer plate 16; the locking block 8 is fixed on the top of the supporting seat 7 at the front side and used for locking the cross rod supporting arm 17.
The waste collection box 1 consists of a box body 19, a roller 11, a lifting hook 13, a bolt 9 and a box body reinforcing rib 14; the roller 11 is arranged at the bottom of the box body and is in rolling connection with the guide rail 3 on the guide rail frame 2; the waste collecting box 1 is fixed with a waste collecting box positioning bolt hole 10 on the guide rail frame 2 through a bolt 9; the lifting hook 13 is arranged at the end part of the waste collection box 1; the hoisting hooks 13 of the 2 waste collecting boxes 1 are staggered with each other; the tank reinforcing ribs 14 are fixed outside the tank.
Examples
As shown in FIG. 1, the scrap collecting box 1 is fixed to a scrap collecting box positioning pin hole 10 of the rail frame 2 by a pin 9. When a mold is to be exchanged in production, the scrap collecting box 1 and the rail frame 2 are integrally mounted on the table 20 by a crown block via a lifting handle 5. As shown in figure 2, before production, 2 waste collecting boxes 1 are moved to the left side of the logistics direction at the same time and are fixed and stabilized with a plug pin 9 and a waste collecting box positioning plug pin hole 10 on the guide rail frame 2. When the automatic stamping line is used for production, stamping process parts are stamped and separated into the top cover outer plate 16 and skylight waste materials in the front process, and the top cover outer plate and the skylight waste materials are grabbed and conveyed to the station through the automatic cross rods. The roof outer panel 16 is placed on the rail-lifting arm 17 and the skylight waste falls into the waste collection bin 1. After the current scrap collecting box 1 is fully collected, the bolt 9 is extracted, 2 scrap collecting boxes 1 are simultaneously pushed to the other side, and then the bolt 9 is fixed with the scrap collecting box positioning bolt hole 10 on the guide rail frame 2 to continue production. Finally, after production is complete, the scrap collecting receptacle 1 is moved to the position shown in figure 1 for lifting and changing moulds.

A scrap collecting mechanism for a skylight opening of a top cover outer plate is characterized by comprising a workbench, a guide rail frame arranged on the workbench and 2 scrap collecting boxes arranged on the guide rail frame; the guide rail frame comprises a frame, guide rails, installation positioning holes, lifting handles, scrap collecting box positioning pin holes and a support frame, wherein 2 guide rails are parallelly installed on the frame, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are installed in the frame, the installation positioning holes are formed in the outer portion of the frame, the guide rail frame is fixed on a workbench through the installation positioning holes, the lifting handles are fixed on the outer side of the frame and used for lifting the guide rail frame integrally, and the scrap collecting box positioning pin holes are formed in the outer side of the guide rails and used for locking a scrap collecting box which is connected to the guide rails in a sliding.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises a mounting slot, a locking block and a support seat; 2 pairs of supporting seats are respectively arranged on the guide rail frame and positioned outside the waste collecting box; the mounting clamping groove is arranged at the top of the supporting seat and used for mounting a cross rod supporting arm for placing the top cover outer plate; the latch segment is fixed at the supporting seat top of front side for the arm is held up to the locking horizontal pole.
