The piston 20 comprises a cylindrical piston body, a piston rod and a connecting part are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the piston body, an axial lining hole is formed in the connecting part, a piston lining 19 is arranged in the lining hole, the end part of the ejector rod is inserted into the piston lining, and the piston is pushed to move axially along the sealing chamber by the movement of the sliding block.
The front end of the piston rod passes through the front protecting cover 23, and the piston rod and the front protecting cover are movably sealed through a front protecting cover bushing and a front protecting cover oil seal 28.
The lower bracket 29 is in a lower frame shape and comprises a lower bracket body and two first protruding parts and two second protruding parts which are parallel relatively, the lower bracket body is approximately rectangular, and a first groove is arranged between the first protruding parts and the second protruding parts; a piston rod through hole is arranged on the first protruding part; two threaded holes are respectively arranged on two side edges of the lower bracket body.
The upper bracket 32 comprises an upper bracket body, wherein a first opening and a second opening are arranged on two opposite surfaces of the upper bracket body in a staggered manner, and the depth and the width of the first opening are both greater than those of the second opening. In the technical scheme of this application, be width direction along piston rod axial direction.
A first side wall and a second side wall are respectively arranged on two sides of the first opening, and a third side wall and a fourth side wall are respectively arranged on two sides of the second opening; the width of the second sidewall is greater than the width of the second opening plus the width of the fourth sidewall.
A piston rod connecting threaded hole is formed in the second side wall and is used for being in threaded connection with a piston rod; and an impact sleeve mounting hole is formed in the third side wall, and a guide sleeve mounting hole is formed in the fourth side wall.
The impact sleeve 33 is arranged in the impact sleeve mounting hole, and the guide sleeve 34 is arranged in the guide sleeve mounting hole; the second protruding part is arranged in the first opening, and the width of the second protruding part is smaller than that of the first opening; the impact rod movably penetrates through the guide sleeve, one end of the impact rod movably abuts against the impact sleeve, the other end of the impact rod movably abuts against the second protruding part, and the punching effect is achieved through the cooperation of the impact rod and the impact sleeve.
The protective cover 30 is formed by bending a metal plate, mounting holes are formed in bending portions on two sides of the protective cover, and the protective cover is fixed on the lower support through threaded connection of screws and threaded holes in the lower support.
The trigger device comprises an opening and closing pin spring 2, a valve seat 5, an opening and closing pin 8 and a trigger block 9; the valve seat is arranged in the trigger mounting cavity, and a vent hole of the valve seat is communicated with the air inlet passage; the opening and closing pin movably penetrates the valve seat.
One end of the opening and closing pin is abutted against the opening and closing pin spring, the other end of the opening and closing pin is connected with the trigger block, and the trigger block is connected with the handle part through an elastic pin. The trigger is pulled and pressed to drive the opening and closing pin to move, so that the air vent of the valve seat is communicated with the air inlet passage, compressed air enters the sealed chamber, the sliding is pushed to move forwards, the upper support and the lower support are pulled to move backwards, and the action of the punching press plate is completed.
After the wrench surface is loosened, the opening and closing pin returns under the action of the opening and closing pin spring to close the vent hole in the valve seat, so that compressed air is cut off, the pressure spring pushes the sliding block to return, and meanwhile, the upper support is pushed to return.

a piston rod of the piston slides through the front protecting cover;
the adjustable punching and bending dual-purpose head assembly is connected with the front end of the piston rod;
the machine body also comprises a handle part, an air inlet passage is arranged below the handle part, the inner end of the air inlet passage is communicated with the sealing chamber, and the outer end of the air inlet passage is connected with an air inlet joint;
the connection part of the machine body and the handle is provided with a trigger installation cavity, a trigger device is installed in the trigger installation cavity, and the trigger device controls the conduction and the closing of the air inlet passage.
