Description

Precipitation device
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of ore production equipment, in particular to a precipitation device.
[ background of the invention ]
The potash-sodiumnaite is a silicate mineral rich in potassium and sodium, has the advantages of low melting point, long melting interval time, high melt viscosity, small fluidity and the like, and is widely used in industrial departments such as ceramic blanks, welding electrodes and the like. The potassium feldspar powder mineral accounts for 30% of the total consumption of the glass industrial raw material (about 50-60%) in the ceramic industry, and the rest is used in other industries such as chemical industry, glass flux, ceramic body ingredients, ceramic glaze, enamel raw materials, abrasive tools, glass fiber, welding electrodes and the like. The potash feldspar powder is mainly used for glass and ceramic, and can also be used for preparing potash fertilizer, and the potash feldspar with better quality is used for manufacturing television display glass shells and the like. It can be seen that potassium feldspar powder is in considerable demand in the market.
The production of potassium feldspar powder needs to be carried out through steps of crushing, suspension flow, screening and the like of potassium feldspar crude ore, in the steps, a large amount of water is needed for dust removal, rinsing and screening, and in the traditional process production, waste water generated in the process is mostly directly discarded. With the continuous improvement of the production process, the production method recognizes that a large amount of potassium feldspar powder with extremely high fineness exists in the wastewater, and pours the wastewater into a sedimentation tank or a sedimentation barrel for recycling treatment, and the treatment mode adopting the sedimentation barrel has the following defects: firstly, the wastewater storage capacity of the precipitation barrel is large, but potassium feldspar powder is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the precipitation barrel, so that the potassium feldspar powder cannot be completely recovered; secondly, the potassium feldspar powder attached to the inner wall of the precipitation barrel cannot be scraped. Aiming at the second point, in the prior art, a wall brush is usually arranged on the inner wall of the settling barrel, and the wall brush is pushed by a motor or a cylinder to scrape the inner wall of the settling barrel, but the settling barrel is mostly arranged outdoors, and the motor or the cylinder is located outdoors for a long time, so that the service life is short and the settling barrel needs to be replaced periodically; if install motor or cylinder in settling the bucket inside, motor or cylinder easily receive the interior humid environment's of settling the bucket influence and malfunctioning.
