本发明公开了一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,包括处理器、推注器、脉冲器、注射器和限流器,所述处理器上电性连接有血压计和心电监护仪,所述注射器安装在推注器上,所述注射器内安装有体积检测装置,所述注射器的输出端固定连接有导管,所述导管中部安装有三通管,所述脉冲器包括电机和脉冲阀,所述脉冲阀由电机驱动,所述脉冲阀安装在所述三通管上,所述导管远离所述注射器一端安装有限流器,所述限流器为单向阀门,所述电机、所述推注器和所述体积检测装置均与所述处理器电性连接。有益效果:能够实现自动脉冲式给药的同时,解决推注力度不足和动脉血液反流的难题,解放医师的人力,提高手术效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药物注射技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置。
背景技术
动脉介入化疗是在导丝引导下,将导管超选择置于肿瘤的供血动脉进行给药的一种化疗方式,局部药物浓度高,全身副作用少,化疗效果佳。以视网膜母细胞瘤这一儿童最常见眼内恶性肿瘤为例,开展眼动脉超选择介入化疗,应用0.34mm微导丝将0.57mm微导管引入直径小于1mm的眼动脉,使局部药物浓度增高14倍,给药剂量减少90%,显著提高患儿保眼率,减少全身并发症。为保证药物进入瘤体的剂量和持续时间,微导管选择性插入眼动脉后,需以脉冲式给药的方式,持续给药一小时。目前术中均由医师手动推注,费时费力,严重影响医师手术的效率,故需设计全新的用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置包括处理器、推注器、脉冲器、注射器和限流器,所述处理器上电性连接有血压计和心电监护仪,所述注射器安装在推注器上,所述注射器内安装有体积检测装置,所述注射器的输出端固定连接有导管,所述导管中部安装有三通管,所述脉冲器包括电机和脉冲阀,所述脉冲阀由电机驱动,所述脉冲阀安装在所述三通管上,所述导管远离所述注射器一端安装有限流器,所述限流器为单向阀门,所述电机、所述推注器和所述体积检测装置均与所述处理器电性连接。
进一步的,所述体积检测装置为红外测距传感器,所述红外测距传感器固定嵌设在所述注射器远离推杆一端内壁,所述红外测距传感器与所述处理器电性连接。
进一步的,所述导管靠近所述注射器一端加工有螺纹,所述导管与所述注射器螺纹连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:能够实现自动脉冲式给药的同时,解决推注力度不足和动脉血液反流的难题,解放医师的人力,提高手术效率。

实施例一:
请参阅图1-2,根据本发明实施例的一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,包括处理器1、推注器2、脉冲器3、注射器4和限流器5,所述处理器1上电性连接有血压计6和心电监护仪7,所述注射器4安装在推注器2上,所述注射器4内安装有体积检测装置8,所述注射器4的输出端固定连接有导管9,所述导管9中部安装有三通管12,所述脉冲器3包括电机10和脉冲阀11,所述脉冲阀11由电机10驱动,所述脉冲阀11安装在所述三通管12上,所述导管9远离所述注射器4一端安装有限流器5,所述限流器5为单向阀门,所述电机10、所述推注器2和所述体积检测装置8均与所述处理器1电性连接。
通过本发明的上述方案,能够实现自动脉冲式给药的同时,解决推注力度不足和动脉血液反流的难题,解放医师的人力,提高手术效率。
实施例二:
请参阅图1-2,对于体积检测装置8来说,所述体积检测装置8为红外测距传感器,所述红外测距传感器固定嵌设在所述注射器4远离推杆一端内壁,所述红外测距传感器与所述处理器1电性连接;对于导管9来说,所述导管9靠近所述注射器4一端加工有螺纹,所述导管9与所述注射器4螺纹连接。
通过本发明的上述方案,能够利用红外测距传感器检测注射器4的活塞距离注射器4输出端的距离,并将检测到的数据传送给处理器1,处理器1根据预先输入的注射器4的横截面积乘以活塞距离注射器4输出端的距离计算出注射器4内药液的体积,从而达到检测药液体积的目的,并且导管9通过螺纹连接能够便于对导管9进行拆卸并使得导管9不易从注射器4上脱离。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,处理器1连接血压计6和心电监护仪7,可接收患者血压和心率数据,并将两者转变为对应的电信号,处理器1可根据血压电信号、注射器内药液的体积及输入的给药时间来自动调节推注器2的推注力度,以达到在规定时间内匀速给药的目的,脉冲器3由传动电机10和脉冲阀11两部分组成,电机10可根据处理器1转换的心率电信号,自动调节转动速率,以实现脉冲阀11开放和关闭的速率与心率一致,注射器4内含红外测距传感器,能够利用红外测距传感器检测注射器4的活塞距离注射器4输出端的距离,并将检测到的数据传送给处理器1,处理器1根据预先输入的注射器4的横截面积乘以活塞距离注射器4输出端的距离计算出注射器4内药液的体积,从而达到检测药液体积的目的,处理器1可将注射器4中的药液体积转化为电信号,传送至推注器2,限流器5为单向阀门,其中单向阀门位于导管9的远注射器4端,靠近开口处,仅允许向开口处开放,导管9的近注射器4端口有螺纹,可与注射器4紧密连接,导管9中部有三通管12,可与脉冲器3紧密连接。
装置开启后,处理器1通过连接血压计6和心电监护仪7,可将患者血压和心率转化为电信号传输至推注器2和脉冲器3;处理器1通过识别注射器4内药液体积信号、血压信号及输入的给药时间,自动计算出所需的推注器2的推注力度,并控制推注器2进行匀速推注;脉冲器3通过识别处理器1传递的心率信号,自动计算出电机10转动速率,从而控制脉冲阀11的开放频率。
脉冲关闭状态:
图2为关闭状态,电机10带动脉冲阀11向下运动,从而使导管9呈关闭状态,注射器4内的药液无法在推注器2的推注下进入导管9,同时,由于单向阀的单向通过性,动脉血液无法通过导管9反流,达到抑制动脉反流的效果。
脉冲开放状态:
图1中为开放状态,电机10带动脉冲阀11向上运动,从而使导管9呈开放状态,注射器4内的药液在推注器2的推注下,经导管9和单向阀流出,实现给药。
从而能够实现自动脉冲式给药的同时,解决推注力度不足和动脉血液反流的难题,解放医师的人力,提高手术效率

1.一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,其特征在于,包括处理器(1)、推注器(2)、脉冲器(3)、注射器(4)和限流器(5),所述处理器(1)上电性连接有血压计(6)和心电监护仪(7),所述注射器(4)安装在推注器(2)上,所述注射器(4)内安装有体积检测装置(8),所述注射器(4)的输出端固定连接有导管(9),所述导管(9)中部安装有三通管(12),所述脉冲器(3)包括电机(10)和脉冲阀(11),所述脉冲阀(11)由电机(10)驱动,所述脉冲阀(11)安装在所述三通管(12)上,所述导管(9)远离所述注射器(4)一端安装有限流器(5),所述限流器(5)为单向阀门,所述电机(10)、所述推注器(2)和所述体积检测装置(8)均与所述处理器(1)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,其特征在于,所述体积检测装置(8)为红外测距传感器,所述红外测距传感器固定嵌设在所述注射器(4)远离推杆一端内壁,所述红外测距传感器与所述处理器(1)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动脉介入化疗药物注射的自动化脉冲式推注装置,其特征在于,所述导管(9)靠近所述注射器(4)一端加工有螺纹,所述导管(9)与所述注射器(4)螺纹连接。
