本发明公开了一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,其原料有去离子水配比14.7%‑26.7%,乙醇(95%)配比65%‑75%,甘油(医用级)配比2‑5%,丙二醇1‑4%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4%‑6%,卡波姆U20:0.3%‑0.4%,三乙醇胺0.15%‑0.2%,茶树精油配比0.2%‑0.8%,芦荟提取物配比0.5‑1.5%,关键点在于采用特定的银离子浓度可以持续抑制细菌并且对手部没有影响,配合其他添加物能够同时保证银离子的体系稳定性,在起到消毒的同时保护双手的作用。

技术领域
本发明为消毒剂技术领域,主要是一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液。
背景技术
现有的免洗洗手液以乙醇作为杀菌物质,但乙醇易挥发,在手部杀菌作用时间极其有限,挥发后就不会再后杀菌作用,而手的在随后的活动中所沾染的细菌等其他污染物就会重新污染双手,如果想起到持续杀菌的效果,就需要一直喷涂酒精或酒精类的免洗洗手液,但持续的酒精会破坏皮肤表面的皮肤,对皮肤造成刺激,为此我们提供一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,其特征在于:所述原料有去离子水配比14.7%-26.7%,乙醇(95%)配比65%-75%,甘油(医用级)配比2-5%,丙二醇1-4%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4%-6%,卡波姆U20:0.3%-0.4%,三乙醇胺0.15%-0.2%,茶树精油配比0.2-0.8%,芦荟提取物配比0.5-1.5%;
生产工艺步骤为:
S1、调和取U20,预分散至甘油中;
S2、加入去离子水,升温至80℃,并充分搅拌;
S3、以12000RPM进行均质搅拌,持续时间3min;
S4、加入无水乙醇,并充分搅拌混溶;
S5、取三乙醇胺与水,1:5混合后,少量、逐步加入主体系,并持续搅拌;
S6、观察主体系粘度已符合要求,且料体澄清、透明,停止加入上一步的混合溶液,持续搅拌10min,并将料体降温至常温;
S7、依次加入UIV2000银离子溶液、茶树精油、芦荟提取物并充分混溶。
优选的,所述原料有去离子水配比14.7%,乙醇(95%)配比65%,甘油(医用级)配比2%,丙二醇1%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4%,卡波姆U20:0.3%%,三乙醇胺0.15%%,茶树精油配比0.2%,芦荟提取物配比0.5%。
优选的,所述原料有去离子水配比18.7%,乙醇(95%)配比69%,甘油(医用级)配比3%,丙二醇2%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4.6%,卡波姆U20:0.33%,三乙醇胺0.17%,茶树精油配比0.4%,芦荟提取物配比0.8%。
优选的,所述原料有去离子水配比22.7%,乙醇(95%)配比72%,甘油(医用级)配比4%,丙二醇3%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比5.3%,卡波姆U20:0.36%,三乙醇胺0.19%,茶树精油配比0.6%,芦荟提取物配比1.2%。
优选的,所述原料有去离子水配比26.7%,乙醇(95%)配比75%,甘油(医用级)配比5%,丙二醇4%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比6%,卡波姆U20:0.4%,三乙醇胺0.2%,茶树精油配比0.8%,芦荟提取物配比1.5%。
优选的,所述的洗手液的作用时间为2-20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的技术关键点在于采用特定的银离子浓度可以持续抑制细菌并且对手部没有影响,配合其他添加物能够同时保证银离子的体系稳定性,在起到消毒的同时保护双手的作用。

生产工艺步骤为:
S1、调和取U20,预分散至甘油中;
S2、加入去离子水,升温至80℃,并充分搅拌;

原料有去离子水配比26.7%,乙醇(95%)配比75%,甘油(医用级)配比5%,丙二醇4%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比6%,卡波姆U20:0.4%,三乙醇胺0.2%,茶树精油配比0.8%,芦荟提取物配比1.5%。
洗手液的作用时间为20min。
总结:洗手液中银离子的杀菌效果随着时间的增加逐渐提高,且当作用时间为20分钟时抑菌率最高;此外,文中作用时间最高为20min不代表超过20min后该洗手液无效。

1.一种能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,其特征在于:所述原料有去离子水配比14.7%-26.7%,乙醇(95%)配比65%-75%,甘油(医用级)配比2-5%,丙二醇1-4%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4%-6%,卡波姆U20:0.3%-0.4%,三乙醇胺0.15%-0.2%,茶树精油配比0.2-0.8%,芦荟提取物配比0.5-1.5%;
生产工艺步骤为:
S1、调和取U20,预分散至甘油中;
S2、加入去离子水,升温至80℃,并充分搅拌;
S3、以12000RPM进行均质搅拌,持续时间3min;
S4、加入无水乙醇,并充分搅拌混溶;
S5、取三乙醇胺与水,1:5混合后,少量、逐步加入主体系,并持续搅拌;
S6、观察主体系粘度已符合要求,且料体澄清、透明,停止加入上一步的混合溶液,持续搅拌10min,并将料体降温至常温;
S7、依次加入UIV2000银离子溶液、茶树精油、芦荟提取物并充分混溶。

3.根据权利要求1所述的能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,其特征在于:所述原料有去离子水配比18.7%,乙醇(95%)配比69%,甘油(医用级)配比3%,丙二醇2%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比4.6%,卡波姆U20:0.33%,三乙醇胺0.17%,茶树精油配比0.4%,芦荟提取物配比0.8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能够持续杀菌的新型免洗洗手液,其特征在于:所述原料有去离子水配比22.7%,乙醇(95%)配比72%,甘油(医用级)配比4%,丙二醇3%,UIV2000纳米银离子溶液配比5.3%,卡波姆U20:0.36%,三乙醇胺0.19%,茶树精油配比0.6%,芦荟提取物配比1.2%。
