A sealing ring is arranged between the top surface of the flanging part of the infrared light housing 31 and the bottom surface of the lamp pressing plate 4. A seal ring is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the infrared light housing 31 and the outer peripheral surface of the infrared light mount 321.
