Abstract

本发明公开了一种亲水易去污织物。该织物的单纤维表面上至少含有亲水性聚酯树脂和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚分子通式为:R‑OCH2CH2OH,其中R为碳原子数8~10的烷基。本发明的织物对玉米油的易去污性与氟素去污剂加工品相当,吸水性明显优于氟素去污剂加工品,此外,洗涤耐久性优越,加工方法简单、环保、成本低廉。

Description

一种亲水易去污织物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种亲水易去污织物,具体涉及一种同时兼备亲水性和油污易去除性的织物。
背景技术
日常生活中,衣服被沾到油污等污渍后,不但会影响到穿着者的外观形象,而且有些油污还存在刺激性气味。其中玉米油由于表面张力比较小,跟纤维的结合能力强,很难去除,非常让人头疼。
目前,常用的易去污技术是在纤维表面附着特定的树脂层,以此来降低油污在纤维表面的附着能力达到易去污的效果。但是,这样的技术存在亲水性和易去污性不能兼具的矛盾。如专利文献CN103184688B中公开了一种防污纺织品,通过在单纤维表面覆盖碳-氟链段和聚酯链段的树脂层,虽然对玉米油有优异的易去污性,但由于碳-氟链段来自于氟素树脂,存在一定的安全性问题,而且亲水性能下降明显。又如专利文献CN103174033A中公开了一种易去污纺织品,通过在棉短纤上附着N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物,聚酯短纤上附着亲水性聚酯树脂,赋予了纺织品一定的易去污性,但是对玉米油的去除效果不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具优异的亲水性和易去污性,特别是对玉米油具有明显的易去污性,并且加工简单、绿色环保的织物。
本发明的技术解决方案:
本发明的亲水易去污织物,含有亲水性聚酯树脂和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚分子通式为:R-OCH2CH2OH,其中R为碳原子数8~10的烷基。
本发明的亲水易去污织物,亲水性聚酯树脂在单纤维表面形成了致密的树脂层,可以有效阻止油渍进入纤维内部;并且此类聚酯树脂具有亲水基团可以赋予织物优越的亲水性。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可以很好的溶解油渍,使油渍非常容易从纤维表面脱落,达到良好的易去污效果。
具体实施方式
本发明的亲水易去污织物,含有亲水性聚酯树脂和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚分子通式为:R-OCH2CH2OH,其中R为碳原子数8~10的烷基。
油渍中的玉米油,其主要成分是不饱和脂肪酸,而脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚跟不饱和脂肪酸的极性相同,根据相似相溶原理可知两者之间具有很好的溶解性;同时,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚含有醚键自身亲水性很好,可以很好地溶于水中并将玉米油从纤维中溶解到水中,从而达到去除油渍的目的。另外,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中碳链R中的碳原子数越大,亲油性越差,亲水性越好。当R为碳原子低于8的烷基时,水溶性差;当R为碳原子数超过12时,对玉米油的易去污能力明显降低。因此,本发明中,R为碳原子数8~10的烷基。
作为优选,本发明中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的含量为5.5重量%~10重量%。当脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚含量低于5.5重量%时,纤维的表面张力降低的程度比较小,对玉米油的溶解能力不高,初期易去污效果有可能达不到4.0级;当含量高于10重量%时,成本有增加的趋势。
现有的易去污整理剂大部分都是通过自身具有的亲水性基团促进油污通过卷缩机理去除。卷缩机理是指通过后整理加工到纤维上的亲水性基团促使水分子进入油污和纤维之间,使大块油污面产生缩聚成为大小不一的油珠,继而呈卷离状态脱离织物。由于洗涤过程中有外力作用,污渍脱离织物的速度更快、效果更佳。但是,亲水性基团的存在也有消极作用,即会影响到洗涤耐久性。
本发明所用亲水性聚酯树脂优选含有乙二醇和氧基-1,2-亚乙基反应得到的聚合物以及二甘醇成分。特别是织物中含有聚酯纤维时,在高温作用下,其所具有氧基-1,2-亚乙基中的疏水性基团可以与聚酯分子链共熔,而二甘醇和乙二醇中的亲水性基团伸展在外,从而使含有聚酯纤维织物对玉米油去除的耐久性得到了很大提高。
作为优选,根据AATCC130-2015标准测得本发明的织物对玉米油的易去污性为4.0级以上;根据JIS L 1907-2010标准测得本发明的织物的吸水性为5秒以下。
作为优选,根据JIS L 0217 103法标准洗涤20回后,再根据AATCC130-2015标准测得本发明的织物洗涤后对玉米油的易去污性为3.0级以上、根据JIS L 1907-2010标准测得本发明的织物洗涤后的吸水性为5秒以下。
本发明中,织物形态没有特别限定,可以是机织物、针织物等。其所用纤维原料也没有特别限定,可以是聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、棉纤维等等中的一种或几种。
本发明的织物可以通过如下方法制得:
将坯布利用如下加工液进行加工,
亲水性聚酯树脂80~160g/L
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 100~200g/L
其余为软水。
可采用染色同浴加工或者浸轧加工。鉴于现场生产工艺复杂程度及生产成本,优选浸轧加工,进一步优选一浸一轧的浸轧加工。这些药剂可能进入纤维内部或者纤维表面。
染色同浴加工的条件:在温度60~120℃的条件下热处理10~30分钟,随后在温度100~150℃的条件下干燥1~5分钟,最后在150~190℃的条件下进行定型0.5~2分钟。
浸轧加工的条件:采用一浸一轧或者二浸二轧后,在温度100~150℃的条件下干燥1~5分钟,最后在150~190℃的条件下进行定型0.5~2分钟。
配制加工液的方法如下:首先,将特定质量的药剂A和B进行软水稀释处理,然后,将稀释后的药剂A慢慢添加到药剂B中,在添加的过程中不断地进行搅拌,但搅拌速度不宜过快,防止药剂溅出,最后向混合液中添加特定质量的软水,至此加工液配制完成。
下面结合实施例和比较例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明各项指标的测定和评价方法如下:
(1)玉米油的易去污性
根据AATCC130-2015标准。
(2)洗涤处理
根据JIS L 0217 103-1995标准洗涤20回。
(3)化合物的种类及含量
通过傅里叶红外光谱仪分析有机官能团,不同有机官能团的出峰位置不同,根据二甘醇出峰位置确定化合物(亲水性聚酯树脂)的种类。取待测样布,通过核磁共振的氢谱可分析化合物特征峰的位置和强度,根据酯键和醚键的特征峰的面积及化学式推算出化合物(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)的含量。
(4)吸水性
根据JIS L 1907-2010标准。
以下实施例及比较例中所用药剂如下:
亲水性聚酯树脂A:含有乙二醇、氧基-1,2-亚乙基聚合物以及二甘醇成分
亲水性聚酯树脂B:含有羧酸乙氧基化合物
易去污整理剂:主成分为硅氧烷树脂、副成分为聚氨酯
实施例1
选用涤/棉含量比为65/35、克重为115g/m2、密度为140×72根/inch的涤棉机织坯布,在如下加工液中采用一浸一轧方式进行加工,然后在温度130℃的条件下干燥2分钟,最后在170℃的条件下定型1分钟,得到本发明的织物,其各项性能测试结果见表1。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 180g/L
亲水性聚酯树脂A100g/L
其余为软水。
实施例2
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量调整为150g/L,其余同实施例1,得到本发明的织物。具体结果见表1。
实施例3
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量调整为120g/L,其余同实施例1,得到本发明的织物。具体结果见表1。
实施例4
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量调整为60g/L,其余同实施例1,得到本发明的织物。具体结果见表1。
实施例5
将亲水性聚酯树脂A替换为亲水性聚酯树脂B,其余同实施例1,得到本发明的织物。具体结果见表1。
比较例1
仅使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,用量为180g/L,其余同实施例1,得到织物。具体结果见表1。
比较例2
仅使用亲水性聚酯树脂A,用量100g/L,其余同实施例1,得到织物。具体结果见表1。
比较例3
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和亲水性聚酯树脂A替换为易去污整理剂,其余同实施例1,得到织物。具体结果见表1。

根据上表,
(1)由实施例1和实施例2可知,同等条件下,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为180g/L加工所得织物与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为150g/L加工所得织物相比,两者的易去污性相当,前者初期吸水性略优于后者。
(2)由实施例2和实施例3可知,同等条件下,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为150g/L加工所得织物与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为120g/L加工所得织物相比,两者的易去污性相当,前者初期吸水性略优于后者。
(3)由实施例3和实施例4可知,同等条件下,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为120g/L加工所得织物与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的用量为60g/L加工所得织物相比,前者初期易去污性明显优于后者。
(4)由实施例1和实施例5可知,同等条件下,亲水性聚酯树脂A加工所得织物与亲水性聚酯树脂B加工所得织物相比,两者的初期易去污性和吸水性相当,前者的洗涤耐久性优于后者。
(5)由比较例1和实施例1可知,同等条件下,仅用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加工所得织物与并用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和亲水性聚酯树脂A加工所得织物相比,两者的初期易去污性和吸水性相当,前者的洗涤耐久性差。
(6)由比较例2和实施例1可知,同等条件下,仅用亲水性聚酯树脂A加工所得织物与并用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和亲水性聚酯树脂A加工所得织物相比,前者洗涤前后的易去污性和吸水性都明显不及后者。
(7)由比较例3和实施例1可知,同等条件下,采用易去污整理剂加工所得织物与并用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和亲水性聚酯树脂A加工所得织物相比,前者洗涤前后的易去污性和吸水性都明显不及后者。

Claims (5)

1.一种亲水易去污织物,其特征是:所述织物含有亲水性聚酯树脂和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的分子通式为:R-OCH2CH2OH,
其中R为碳原子数8~10的烷基。
2.根据权利要求1所述亲水易去污织物,其特征是:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的含量为5.5重量%~10重量%。
3.根据权利要求1所述亲水易去污织物,其特征是:所述亲水性聚酯树脂中含有乙二醇和氧基-1,2-亚乙基反应得到的聚合物以及二甘醇成分。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述亲水易去污织物,其特征是:根据AATCC130-2015标准测得所述织物对玉米油的易去污性为4.0级以上;根据JIS L 1907-2010标准测得所述织物的吸水性为5秒以下。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述亲水易去污织物,其特征是:根据JIS L 0217 103-1995标准洗涤20回后,再根据AATCC130-2015标准测得所述织物洗涤后对玉米油的易去污性为3.0级以上、根据JIS L 1907-2010标准测得所述织物洗涤后的吸水性为5秒以下。
