The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
According to the dangerous behavior early warning method and system based on the vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal can detect whether a dangerous behavior that a head, a hand and the like extend out of a vehicle window exists in real time, early warning is given in time, potential safety hazards caused by the arrangement of an emergency speed reduction and height limiting device are prevented, and therefore the safety of personnel on the vehicle is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the method for warning dangerous behavior based on a vehicle-mounted terminal of the present invention includes the following steps:
and step S1, receiving the human body part extending information sent by the human body detection module.
Specifically, the window glass of the vehicle includes one or more combinations of a sunroof glass, a door window glass, and a side window glass. Each glazing comprises a fixed end and a movable end. The fixed end is one end which is always positioned in the window, and the movable end is one end which can move in the window space. The mobile end of the window glass is provided with a human body detection module which is used for detecting whether human body parts such as hands, heads and the like exist above the mobile end, and when the human body parts such as the hands, the heads and the like are detected, the human body part extension information is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal in a wired or wireless mode.
And step S2, when the vehicle is in a running state and the window of the human body detection module is opened, if the human body part extension information lasts for a preset time length, early warning information is sent out.
Specifically, when the vehicle is in a driving state and a vehicle window provided with the human body detection module is opened, if the human body detection module detects whether human body parts such as hands and heads exist above the moving end, it indicates that a driver and/or a passenger stretch the hands and heads out of the window. When the duration exceeds the preset duration, the situation that the driver or the passenger stretches the hands, the head and the like out of the window for a long time is indicated, certain potential safety hazards exist at the moment, and therefore the vehicle-mounted terminal sends out early warning information. In an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined time period is 3-10 s.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the early warning information includes one or more combinations of voice information, text information, identification information, and buzzing information. Specifically, the vehicle-mounted terminal can remind a driver or a passenger by sending out language information such as 'do not extend out of a window', the driver or the passenger can be provided by displaying characters and/or identification information on the vehicle-mounted terminal or a meter screen, and the driver or the passenger can be reminded by sending out specific buzzing information.
More preferably, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends out early warning information to a driver or a passenger at a corresponding position according to the setting position of the human body detection module which sends the human body part extension information.
When the vehicle is in a non-driving state, the vehicle is in a static state, and the hand, the head and other parts are extended out of the window without potential safety hazards, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal does not need to send out early warning information.
When the vehicle window provided with the human body detection module is not opened, potential safety hazards do not exist for a driver and passengers, and therefore the vehicle-mounted terminal does not need to send out early warning.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the system for warning dangerous behavior based on a vehicle-mounted terminal of the present invention includes a receiving module 21 and a warning module 22.

The early warning module 22 is connected with the receiving module 21 and is used for sending out early warning information when the vehicle is in a running state and the window of the human body detection module is opened and if the human body part extension information lasts for a preset time duration.
