本申请的实施例提供一种终端内外围器件的管理方法及终端，涉及通信技术领域，可在满足应用所需的数据精度的同时，减少对外围器件的使用，从而降低终端功耗。该方法包括：终端获取当前所述终端所处的实时运行场景；当所述实时运行场景为第一运行场景时，所述终端指示所述外围器件按照第一工作参数工作；当所述实时运行场景为第二运行场景时，所述终端指示所述外围器件按照第二工作参数工作；其中，所述外围器件按照第一工作参数工作时所述终端产生的功耗小于所述外围器件按照第二工作参数工作时所述终端产生的功耗。
