The first and/or second and/or third and/or fourth embodiments are further explained below by means of an example. In an actual scene, when a client performs payment operation, the client is prompted with various voice prompts, for example, the client is prompted to perform authentication before payment, for example, the client is prompted to scan codes, for example, the client and a cashier are prompted to pay successfully and pay the amount of money, the various voices are played through one device, on one hand, different voices can interfere with each other, on the other hand, the client and the cashier need to actively distinguish which voice is needed by the client or is directed at the voice of the client, and therefore broadcasting efficiency and broadcasting effect are low.
Through the embodiment of the specification, a cashier can establish connection between the mobile phone (or other equipment) of the cashier and the voice broadcast decision terminal, so that the mobile phone of the cashier can be used as a candidate broadcast terminal, and the cashier can set concerned or needed contents on the mobile phone of the cashier. When payment is needed, the voice broadcast condition is triggered, and voice broadcast demand data is generated and sent. And the voice broadcast decision terminal determines broadcast content data and a target broadcast terminal. For example, if the broadcast content data is for confirming collection, the target broadcast end can be determined to be the mobile phone of the cashier, and if the broadcast audience is the cashier, a voice broadcast instruction is sent to the target broadcast end, so that the mobile phone of the cashier broadcasts voice for confirming collection information; if the broadcast content data is to remind the client of authentication, it can be determined that the target broadcast terminal is the authentication device, and the broadcast audience is the client, a voice broadcast instruction is sent to the target broadcast terminal, so that the authentication device broadcasts voice reminding the client of authentication, as shown in fig. 4. Therefore, voice broadcast among different information can not be confused, and different audiences can receive the message broadcast concerned or needed by the audiences more easily.
By way of the above example, each candidate issuing end (such as the authentication device and the cashier's mobile phone) issues respective corresponding information, and has respective corresponding audiences, such as the customer and the cashier; different or corresponding issuing terminals can be selected to issue corresponding to different messages (such as authentication messages and confirmation collection messages), and the information issuing efficiency and effect can be effectively improved. Different publishing terminals can have different audiences, and the audiences can set up the content that self cared for or needs through the publishing terminal to the message that the publishing terminal was published is stronger to its audiences pertinence, can effectively improve information issuing efficiency and effect.

1. A voice broadcasting method includes:
receiving voice broadcast demand data, determining broadcast content data according to the voice broadcast demand data, and selecting a target broadcast end from the candidate broadcast ends; wherein each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice broadcast audiences or each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice demands;
and sending a voice broadcasting instruction to the target broadcasting end so that the target broadcasting end broadcasts the broadcasting content data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving a connection request, and taking the equipment corresponding to the connection request as a candidate broadcast end.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving voice demand data sent by one or more candidate broadcast ends, and determining voice broadcast audiences or voice demands corresponding to the one or more candidate broadcast ends according to the voice demand data.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the target broadcasting terminal broadcasts the broadcasting content data by voice or page.
10. A voice broadcasting method includes:
after the voice broadcasting condition is triggered, sending voice broadcasting demand data so that a voice broadcasting decision terminal determines broadcasting content data according to the voice broadcasting demand data and selects a target broadcasting terminal from candidate broadcasting terminals; wherein each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice broadcast audiences or each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice demands;
and enabling the voice broadcast decision terminal to send a voice broadcast instruction to the target broadcast terminal, wherein the voice broadcast instruction is used for enabling the target broadcast terminal to broadcast the broadcast content data.
11. The method of claim 10, determining the voice broadcasting demand data according to the triggered voice broadcasting condition.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the voice broadcasting condition includes a recognition condition or an authentication condition or a financial condition.
13. The method of claim 10, the voice announcement condition including a financial condition, the voice announcement condition triggering including:
deposit or transfer of funds or withdrawal or payment or borrowing or financing.
14. The method according to claim 10, wherein the voice broadcast demand data includes voice broadcast identification data or text data or voice broadcast object data corresponding to a voice to be broadcast.
15. An information publishing method, comprising:
receiving information release demand data, determining release content data according to the information release demand data, and selecting a target release end from each candidate release end; wherein each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information publishing audiences or each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information demands;
and sending an information issuing instruction to the target issuing end so as to enable the target issuing end to issue the issued content data.
16. An information publishing method, comprising:
after the information release condition is triggered, information release demand data are sent, so that an information release decision-making terminal determines release content data according to the information release demand data, and a target release terminal is selected from all candidate release terminals; wherein each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information publishing audiences or each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information demands;
and enabling the information issuing decision end to send an information issuing instruction to the target issuing end, wherein the information issuing instruction is used for enabling the target issuing end to issue the issued content data.
17. A voice broadcasting device comprising:
the broadcasting decision module is used for receiving voice broadcasting demand data, determining broadcasting content data according to the voice broadcasting demand data, and selecting a target broadcasting end from the candidate broadcasting ends; wherein each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice broadcast audiences or each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice demands;
and the broadcasting module is used for sending a voice broadcasting instruction to the target broadcasting end so that the target broadcasting end broadcasts the broadcasting content data.
18. A voice broadcasting device comprising:
the voice broadcasting demand module is used for sending voice broadcasting demand data after a voice broadcasting condition is triggered, so that a voice broadcasting decision terminal determines broadcasting content data according to the voice broadcasting demand data, and a target broadcasting terminal is selected from candidate broadcasting terminals; wherein each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice broadcast audiences or each of the candidate broadcast terminals corresponds to one or more kinds of voice demands;
and enabling the voice broadcast decision terminal to send a voice broadcast instruction to the target broadcast terminal, wherein the voice broadcast instruction is used for enabling the target broadcast terminal to broadcast the broadcast content data.
19. An information distribution apparatus comprising:
the release decision module is used for receiving information release demand data, determining release content data according to the information release demand data, and selecting a target release end from all candidate release ends; wherein each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information publishing audiences or each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information demands;
and the issuing module is used for sending an information issuing instruction to the target issuing end so as to enable the target issuing end to issue the issued content data.
20. An information distribution apparatus comprising:
the information release demand module is used for sending information release demand data after the information release condition is triggered so that the information release decision-making terminal determines release content data according to the information release demand data and selects a target release terminal from all candidate release terminals; wherein each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information publishing audiences or each candidate publishing end corresponds to one or more kinds of information demands;
and enabling the information issuing decision end to send an information issuing instruction to the target issuing end, wherein the information issuing instruction is used for enabling the target issuing end to issue the issued content data.

at least one processor;
