if no determined access enterprise exists, when an external person needs to enter a park area, information input in the single chip microcomputer 10 is transmitted to the client 4, then information of main persons and carried persons is registered in a gate post office, information such as photographing, identity card and visitor time is input through the management unit 12, then the client 4 prints out identity card information and photos through the thermal printer 15, simultaneously prints out a two-dimensional code, then scans the two-dimensional code in the two-dimensional code scanner 17 in the gate 5 to open a door, opens the door from a newly scanned two-dimensional code when the person is going out, and then the two-dimensional code is invalidated;
after special personnel or emergency occurs, the door can be opened and closed through the control unit 13, or when no personnel work in a certain room in the park, any authority of the intercom host 9 in the room can be cancelled through the control unit 13, so that other personnel can be prevented from controlling the intercom host;
after completing the work of one day, the manager of the gate post office prints the person in and out condition of one day through the statistical unit 14, reports to check whether there is error condition and reports the work of one day, and can also leave the file;

As can be seen from fig. 1-3, firstly when personnel in the campus and personnel in enterprises need to enter, the personnel information can be recorded into the information such as identification card information, company name, position, fingerprint and the like in the management unit 12 of the access control management software 8, then the personnel information is stored in the database 7 in the server 1, then corresponding access control cards are issued on the card reader 16, then it can be determined that each of the personnel in the campus can carry corresponding number of people to enter according to the situation, when the personnel in the campus enter, the fingerprint and the access control card can be used and placed on the access control reading head 11 according to the situation to trigger the door lock 5 to open the door, or any one of the personnel in the campus can trigger the door lock 5 to open the door, when the personnel in the campus exit, only one of the personnel in the campus needs to trigger the door lock 5 to open the door, and simultaneously the information is transmitted; when external personnel need to enter, data are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer 10 and the talkback host 9 after personal information and the number of carried personnel are input according to prompts of the single chip microcomputer 10 in the talkback device 6, the talkback host 9 gives a prompt, after the personnel in the enterprise confirm that the information is correct, the door gate 5 can be controlled to open the door in the talkback host 9, and when the personnel in the enterprise go out, the talkback host 9 can also be prompted to open the door in the single chip microcomputer 10; when no enterprise is appointed, information input in the single chip microcomputer 10 is transmitted to the client side 4, the client side 4 is installed in a gate post office, then various information and the number of carried persons of visitor personnel are newly input according to conditions, then photographing is carried out, after photographing is finished, the client side 4 controls the thermal printer 15 to print out photos, visitor personnel information and the number of carried persons, a two-dimensional code is printed out at the same time, the two-dimensional code is placed in a two-dimensional code scanner 17 in the front-end equipment 2, the two-dimensional code scanner 17 triggers the gate 5 to open the door, the two-dimensional code is also suitable for being output when the door is out, and then the two-dimensional code is abandoned to prevent reuse; meanwhile, the control unit 13 can control the door opening or closing of the door lock 5, the control unit 13 can trigger the door lock 5 to open the door after special personnel and emergency occur, meanwhile, the control unit 13 can also provide the use authority of any door control read head 11, and after a certain door control read head 11 is forbidden, the door control read head 11 loses any operation of controlling the door lock 5 and the like; the statistical unit 14 is used for listing the entering and exiting conditions of the personnel every day, the personnel can be directly printed out, the personnel are printed into a table after one day of work is finished and delivered to a superior level for reservation and viewing, the server 1 is installed in a superior leader office of a garden, and the visitor management system 3 in the server 1 can carry out checking; personnel pass in and out the condition and include outside personnel and inside personnel's total, and infrared correlation inductor 18 on the gatekeeper 5 all can trigger once when everybody passes through, then transmits to customer end 4 in, and the effect can make statistics of at every turn after having the condition of carrying personnel, whether carrying personnel quantity is correct, makes things convenient for the personnel management in garden.
