A multi-source information fusion electronic traffic state management method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the management method is based on the filled personal information and the mobile phone positioning tracking information, and the electronic traffic state judgment is carried out by combining the fusion of multi-source information to obtain an electronic traffic state health code; the judging method is that the current electronic traffic state health code of the individual is automatically judged based on the information, the related information is uploaded to a public safety management system cloud platform in real time for storage, and meanwhile, the mobile end of the individual is automatically updated and displayed in real time; the judgment method also automatically analyzes and updates the individual traffic state through the interference of the external health risk information.
2. The multi-source information-fused electronic traffic state management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the state of the electronic traffic state health code is a red code, a yellow code or a green code.

The multi-source information-fused electronic traffic state management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the filled personal information comprises travel information, health information and address information; the mobile phone positioning and tracking information comprises place position information and time information.
4. The multi-source information-fused electronic traffic state management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the electronic passing state judgment method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: starting the program;
step 2: (1) the user fills in the personal basic information and executes the step 3; (2) the mobile phone automatically locates the current position and marks time, and step 4 is executed;

1. if: outputting a health code of-red code when the suspected contact AND lives in the epidemic situation cell within 14 days after the temperature is greater than 37.5 ℃ AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days;
2. if: outputting a health code of-red code when a suspected contact AND is resident in an epidemic situation-free cell within 14 days after the temperature is greater than 37.5 ℃ AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days;
3. if: the contact is undoubtedly similar within 14 days after the AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days when the temperature is higher than 37.5 ℃, AND the health code is output as the red code when the AND lives in the epidemic area;
4. if: clearly contact is similar to the contact within 14 days after the AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days when the temperature is higher than 37.5 ℃, AND the health code is output as the red code when the AND lives in the epidemic-free area;
5. if: if the suspected contact exists in 14 days without visiting the epidemic area AND within 14 days at the temperature of more than 37.5 degrees AND the AND lives in the epidemic situation cell, the health code is output as the red code;
6. if: if the suspected contact exists in 14 days without visiting the epidemic area AND within 14 days at the temperature of more than 37.5 degrees AND AND the AND is resident in the epidemic-free district, the health code is output as a red code;
7. if: the health code is output as a yellow code when the AND is resident in an epidemic situation cell AND is undoubtedly similar to contact in 14 days without visiting the epidemic area AND within 14 days when the temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees;
8. if: the health code is output as a yellow code when the AND is resident in an epidemic situation-free cell AND is undoubtedly similar to contact in 14 days when the AND does not visit the epidemic area within 14 days at the temperature of more than 37.5 ℃;
9. if: if the suspected contact exists in 14 days after the AND visits the epidemic area within 14 days at the temperature of less than 37.5 ℃, AND the AND lives in the epidemic situation cell, the health code is output as a red code;
10. if: if the suspected contact exists in 14 days after the AND visits the epidemic area within 14 days at the temperature of less than 37.5 ℃, AND the AND lives in the epidemic situation-free cell, the health code is output as a red code;
11. if: the contact is undoubtedly similar within 14 days after the temperature is less than 37.5 ℃ AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days, AND if the AND is resident in the epidemic situation cell, the health code is output as a yellow code;
12. if: clearly contact is similar to the contact within 14 days after the temperature is less than 37.5 ℃ AND visits the epidemic area AND within 14 days, AND if the AND is resident in the non-epidemic situation cell, the health code is output as a yellow code;
13. if: clearly AND similarly contacting the AND in 14 days when the temperature is less than 37.5 ℃ AND the AND does not visit the epidemic area AND in 14 days, AND outputting a health code as a yellow code when the AND is resident in the epidemic area;
14. if: clearly AND similarly contacting the AND in 14 days when the temperature is less than 37.5 ℃ AND the AND does not visit the epidemic area AND in 14 days, AND outputting a health code as a yellow code when the AND is resident in the epidemic area;
15. if: clearly AND similarly contacting the epidemic area AND within 14 days when the temperature is less than 37.5 ℃ AND within 14 days when the epidemic area AND is not visited, AND outputting a health code as a green code when the AND is living in an epidemic-free district;
(2) positioning based on the position of the mobile phone:
1. if: if the infected person has intersection with the same closed building in the AND time period, the health code is output as the red code;
2. if: if no intersection exists in the same closed building AND time period with the infected person, the health code is output as-green code;
3. if: if the time period of the building is intersected with the time period of the building closed by the infected person, the health code is output as a green code;
