Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a service management method applied to payment provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s101: receiving a registration request of a payment project to obtain a project identifier of the payment project;
s102: responding to the input operation of the payment process in the payment project, and performing code conversion on the input payment process to obtain a payment code;
s103: and establishing a corresponding relation between the project identification and the payment code, and storing the corresponding relation and the payment code.
In the above embodiment, as for step S101, the present invention is mainly applied to a POS payment scenario, so as to manage payment applications through a unified POS payment platform, and meet characteristic payment requirements of various regions.
The regional service personnel firstly complete service carding and butt joint with local region payment mechanisms (such as tax authorities and water and electricity payment mechanisms) so as to determine specific payment items of the local region and specific payment steps contained in each payment item. For example, in the form of diagrams, flowcharts, and the like.
It should be noted that, in some cases, the payment process processed by the service personnel is inconsistent with the payment process in the payment mechanism, for example, the step or the combination step is omitted, so as to avoid the problem of low experience caused by the difference between the payment operation steps of the payment mechanism and the payment equipment used by the user, the service personnel is required to ensure that the payment process processed by the service personnel is consistent with the payment process in the payment mechanism.
The payment platform provided by the invention can be used for unifying the registration management of payment projects. The service personnel can register specific payment items on the platform to obtain item identification, such as electric charge-001.
Furthermore, considering different payment processes in different regions, a plurality of payment items, such as Beijing electric charge-0010 and Shanghai electric charge-0011, can be set for the same payment service. When registering a payment item, a service person needs to provide a payment mechanism suitable for the payment item, for example, manually input a payment area or provide an area list for selection, and finally bind a item identifier of the payment item to a specific payment mechanism.
For step S102, after the payment project registration is completed, the payment platform provides a visual editing tool for business personnel to configure the payment process. For example, a flow chart is provided, and business personnel input specific payment steps in each flow box.
Because the payment program runs depending on code execution, the payment process needs to be converted into a specific code format, here, a visual editing interface may also be provided for business personnel to input specific codes, and a code conversion tool may also be used to directly convert the specific codes into the code format for the business personnel to check and modify, for example, as shown in fig. 2.
Furthermore, a payment interface can be generated on the payment platform based on the input/converted payment code, and the service personnel can adaptively adjust the payment code through the display effect of the interface.
When the payment project is upgraded or bug appears, the payment code needs to be changed. At the moment, the payment code can be directly changed by the service personnel, and the payment code can also be changed by changing the payment process.
For step S103, the payment platform may manage a plurality of payment items, and to avoid confusion of the payment codes, the payment codes may be bound with the item identifiers of the corresponding payment items, and finally stored in the database are only the item identifiers, the payment codes, and the corresponding relationship between the item identifiers and the payment codes.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the unified payment platform is provided, the simultaneous registration and management of various payment projects are realized, repeated development in various regions is not needed, the overall workload is small, the management is easy, and the required technology and service maintenance cost is low.
Referring to fig. 3, a main flowchart of an optional service management method applied to payment according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s301: receiving a registration request of a payment project to obtain a project identifier of the payment project;
s302: responding to the input operation of the payment process in the payment project, and performing code conversion on the input payment process to obtain a payment code;
s303: establishing a corresponding relation between the project identification and the payment code, and storing the corresponding relation and the payment code;
s304: receiving the input of a logic number of at least one payment device, establishing a binding relationship between the project identifier and the logic number, and storing the binding relationship in the database;
s305: receiving a payment code acquisition request transmitted by payment equipment, and acquiring a logic number of the payment equipment in the payment code acquisition request;
s306: determining a project identifier corresponding to the logic number, and extracting payment codes from the database based on the project identifier;
s307: and transmitting the extracted payment code to the payment equipment so as to generate and display a payment interface in the payment equipment based on the payment code.
In the above embodiment, the descriptions of steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1 can be referred to for steps S301 to S303, and are not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, as for step S304, the payment platform serves as a payment mechanism for managing the payment items required for payment, the payment device in the present invention is mainly a POS, and is usually provided to the payment party by a third party (located between the payment party and the charging party, such as a bank).
In practice, each POS machine may have a limited number of payment items, such as one, and usually has specified payment items to be serviced when the payment party is delivered by a third party. However, a plurality of POS machines can process the same payment item at the same time, so that the two POS machines are in a many-to-one correspondence relationship.
The POS machine is provided with a logic number, and the logic number is different from the equipment factory number and the equipment hardware number of the POS machine and is only used for representing the number of the POS machine when the POS machine processes a payment project. The logic number of the POS machine is bound with the payment items, and the POS machines can be simultaneously controlled to install the payment items through the payment platform subsequently.
Furthermore, when the payment items of the POS machine need to be changed, the originally bound payment items need to be unbound first, and new payment items need to be bound again.
For steps S305 to S306, the POS machine installs the payment item, and needs to send a request to the payment platform for obtaining a payment code of the payment item.
According to the description, the item identification of the payment item, the corresponding relation between the item identification and the payment code thereof, the payment code, and the corresponding relation between the item identification and the POS machine logic number are stored in the database, so that the payment item to be downloaded needs to be determined according to the POS machine logic number, and then the corresponding payment code is obtained through the item identification of the payment item.
Furthermore, when the POS machine is only associated with one payment item, the payment code may be directly obtained according to the above steps, but if a plurality of payment items are associated, all the associated payment item names, item identifiers, and the like may be fed back to the POS machine through the payment platform, and then the payment code is downloaded based on one payment item information selected by the service staff on the POS machine.
In actual operation, there may be a case where the payment item identifier is not accurately obtained, so that all item identifiers corresponding to the POS machine are filtered based on the area restriction conditions implemented by each payment item, so as to keep only the item identifiers located in the same area as the POS machine. Specifically, the GPS module on the POS machine is used for acquiring the GPS geographic position information of the POS machine.
In step S307, after the POS machine obtains the payment code, a payment process is obtained based on the payment code, and a payment interface display is generated through analysis, so that the payer can perform a payment operation on the POS machine, and offline deployment with a regional characteristic payment function is completed.
In addition, when the payment code in the payment platform is changed, the payment code in the POS machine can be updated in an active or passive mode:
1) the POS machine is updated passively, and the payment platform transmits the changed payment code to the POS machine directly on the basis of the corresponding relation between the item identifier and the POS machine logic number;
2) the POS machine actively updates, the POS machine actively monitors whether the payment code in the payment platform is changed after downloading the payment code from the payment platform, if so, the updated payment code is directly pulled from a database of the payment platform without notification of the payment platform.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the payment equipment in each region can acquire the corresponding payment code from the database of the payment platform based on the logic number of the payment equipment, so that the interface and the flow which meet the local payment requirement can be flexibly customized and modified, the complete program updating and releasing flow is not required to be operated every time the change is carried out, and the overall implementation efficiency is higher.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a service management method, specifically applied to payment, provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
1. the service personnel is in butt joint with a local payment mechanism, a payment item is determined, and information required by a payment process is collected;
2. the service personnel collates the collected information and establishes service requirements
3. Registering payment items on a payment platform:
1) registering a project identifier of a payment project;
2) inputting a payment process;
3) converting the payment process into a payment code or directly inputting the payment code according to the payment platform;
4) associating terminal files (namely logic numbers of payment equipment);
4. establishing a corresponding relation between the project identification and the payment code and a binding relation between the project identification and the payment equipment logic number, and transmitting the corresponding relation, the binding relation and the payment code to a database for storage;
5. the payment equipment acquires GPS geographical position information of the payment equipment;
6. sending a payment code acquisition request, wherein the request comprises GPS geographical position information and a logic number of payment equipment;
7. the payment equipment determines a project identifier according to the logic number and extracts a corresponding payment code from the database according to the project identifier;
8. and issuing a payment code to the payment equipment so as to generate and display a payment interface in the payment equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1) by providing a nationwide uniform-version payment application program, the payment application program does not need to be developed separately for different payment projects, the overall workload is small, the management is easy, and the required technology and service maintenance cost is low;
2) the payment equipment in each region can flexibly customize and modify a payment interface and a payment process which meet the local payment requirement, so that the requirement of characteristic payment for the agent in each region is met;
3) the payment platform updates the payment equipment or the payment equipment actively draws the payment code, so that a complete program updating and releasing process is not required to be operated when the payment code is changed every time, and the efficiency is higher;
4) the configuration and the deployment of the payment project can be automatically completed without manual intervention, and the labor cost is saved.
