Abstract
The application provides a guiding method, a guiding device, electronic equipment and a computer-readable storage medium, which are applied to the technical field of computers, wherein the method determines a target service system based on a to-do service of a user and the current position of the user (namely the position of target terminal equipment), and then sends a planned path from the current position to the target service system to the target terminal equipment for guiding, so that automatic guiding of the user is realized, guiding efficiency is improved, and user experience can be improved.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a guidance method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In order to improve service efficiency, relieve counter pressure and bring convenience to users, the bank develops self-service businesses such as electronic banking, self-service deposit and withdrawal, self-service account transfer, self-service check-in and check-out, online financing and the like by setting corresponding self-service equipment, and the modernization level of bank processing business is greatly improved.
However, before conducting business transaction, the user needs to find out the service device needed for transaction among a plurality of service devices. However, these service devices are of a wide variety and similar in appearance, and the types of services handled by the devices are not explicitly marked outside the devices. and sending the planned path to the target terminal equipment.
Optionally, determining the location information of the target terminal device includes:
receiving wireless signal information sent by a target terminal device through at least two pre-configured wireless terminal devices;
and determining the position of the target terminal device based on the wireless signals received by at least two pre-configured wireless terminal devices.

specifically, taking a bank as an example, a bank outlet has multiple self-service systems, which can handle corresponding services respectively, and can determine target service system information from at least one self-service device in the bank outlet based on the information of the service to be handled and the location information. The time from the target terminal device to each determined self-service system capable of handling the to-be-handled service can be calculated and determined based on the position information of the target terminal device, and then the information of the target service system is determined based on the arrival time.
Step S103, determining a planned path from the position of the target terminal equipment to the target service system;
specifically, taking a bank outlet as an example, the planned path from the position of the target terminal device to the target service system of the user may be determined according to a pre-stored map of the bank outlet. The time or the distance from the position of the target terminal device to the self-service system capable of handling the business to be handled can be determined according to the planned path.
The specific sequence of step 103 and step 102 may be determined according to a specific application scenario, where 102 and 103 do not represent the sequence of steps.
And step S104, sending the planned path to the target terminal equipment.
Specifically, the determined planned path is sent to the target terminal device for guidance of the user. The position information of the target terminal equipment can be acquired in real time and displayed on the planned path.
Compared with the prior art of guidance in a manual mode, the guidance method comprises the steps of receiving service information to be handled sent by target terminal equipment and determining position information of the target terminal equipment, determining target service system information based on the service information to be handled and the position information, determining a planned path from the position of the target terminal equipment to a target service system, and sending the planned path to the target terminal equipment. The target service system is determined based on the service to be managed of the user and the current position of the user (namely the position of the target terminal device), and then the planned path from the current position to the target service system of the user is sent to the target terminal device for guidance, so that automatic guidance of the user is achieved, guidance efficiency is improved, and user experience can be improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a possible implementation manner, and specifically, the determining the location information of the target terminal device in step S101 includes:
step S1011 (not shown in the figure), receiving wireless signal information sent by a target terminal device through at least two preconfigured wireless terminal devices;
step S1012 (not shown in the figure), the position of the target terminal device is determined based on the wireless signals received by the at least two wireless terminal devices which are preconfigured.
Specifically, taking a bank outlet as an example, the bank outlet may configure a corresponding number of wireless terminal devices according to the size of the outlet (which may be determined according to the coverage of each wireless terminal device and the specific environment of the bank outlet), where the wireless terminal devices are configured to receive wireless signals of target terminal devices of users, and then determine location information of the target terminal devices based on the strength information of the wireless signals of the target terminal devices received by at least two wireless terminal devices and the location information of the at least two wireless terminals. Wherein, this wireless terminal equipment can be any kind in wifi terminal equipment, bluetooth terminal equipment, infrared terminal equipment, or the combination of multiple.
The embodiment of the application solves the problem of determining the position information of the target terminal equipment, and provides a basis for subsequently determining the target service system and planning the path.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and further, the method further includes:
step S105 (not shown in the figure), determining the identity of the target user corresponding to the target terminal device based on the wireless signal information received by the wireless terminal device;
step S106 (not shown in the figure), determining a service information list based on the identity of the target user corresponding to the target terminal device, and sending the service information list to the target terminal device.
Specifically, the identity of the target user corresponding to the target terminal device may be determined according to the wireless signal information received by the wireless terminal device, where the IMEI device number of the target terminal device and the device number of the wireless device configured by the target terminal device (specifically, the device number of the WIFI module, the device number of the bluetooth module, and the like) may be obtained by analyzing the received wireless signal information. Then, the corresponding equipment numbers (the IMEI equipment number, the WIFI module equipment number, the Bluetooth module equipment number and the like) are matched through the database to determine the target user, wherein the corresponding equipment numbers of the terminal equipment of the user are stored in the database, and the equipment numbers can be obtained when the user registers.
Specifically, the services that the user may handle can be determined according to the collected big data information of the user, so as to obtain a service information list, and the service information list is sent to the target terminal device.
For the embodiment of the application, the service is recommended in an individualized way, and the user experience can be improved.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and further, the method further includes:
step S107 (not shown in the figure), receiving the to-be-managed service information selected based on the service information list sent by the target user through the target terminal device.
Specifically, the receiving user determines the service information to be handled according to a service information list displayed by the target terminal device, where the service information list may be the personalized service information list in step S106, or may be all service information lists that the self-service device can handle.
The embodiment of the application solves the problem of obtaining the business to be managed.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a guiding device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the device 20 includes: a receiving module 201, a first determining module 202, a second determining module 203, and a sending module 204, wherein,

the first determining module 202 is configured to determine target service system information based on the service information to be handled and the position information;

An embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, an electronic device 30 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 3001 and a memory 3003. The processor 3001 is coupled to the memory 3003, such as via a bus 3002. Further, the electronic device 30 may also include a transceiver 3003.
