Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of software development, in particular to a method for counting marine pipe manufacturing types based on AM secondary development.
Background
At present, except for plates, the tube materials in the shipyard are consumed the most. From raw materials to finished products that can be installed, the types of production can be divided into three categories: finished pipes, folded pipes and existing pipes; finished pipes, which are finished in the field (pipe processing workshop) and can be directly installed on the ship sections; the folding pipe is a pipe which is installed when the sections are folded, and the folding pipe cannot be completed in the inner field at one time due to accuracy errors caused by hoisting and the like when the sections are spliced, needs to be blanked in the inner field, and feeds data back to the pipe for processing after field measurement, and then carries out final processing; the existing pipe is a pipe which needs to be considered on site, and is manufactured by blanking in a pipe processing workshop after a constructor draws a sketch, so that the time consumption is longest, and the energy consumption is the greatest.
AVEVA MARINE (AM) software is largely used in the shipbuilding industry, and AVEVA Marine is a software series product of AVEVA company in UK. Integrated software for designing and building marine and maritime projects. The method adopts an object-centered technology, provides a product combination consisting of a series of solutions, loading items and single-edition application programs, and runs through each link in the shipbuilding business process.
Aiming at the characteristics of Marine projects, AVEVA company carries out system integration on the hull of Tribon and PDMS widely adopted in Marine industries in 2007, and a new generation of AVEVA Marine design system is provided.
The AVEVA Marine covers shipbuilding professional technologies, combines enterprise engineering, design, communication and visualization technologies, realizes cross-professional function integration of a ship body, ship outfitting, engineering and design by using a single project model, and provides an integrated solution for ship enterprises.
AVEVA out fitting, AVEVA PDMS and AVEVA E3D in AVEVA Marine can be used in communication, ensure to cooperate with enterprise expert; the AVEVA Global can support the project in different places, and the environment target of the virtual shipyard is realized.
At present, the manufacture types of the ship pipes counted by a shipyard are all artificial statistics, which brings the following problems:
(1) The manual statistics consumes longer time, slows down the production process and reduces the production efficiency;
(2) Errors often occur in manual statistics, so that manufacturing waste is caused, and the production cost is increased;
(3) The manual statistics often have problems with data lag or errors.
Therefore, a program capable of rapidly counting the Marine pipe production types needs to be developed on the basis of AVEVA Marine software.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects, and provides a method for counting the manufacturing types of ship pipes based on AM secondary development under the condition that the ship pipe data exists in an AVEVA MARINE model, so that the number of finished pipes, folded pipes and existing pipes in each section and area can be quickly identified.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
A method for counting marine pipe manufacturing types based on AM secondary development comprises the following steps:
a. Determining the area where the pipe needs to be counted;
b. Generating the spool information of all the pipes in the area range by using an OUTTITING module of AVEVA MARINE software, wherein the spool comprises all processing and manufacturing information of the pipes;
c. Defining PSTYP attribute of each zool, and dividing the PSTYP attribute into SHOP, FITT and SITE;
d. compiling a dialog box interface by using a PM L (Programmable Macro L language), wherein a 'CE' button, an 'emptying' button, an 'excel list generation' button and a table area are arranged on the dialog box interface;
e. Appointing the function of each functional area in the dialog box; the 'CE' button is used for acquiring a data source range and automatically executing a program; the 'clear' button is used for clearing the result of the last execution program; the 'generate excel list' button is used for exporting the final result; the table area is used for generating specific information;
f. And generating an excel list.
when the "CE" button is clicked to obtain the data range, since the final stage number is SPOO L, the upper stage of SPOO L is ZONE, and the upper stage of ZONE is SITE, when SITE is selected, the SPOO L governed by all ZONEs in SITE needs to be calculated.
The segment names in the table are from the name attribute of the ZONE.
judging the type of the tube production according to the PSTYP attribute of the SPOO L, belonging to a finished tube if the attribute is SHOP, belonging to a closure tube if the attribute is FIST, belonging to a school tube if the attribute is SITE, and counting and summing if the PSTYP attributes are the same.
When the 'generate excel list' button is clicked, but the table has no content, a corresponding prompt is made.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the invention provides accurate basis for enterprise evaluation of the pipe manufacturing cost, and avoids errors caused by manual statistics; (2) the invention reduces the time consumed by manually counting the manufacturing types of the pipes; (3) the invention has fast data updating, solves the problem of data lag or error of manual statistics caused by source data updating, fast counts the number of various pipes in the area selected by the user, only needs several seconds to several minutes for running time, and greatly improves the efficiency.
