Abstract
一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、设在上内胆内的风道组件、位于上内胆下部的左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件,还包括导风件和回风管件,导风件设有左进风孔、右出风孔和顶出风孔;蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,左进风孔与风机腔侧出风口连通、右出风孔与右进风腔的侧进风孔连通,顶出风孔与风道组件的进风腔连通;右风道腔的回风槽与下内胆的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与下内胆左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰冻区回风孔与左回风孔连通。只需一个蒸发器、一个风机,实现多温区循环,与现有技术相比,减少了部件,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
现有电冰箱实现多温区功能时,冷藏室、冷冻室各设置一翅片蒸发器,以多个冷源实现多温区功能,这样子的设计材料多,工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,它具有一个蒸发器、一个风机,实现多温循环的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、设在上内胆内的风道组件、位于上内胆下部的左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件,左风道组件包括左风道腔和左风道盖板,右风道组件包括右风道腔和右风道盖板,上内胆设有冷藏腔和冰温腔;其特殊之处在于:所述左风道腔下部的背部设有容置腔,左风道腔的上部设有前开口的风机腔、下部设有与风机腔相通的前开口的左风道,风机腔设有侧出风口;左风道盖板上设有冷冻出风口;
所述右风道腔的上部设有前开口的右进风腔、右进风腔的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽;所述右风道盖板上设有调温区出风口;
所述左冷冻腔壳的左下部设有左回风孔、右宽幅调温腔壳的右下部设有右回风腔;
所述上内胆上设有冷藏腔回风孔和冰冻区回风孔;
所述风道组件的下部设有进风腔,进风腔内设有第一通道和第二通道,第一通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口,第二通道与风道组件的内腔相通,内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
还包括导风件和回风管件,导风件设有左进风孔、右出风孔和顶出风孔;
蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,左进风孔与风机腔侧出风口连通、右出风孔与右进风腔的侧进风孔连通,顶出风孔与风道组件的进风腔连通;右风道腔的回风槽与右宽幅调温腔壳的的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与左冷冻腔壳的左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰冻区回风孔与左回风孔连通。

所述第一通道和第二通道的进风端分别设有电动风门。
所述的一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,其特殊之处在于:所述风道组件包括前盖板和风道腔,
前盖板的下部设置所述进风腔、第一通道和第二通道,第一通道通过冰温腔进风口与冰温腔连通。
所述的一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,其特殊之处在于:所述进风腔包括位于前盖板下部的前半进风腔、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道和后开口的前半第二通道槽;
还包括一后壳,后壳的下部设有后半进风腔、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道和前开口的前半第二通道槽;
后壳与前盖板的下部扣合。
本发明一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,由于采用这样的结构,只需一个蒸发器、一个风机,实现多温区循环,与现有技术相比,减少了部件,降低了成本。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳1、压缩机(图中未示出)、冷凝器、蒸发器2、上内胆3、设在上内胆内的风道组件4、位于上内胆下部的下内胆5、设在下内胆内的隔板6、左风道组件7、右风道组件8和风机9,隔板6将下内胆5分为左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔壳52,左风道组件7包括左风道腔71和左风道盖板72,右风道组件8包括右风道腔81和右风道盖板82,左风道组件7和右风道组件分别设在左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔52内,左风道组件7与左冷冻腔壳51的底部构成左回风道10,右风道组件8与右宽幅调温腔壳52的底部构右回风道11;
上内胆3设有冷藏腔3A和冰温腔3B;
所述左风道腔71下部的背部设有容置腔711,左风道腔71的上部设有前开口的风机腔712、下部设有与风机腔712相通的前开口的左风道713,风机腔712设有侧出风口;左风道盖板72上设有冷冻出风口721;
所述右风道腔81的上部设有前开口的右进风腔811、右进风腔的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽812;所述右风道盖板82上设有调温区出风口821;
所述左冷冻腔壳51的左下部设有左回风孔53、右宽幅调温腔壳52右下部设有右回风腔54,右回风腔由右宽幅调温腔壳52的内表面向外突出;
所述上内胆3上设有冷藏腔回风孔31和冰冻区回风孔32;
所述风道组件4的下部设有进风腔41,进风腔内设有第一通道和第二通道,第一通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口42,第二通道与风道组件4的内腔相通,风道组件4的内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔壳52还可以通过二个下内胆5、左右排列制成。
还包括导风件12和回风管件13,导风件12设有左进风孔121、右出风孔122和顶出风孔123;
蒸发器2设在容置腔711内,导风件12设在左风道腔7和右风道腔8之间,左进风孔121与风机腔712侧出风口连通、顶出风孔123的进风端与风机腔712侧出风口连通,右出风孔122与右进风腔811的侧进风孔连通,顶出风孔123与风道组件4的进风腔41连通;右风道腔81的回风槽812与下内胆5的右宽幅调温腔壳52的右回风腔54扣合,回风槽812与容置腔711连通;容置腔711与下内胆5的左冷冻腔壳51左下部的左回风孔53相对,回风管件13将冷藏腔3A的回风孔31和冰温腔3B的冰冻区回风孔32经左回风孔53与容置腔711连通;
左冷冻腔壳51的回风经左回风道10进入容置腔711,右宽幅调温腔52的回风经右回风道11及右回风腔54进入容置腔71。
所述导风件12的右出风孔123内设有电动风门14,实现右宽幅调温腔52调温。
如图11、图12所示,所述风道组件4包括前盖板43、风道腔44和后盖板46,
前盖板43的下部设置所述进风腔41、第一通道和第二通道,第一通道通过冰温腔进风口42与冰温腔3B连通;后盖板46覆盖风道腔44;
所述第一通道和第二通道的进风端分别设有电动风门;
所述进风腔41包括位于前盖板下部的前半进风腔451、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道槽452和后开口的前半第二通道槽453;
还包括一后壳15,后壳的下部设有后半进风腔151、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道152和前开口的前半第二通道槽153;
后壳15与前盖板43的下部扣合。

1.一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、设在上内胆内的风道组件、位于上内胆下部的左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件,左风道组件包括左风道腔和左风道盖板,右风道组件包括右风道腔和右风道盖板,上内胆设有冷藏腔和冰温腔;其特征在于:所述左风道腔下部的背部设有容置腔,左风道腔的上部设有前开口的风机腔、下部设有与风机腔相通的前开口的左风道,风机腔设有侧出风口;左风道盖板上设有冷冻出风口;
所述右风道腔的上部设有前开口的右进风腔、右进风腔的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽;所述右风道盖板上设有调温区出风口;
所述左冷冻腔壳的左下部设有左回风孔、右宽幅调温腔壳的右下部设有右回风腔;
所述上内胆上设有冷藏腔回风孔和冰冻区回风孔;
所述风道组件的下部设有进风腔,进风腔内设有第一通道和第二通道,第一通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口,第二通道与风道组件的内腔相通,内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
还包括导风件和回风管件,导风件设有左进风孔、右出风孔和顶出风孔;
蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,左进风孔与风机腔侧出风口连通、右出风孔与右进风腔的侧进风孔连通,顶出风孔与风道组件的进风腔连通;右风道腔的回风槽与右宽幅调温腔壳的的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与左冷冻腔壳的左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰冻区回风孔与左回风孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导风件的右出风孔内设有电动风门;
所述第一通道和第二通道的进风端分别设有电动风门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述风道组件包括前盖板、风道腔和后盖板,
前盖板的下部设置所述进风腔、第一通道和第二通道,第一通道通过冰温腔进风口与冰温腔连通;后盖板覆盖风道腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统单风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述进风腔包括位于前盖板下部的前半进风腔、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道和后开口的前半第二通道槽;
还包括一后壳,后壳的下部设有后半进风腔、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道和前开口的前半第二通道槽;
后壳与前盖板的下部扣合。
