In the preferred embodiment, the electrical box 1 of the present invention is used in a top-discharge air conditioner outdoor unit, but the electrical box 1 is also applicable to a side-discharge outdoor unit.
In the preferred embodiment, the electrical box 1 body water baffle, i.e. the first baffle 15, is integrally formed with the electrical box 1 body, but can also be used as two matched parts, and the function and structure are similar.
In the best embodiment, the waterproof groove of the electrical box 1, namely the first groove 14, is matched with the third bulge of the front support plate 21 of the outer machine for waterproofing; the second groove 17 is watertight with the protruding structure of the heat sink 42. However, the groove and the protrusion can be replaced on two mating parts, for example, the structure on the electrical box 1 can be set as a first protrusion, i.e. a waterproof protrusion, and the third groove, i.e. a waterproof groove, on the front support plate 21 or the heat sink 42 is matched for waterproofing, and the structure principle and the function are similar to those of the preferred embodiment.
Has the advantages that:
the electrical box has a simple structure, can be easily fixed on the supporting plate through the clamping hook, and greatly reduces the process difficulty and the cost because the electrical box with the structure does not need to seal the main plate by glue. The electrical box of this structure is convenient for after-sales personnel dismouting mainboard and is maintained, the assembly of being convenient for. The problem of current electrical apparatus box adopt the mounting to fix in the backup pad, the dismouting is difficult, and the mounting needs to bear the weight of electrical apparatus box, causes not hard up easily is solved. The optimized scheme solves the problems that the existing glue sealing process is high in difficulty, high in cost, poor in heat dissipation effect, incapable of maintaining a glue-sealed main board after sale and the like by increasing a waterproof structure formed by the groove or the protrusion. The invention can solve the problems that the electric appliance box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is easy to feed water, including direct water feeding, water feeding through a radiator and the like.

Claims (16)
1. An electrical box (1) comprising a casing, characterized in that: the shell comprises a bottom plate (11) and an accommodating part (12) protruding from the bottom plate (11); the bottom plate (11) comprises a front surface and a back surface, the accommodating part (12) protrudes out of the front surface of the bottom plate (11), the accommodating part (12) forms an accommodating cavity for accommodating electric appliances, and the opening direction of the accommodating cavity faces to the back surface direction of the bottom plate (11); the reverse surface of the bottom plate (11) is also provided with a hook (13).
2. The appliance box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that: the hook (13) is arranged on the upper part of the bottom plate (11), and the accommodating part (12) is positioned on the lower part of the bottom plate (11).
3. The appliance box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that: a first protrusion or a first groove (14) is formed on at least one of both sides of the receiving portion (12) on the reverse surface of the base plate (11).

The appliance box (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that: the upper edge of the first bulge or the first groove (14) is higher than the upper edge of the accommodating part (12), and the lower edge of the first bulge or the first groove is lower than the lower edge of the accommodating part (12).
5. The appliance box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that: a plurality of first baffle plates (15) are arranged on the front surface of the bottom plate (11) and above the accommodating part (12).
6. The appliance box (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that: the extent of the at least one first flap (15) in the transverse direction of the base plate (11) is greater than the extent of the receptacle (12) in the transverse direction of the base plate (11).

The appliance box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lower part of the accommodating part (12) is also provided with a heat radiation opening for radiating heat of the electric appliance, the upper part of the heat radiation opening is provided with a second baffle plate (16), and the length of the second baffle plate (16) in the transverse direction of the accommodating part (12) is greater than that of the heat radiation opening in the transverse direction of the accommodating part (12).

The appliance box (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that: at least one of both sides of the heat sink opening is formed with a second groove (17), and the length of the second groove (17) in the longitudinal direction of the accommodating portion (12) is larger than the length of the heat sink opening in the longitudinal direction.
9. The appliance box (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that: the bottom of the accommodating part (12) is also provided with a wire passing hole (18).
10. An air condensing units, includes electrical apparatus box (1), its characterized in that: the electrical box (1) is the electrical box (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. The outdoor unit of claim 10, wherein: the outdoor unit comprises a supporting plate, and the electric appliance box (1) is hung on the supporting plate through a clamping hook (13).
12. The outdoor unit of claim 11, wherein: the electric appliance box is characterized by further comprising a box cover (3), wherein the electric appliance box (1) is located on one side of the supporting plate, and the box cover (3) is located on the other side of the supporting plate.
13. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: a first protrusion or a first groove (14) is formed on at least one of two sides of the accommodating part (12) on the reverse surface of the bottom plate (11); a third groove or a third bulge matched with the first bulge or the first groove (14) is formed on one side of the supporting plate; at least part of the first projection may be captured within the third recess, or at least part of the third projection may be captured within the first recess (14).
14. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: a plurality of first baffle plates (15) are arranged on the front surface of the bottom plate (11) and above the accommodating part (12); the outdoor unit is a top air outlet type outdoor unit, the outdoor unit comprises a top cover and a fan, the fan is fixed with the top cover, the supporting plate is used for supporting the top cover, and a flow guide ring (72) is further formed on the top cover; when the hook (13) is hung on the supporting plate, the height of the bottom end of the flow guide ring (72) is lower than that of the at least one first baffle (15).
15. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein: at least one side of two sides of the opening of the radiator is provided with a second groove (17); at least part of the radiator of the electrical box (1) protrudes out of the accommodating part (12) from the radiating opening, and at least part of the radiator is arranged in the second groove (17).
16. An air conditioner comprising the outdoor unit according to any one of claims 10 to 15.
