The second baffle 16 is also called a radiator 42 baffle, and is configured to cover a part of the upper edge of the radiator 42 in the up-down direction, and when rainwater flows down in the gravity direction, the second baffle 16 can prevent water from directly entering the inside of the electrical box 1.
Since the main board needs to be connected to the compressor through a line, the wire passing hole 18 needs to be formed in the electrical box 1, and in order to prevent water from flowing into the electrical box 1 through the wire passing hole 18, the wire passing hole 18 is formed in the bottom of the electrical box 1.
Waterproof protection of the electrical box 1 in the transverse direction: in the horizontal direction, mainly rainwater falls on the blades of the blades, then the blades throw water onto the electrical box 1 in the high-speed rotating process, and meanwhile, part of water flows into the electrical box 1 from the side face obliquely downwards from the upper part of the front support plate 21.
The first groove 14 of the electrical apparatus box 1, also called as a body waterproof groove, is disposed on two sides of the cavity on the electrical apparatus box 1 body, wherein the waterproof groove is higher than the lower edge of the deflector ring 72 in the height direction, and lower than the cavity for accommodating the main board, so as to prevent the main board 41 from short circuit caused by water entering the cavity.
When the electrical appliance box 1 is assembled normally, the waterproof groove of the main body of the electrical appliance box 1 is matched with the third bulge, namely the waterproof bulge of the front support plate 21, wherein at least part of the waterproof bulge is arranged in the groove. After the assembly, the electrical box 1 and the front support plate 21 are in a tight contact state, so that the horizontal water flow cannot easily cross the waterproof bulge and enter the electrical box 1. Above-mentioned structure not only has waterproof effect, and when the assembly, the main part capillary groove still can cooperate waterproof arch to carry out initial positioning to the assembly, need not manually to adjust electrical apparatus box 1 screw hole well with the backup pad, has improved assembly efficiency.
The waterproof groove of the heat sink 42, i.e., the second groove 17, is provided on both sides of the heat radiation opening where the heat sink 42 is placed, while the length of the waterproof groove is longer than at least the width of the opening to prevent water from entering the electrical box 1 from the side of the heat sink 42.
During normal assembly, radiator 42 has at least partial protruding structure in radiator 42 water-proof tank, and side rivers all flow from the water-proof tank, can't cross the water-proof tank and flow in electrical apparatus box 1.
The waterproof of electrical apparatus box 1 backup pad 21 opposite side in the front is realized through electrical apparatus lid 3, opens electrical apparatus lid 3 and can carry out wiring and simple maintenance operation, adorns electrical apparatus lid 3, and the cooperation above-mentioned structure can guarantee that outer machine electrical apparatus box 1 is not corroded by the rainwater in long-term rain, ensures mainboard 41's safe operation.
In addition, the invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises the outdoor unit.
In the preferred embodiment, the electrical box 1 of the present invention is used in a top-discharge air conditioner outdoor unit, but the electrical box 1 is also applicable to a side-discharge outdoor unit.
In the preferred embodiment, the electrical box 1 body water baffle, i.e. the first baffle 15, is integrally formed with the electrical box 1 body, but can also be used as two matched parts, and the function and structure are similar.
In the best embodiment, the waterproof groove of the electrical box 1, namely the first groove 14, is matched with the third bulge of the front support plate 21 of the outer machine for waterproofing; the second groove 17 is watertight with the protruding structure of the heat sink 42. However, the groove and the protrusion can be replaced on two mating parts, for example, the structure on the electrical box 1 can be set as a first protrusion, i.e. a waterproof protrusion, and the third groove, i.e. a waterproof groove, on the front support plate 21 or the heat sink 42 is matched for waterproofing, and the structure principle and the function are similar to those of the preferred embodiment.
Has the advantages that:
the electrical box has a simple structure, can be easily fixed on the supporting plate through the clamping hook, and greatly reduces the process difficulty and the cost because the electrical box with the structure does not need to seal the main plate by glue. The electrical box of this structure is convenient for after-sales personnel dismouting mainboard and is maintained, the assembly of being convenient for. The problem of current electrical apparatus box adopt the mounting to fix in the backup pad, the dismouting is difficult, and the mounting needs to bear the weight of electrical apparatus box, causes not hard up easily is solved. The optimized scheme solves the problems that the existing glue sealing process is high in difficulty, high in cost, poor in heat dissipation effect, incapable of maintaining a glue-sealed main board after sale and the like by increasing a waterproof structure formed by the groove or the protrusion. The invention can solve the problems that the electric appliance box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is easy to feed water, including direct water feeding, water feeding through a radiator and the like.
