The front end 220 of the filter screen 200 firstly enters the inlet 421 of the guide rail 420 through the mounting opening 124 of the bathroom heater panel 120, the guide rail 420 adapted to the two filter screen sides 230 is arranged on the bracket 400, the guide rail 420 is just connected with the inlet 421, so that after the front end 220 of the filter screen enters the inlet 421, the filter screen sides 230 smoothly enter the guide rail 420 of the bracket 400, and the filter screen 200 is assembled in the bracket 400 along the guide rail 420 of the bracket 400 smoothly by the filter screen sides 230. After the installation, the handle 210 of the filter screen 200 is right positioned at the installation opening 124 of the bathroom heater panel 120, so that the handle 210 of the filter screen 200 can be conveniently grasped to draw the filter screen 200 outwards for cleaning.
The working principle is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, in the operation process of the bathroom heater, firstly, the heating (blowing) wind wheel (i.e. the first wind wheel 510) is driven by the motor to rotate and then wind, air in the bathroom enters through the second air inlets 121 on the periphery of the bathroom heater panel 120, then the air is effectively filtered by the main filter screen of the filter screen 200, the filtered air flow enters the heating (blowing) wind wheel (i.e. the first wind wheel 510) after passing through the first wind guiding ring 1141 of the box cover, driven by the heating (blowing) wind wheel (i.e. the first wind wheel 510), the air is guided to the PTC heating element (i.e. the heating element 600) along the heating (blowing) wind channel (i.e. the first wind channel) and the wind guide channel (i.e. the wind guide channel 1163), the air passing through the PTC heating element (i.e., heating element 600) finally blows out the air from the bathroom heater through the air outlet grille 123 (i.e., grille 123) of the bathroom heater panel 120, thereby completing the whole internal circulation process of the bathroom heater.
Because the air in the bathroom passes through the second air inlet 121 around the panel 120 of the bathroom heater and will firstly carry out effective filtration through the main body filter screen of the filter screen 200, therefore, the air that enters the air duct inside the bathroom heater and the PTC heating component through the main body filter screen of the filter screen 200 is the cleaner air after filtration, so that the warm air or the blowing air of the bathroom heater can be ensured to be effectively filtered. And also ensures cleanliness and longevity of the interior of the bath heater.
In addition, the support 400 is provided with an air duct sealing rib (warm air side) (i.e. a first matching rib 4221) and an air duct sealing rib (middle) (i.e. a second matching rib 4222), the first matching rib 4221 and the second matching rib 4222 are respectively matched with the box body cover (i.e. the cover body 1102) to form a cavity sealed all around, and the cavity is covered by the filter screen 200, so that air inlets of the air duct are effectively isolated, and it is ensured that all air passing through the bathroom heater heating (blowing) wind wheel (i.e. the first wind wheel 510) and the heating (blowing) air duct volute (the first air duct volute 1161) enters after being filtered by the filter screen 200.
It can be understood that with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on health is higher and higher, and the bathroom heater product is frequently cleaned as an electric appliance product frequently used when people take a bath. However, most bathroom warmer products either do not have the filter screen 200 or the filter screen 200 is not removable. Because the wind blown out by the fan blades passes through the PTC during the blowing and heating of the bathroom heater, and the fins of the PTC are relatively densely arranged, a lot of dust and impurities can be accumulated in the bathroom heater and particularly at the PTC after the bathroom heater is used for a long time, and the PTC is a core component of the bathroom heater, and the blowing and heating performance of the bathroom heater can be greatly influenced after the PTC is blocked by the dust and the impurities; and the PTC is a high-temperature component which generates heat when working, and if dust and impurities exist on the surface, the dust and the impurities can be heated and then release odor gas to influence the health of human bodies.
The bathroom heater product is mostly the installation of whole furred ceiling, and some bathroom heaters who take filter screen 200 now fix panel 120 on box 110, and filter screen 200 is fixed to be set up on panel 120.
