Abstract
The invention provides a gas stove which comprises a main body, a controller, at least one temperature sensor and at least one display unit, wherein the main body comprises a bottom plate and a panel arranged above the bottom plate, the controller, the at least one temperature sensor and the at least one display unit are arranged on one side, close to the bottom plate, of the panel and used for detecting the temperature of the panel, the display unit is arranged on the main body and used for displaying a residual temperature prompt, the controller is arranged on the bottom plate, a residual temperature detection system runs in the controller and comprises a temperature detection module, a comparison module and a display control module, and the temperature detection module is used for receiving a temperature sensing signal transmitted by the temperature sensor; the comparison module is used for comparing the set temperature with the detected temperature and generating a residual temperature prompt instruction; the display control module is used for controlling the display unit to display the residual temperature prompt according to the residual temperature prompt instruction so as to prompt the residual temperature. The base plate 11 is substantially rectangular, and at least one cooking range 111, at least two gas pipelines 112 and at least one knob 113 are disposed on the base plate 11. Each cooking range 111 is provided with an anti-dry heating sensor 1111 for avoiding danger caused by baking out the pan. Each two gas pipes 112 are connected to a corresponding burner 111 for supplying gas to the inner flame and the outer flame of the burner 111, respectively. Each knob 113 is used to turn on and off and adjust the knob 113 for the size of the corresponding cooktop fire. In the present embodiment, the number of the cooking ranges 111 is two, and the two cooking ranges 111 are spaced apart from each other on the bottom plate 11. The number of the knobs 113 is two, and the two knobs 113 correspondingly control the corresponding cooking ranges 111.
The base plate 11 is further provided with at least one temperature sensor 114, at least one display unit 115 and a controller 116. The controller 116 is electrically connected to the temperature sensor 114 and the display unit 115.
The detection end of each temperature sensor 114 is proximate to the side of the panel 12 facing the base plate 11 for detecting the temperature of the panel 12. In the present embodiment, the number of the temperature sensors 114 is two. The temperature sensor 114 is a thermistor.
In the embodiment, the display units 115 are L ED lamp tubes, the display units 115 display corresponding colors according to different residual temperatures, and accordingly, the residual temperature information is prompted, the number of the display units 115 is two, and the two display units 115 are respectively arranged adjacent to the two cooking ranges 111.
The controller 116 is configured to control the display unit 115 to display corresponding remaining temperature information according to the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 114. In the present embodiment, the controller 116 is disposed between the two knobs, and the controller 116 may be a microprocessor, but is not limited thereto.
The panel 12 covers the bottom plate 11, the panel 12 is substantially rectangular, a cooking range through hole (not shown) is formed in the panel 12, the cooking range through hole is used for enabling one end, far away from the bottom plate 11, of the corresponding cooking range 111 to penetrate out, a pot support 121 is arranged around each cooking range through hole, the pot support 121 is used for supporting a pot body, the pot support 121 is of a frame structure, and each pot support 121 is arranged around the corresponding cooking range 111. The panel 12 is provided with a knob through hole (not shown) for the corresponding knob 113 to pass through. The panel 12 is further provided with a prompt area 122, and the prompt area 122 corresponds to the display unit 115 on the base plate in position so as to facilitate observation of the residual temperature prompt information. In the present embodiment, the prompt region 122 is a transparent region to show the color displayed by the display unit 115, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the residual temperature detection system 20 includes a temperature detection module 21, a comparison module 22, and a display control module 23.
The temperature detecting module 21 is configured to receive a sensing signal of the temperature sensor 114.
The comparison module 22 is used for comparing the set temperature with the detection temperature detected by the temperature detection module and generating a residual temperature prompt instruction;
and the display control module 23 is configured to control the display unit to display a corresponding color according to the residual temperature prompt instruction so as to prompt the residual temperature.
In the present embodiment, the detection end of each temperature sensor 114 is disposed near the pan support 121 of the panel 12, respectively, for detecting the residual temperature of the panel near the pan support 121.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart of a method for testing residual temperature of a gas range according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The method for testing the residual temperature of the gas stove comprises the following steps:
step S301, receiving a temperature signal sent by a temperature sensor 114;
step S302, comparing the received temperature signal with a set temperature, and generating a residual temperature prompt instruction;
and step S303, controlling a display unit 115 to display the residual temperature information according to the residual temperature prompt instruction.
In this embodiment, the display unit 115 is an L ED lamp, and the remaining temperature is indicated by displaying different colors, if the set temperature is 40 ℃ and higher than 40 ℃, the display unit displays red, and if the set temperature is 40 ℃ and lower, the display unit displays green.
When the gas stove with the residual temperature detection system is used, the pot support area on the panel 12 needs to be cleaned, the residual temperature of the area can be judged according to the color of the display unit 115 observed in the prompt area 122, and scalding is effectively avoided.
In the present embodiment, the temperature sensor 114 is a thermistor, but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the temperature sensor 114 may also be a thermal sensor such as a thermocouple.
In this embodiment, the display unit 115 is an L ED lamp tube, and is configured to conduct a corresponding color to prompt for remaining temperature when receiving a different remaining temperature prompting instruction, but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the display unit 115 may also use a text display screen to display remaining temperature information, and conduct an indicator light or indicate that the remaining temperature exceeds a preset temperature by blinking of the indicator light, and the like to prompt for remaining temperature.
In this embodiment, the display unit 115 is disposed on the bottom plate 11, and the indication area 122 disposed on the panel 12 is used to observe the indication of the remaining temperature of the display unit, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the display unit 115 may also be disposed on the panel 12, and the indication area 122 on the panel 12 may be removed.
