Preferably, the tubular structure has a housing of a combustible or partially combustible material, such as plastic, rubber, fiber, resin, or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, ignition source 113 is also provided within composite fuel segment 11 in order to ignite the composite fuel. The ignition source 113, which is used as initial ignition energy for igniting the composite fuel 112, generally comprises an energy triggering mechanism (e.g., electronic pulse, heating wire, spontaneous ignition agent (e.g., white phosphorus)) and a low ignition point material (e.g., nitrocotton) or ignition agent (e.g., black powder, match head).
The ignition source 113 may be classified into an electric ignition and a pneumatic ignition, depending on the manner of ignition. If an electric heating mode can be adopted, the material with low ignition point is ignited to be used as an ignition source; the ignition powder can be ignited in an electronic pulse mode to be used as a starting ignition source and the like; the container filled with white phosphorus can be opened in an air pressure mode, and the white phosphorus can ignite the low-ignition-point material after spontaneously combusting in air.
Generally, each composite fuel section is not provided with an ignition source, the ignition source is mainly determined according to the coal seam structure, the calorific value of the composite fuel, the continuous combustion time and the like, the composite fuel section containing the ignition source is called an active section, the composite fuel section without the ignition source is called a passive section, and preferably, the active section and the passive section are arranged at intervals. For example, the present embodiments 11a and 11d are passive segments, and 11b and 11c are active segments. For the active segment, the ignition source 113 is typically packaged with the composite fuel 112 in the container 111 and embedded in the composite fuel. Preferably, according to the difference of starting ignition source trigger mechanism, low ignition point material or primer, decide whether need set up waterproof sealing device, prevent in the well fluid invades the starting ignition source, cause the circuit short circuit, low ignition point material or the material that ignites wets, leads to starting the ignition failure. The conveyor 2 comprises a conveyor section 21 for conveying the ignition device to a predetermined position in the well, and a connecting section 22 connecting the conveyor section 21 to the ignition device and being disconnectable from the ignition device after ignition of the ignition device, so as to remove the conveyor 2 from the well.
The delivery portion 21 is a flexible link. The connecting portion 22 includes a connector 221 and a releaser 222 connected to each other; the connecting portion 22 is connected to the carrying portion 21 by a connector 221 and is connected to the rear end of the ignition device 1 via a releaser 222. The releaser 222 is an electrical weak point type releaser comprising an electric heater 222a and a low melting point alloy 222 b.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to lower the ignition device to a target coal seam position in a well, the conveying system of the novel ignition device comprises a conveying device 2. Conveyor 2 is connected with ignition 1, can transfer ignition to predetermined position in the well to contain the power component that can start ignition source trigger mechanism, after ignition is accomplished to ignition 1, can promote conveyor to ground from 2 well insides, realize that conveyor retrieves and reuse. The conveying device 2 mainly comprises a conveying part 21 and a connecting part 22, wherein the conveying part 21 is used for conveying the ignition device 1 to a preset position in the well; the connecting part 22 is used to connect the conveying part 21 with the ignition device 1 and, after ignition of the ignition device 1, can be disconnected from the ignition device 1, so that the conveying device 2 can be taken out of the well.

When electric triggering is adopted, an armored cable with a built-in conductor can be selected generally; when air pressure triggering is adopted, a common steel wire rope can be generally selected. In the embodiment, a steel wire rope armored cable is adopted, and a lead is connected with each ignition source.
The connecting portion 22 mainly includes a connector 221 and a releaser 222, and the connecting portion 22 is connected to a wire rope, a cable, or the like of the carrying portion 21 through the connector 221 and is connected to the rear end of the ignition device 1 through the releaser 222. When the ignition work is completed, the releaser 222 is disconnected from the ignition device 1, so that the conveyor 2 can be taken out to the ground. The form of the connector 221 mainly depends on the material of the adopted conveying part, and can be a cable connector, a steel wire rope connector and the like, the cable connector has a structure that a socket is matched with a contact pin, the general cable end is of a socket structure, the ignition device end is of a contact pin structure, and the number of cores depends on the number of ignition sources; the wire rope connector can be a rope clip, a universal connection, a rotary connection and the like. This embodiment employs cable connectors to which ignition sources 113 in composite fuel active sections 11b, 11c are connected by respective wires.
The release 222 has a weak point mechanism that is capable of self-breaking under an external force to separate the delivery device from the ignition device, which can be classified as a mechanical weak point, an electrical weak point, or a combination of both, depending on the manner in which the release is activated. During specific ignition operation, the device further comprises a gas outlet well 7, when the ignition device 1 is lowered to a preset ignition position of the coal seam 5, the blowout prevention box is started to seal the cable, then air is continuously injected into the gas inlet well, and the air flows through the coal seam and is discharged through the gas outlet well 7. When ignition is needed, the power supply and control device 4 is started on the ground, and the ignition source releases heat to ignite the composite fuel in the ignition device 1 after being ignited. When the heat released by the composite fuel reaches the ignition point of the coal seam, the coal seam is ignited. After that, the releaser is started by the ground power supply and the control device 4, the heater in the releaser is electrified, when the temperature of the electric heating wire reaches the alloy melting point, the connection part of the conveying device and the ignition device is disconnected, and the conveying part is lifted up to realize the separation of the conveying device and the ignition device.
