The difference from the first embodiment is that, in order to improve the sterilization efficiency and reduce the repeated infection, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the sterilization passage includes a primary sterilization space 31 and a re-inspection space 32 disposed at one side of the primary sterilization space 31, and protective curtains 34 are disposed at the inlet of the primary sterilization space 31 and the outlet of the re-inspection space 32; the fine mist spray head 15 is arranged in the primary disinfection space 31, and the body temperature detection device 18 is respectively arranged in the rechecking space 32 and the primary disinfection space 31; the reinspection space 32 is provided with a personal information recording system 4, and the personal information recording system 4 includes:
a database 41 for storing the face feature data of the person to be sterilized and the personal identification card information;
a face recognition module 42 connected to the database 41 for recognizing the face characteristics of the person to be disinfected; when the face features are recognized, comparing the recognized face features with the face data features in the database 41, and when the comparison is passed, outputting a comparison passing signal and storing the recognition result; when the comparison is not passed, outputting a prompt signal;
the alarm unit 43 is connected to the face recognition module 42 and used for receiving a prompt signal; when receiving the prompt signal, the alarm unit 43 performs an audible and visual alarm.
After external personnel enter the primary disinfection space 31, the fine mist spray head 15 disinfects the personnel entering the primary disinfection space 31, then the personnel enter the reinspection space 32 for reinspection, after the external personnel enter the reinspection space 32, the face recognition module 42 recognizes the face characteristics of the personnel entering the reinspection space 32, compares the recognized face characteristics with the face data characteristics in the database 41, outputs a comparison passing signal when the comparison passes, stores the recognition result, and then the external personnel in the reinspection space 32 leave the reinspection space 32 to finish the reinspection work; when the comparison is not passed, outputting a prompt signal; when the alarm unit 43 receives the prompt signal, the alarm unit 43 performs sound and light alarm, and then performs re-disinfection and identity recognition on external personnel, so that the personnel who are not completely disinfected can be prevented from going out of the disinfection channel, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, the personal information recording system 4 further includes:
the terminal temperature acquisition unit 44 is in communication connection with the central control module 21 and the face recognition module 43 and is used for acquiring the body temperature of the person leaving the disinfection channel; when the body temperature of the person leaving the disinfection channel is collected, a terminal temperature collecting signal is output; when the central control module receives the terminal temperature acquisition signal, outputting a storage signal, and comparing the terminal temperature acquisition signal with a reference value; when the terminal temperature acquisition signal is greater than the reference signal, outputting a prompt signal;
a terminal information display unit 45 connected to the terminal temperature acquisition unit 44 and the body temperature detection device 18, for receiving the terminal temperature acquisition signal and the body temperature detection signal; and when receiving the terminal temperature acquisition signal and the body temperature detection signal, displaying the terminal temperature acquisition signal and the body temperature detection signal.
When the terminal temperature acquisition unit 44 acquires the body temperature of the person leaving the disinfection passage, a terminal temperature acquisition signal is output; when the central control module 21 receives the terminal temperature acquisition signal, outputting a storage signal, and comparing the terminal temperature acquisition signal with a reference value; when the terminal temperature acquisition signal is greater than the reference signal, outputting a prompt signal; when the terminal information display unit 45 receives the terminal temperature acquisition signal and the body temperature detection signal, the terminal temperature acquisition signal and the body temperature detection signal are displayed, so that personnel entering the disinfection channel can be tracked, and the epidemic situation tracking capability is improved
In order to reduce the repeated infection, referring to fig. 6, a reinspection channel 33 communicated with the reinspection space 32 and the primary sterilization space 31 is arranged in the disinfection channel, and sealing doors 331 are arranged at two ends of the reinspection channel 33; after disinfection in the primary disinfection space 31, the personnel enter the reinspection space through the sealing door 331, thereby avoiding the repeated infection caused by the mutual circulation of air in the two spaces.
According to the invention, the light steel keel 11 and the light steel precast slab 12 are arranged, so that the assembly is convenient, the labor is saved, and the assembly efficiency is improved; by dividing the disinfection channel into a primary disinfection space 31 and a rechecking space 32, omission can be avoided, and complete disinfection is ensured; by arranging the personal information recording system 4, the personal information of the disinfection personnel can be stored and recorded, and subsequent examination and tracking are facilitated.

Claims (10)

A modular disinfection tunnel comprising an assembled wall (1), characterized in that: the wall body (1) comprises light steel keels (11) and light steel precast slabs (12) fixedly connected with the light steel keels (11), a disinfection channel is formed by the wall body (1), and the disinfection channel is provided with an inlet and an outlet.

A modular disinfection tunnel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a support frame (13) is fixedly arranged at the outer top of the wall body (1), a disinfection water tank (14) is fixedly arranged on the support frame (13), and disinfectant is filled in the disinfection water tank (14); the inner side of the wall body (1) is provided with a fine mist spray head (15), the fine mist spray head (15) is connected with a disinfection water tank (14) through a power pump (16) in a pipe mode, and the fine mist spray head (15) is located at the bottom in the disinfection channel.

A modular disinfection tunnel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the supporting frame (13) comprises two parallel right-angle triangular supports (131) and a supporting plate (132) fixedly connected with the tops of the right-angle triangular supports (131), and each right-angle triangular support (131) comprises a vertical right-angle side (1311) fixedly connected with the light steel precast slab (12), a horizontal right-angle side (1312) fixedly connected with the supporting plate (132) and an inclined supporting side (1313) connecting the two right-angle sides; the top of each of the two right-angle triangular supports (131) is connected with a horizontally arranged steel belt (133), and the steel belts (133) are perpendicular to the horizontal right-angle sides (1312) of the right-angle triangular supports (131).

A modular disinfection tunnel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a circuit fixing plate (19) is arranged on the inner side of the wall body (1), and two ends of the circuit fixing plate (19) are fixedly connected with the light steel keel (11); and a plug (191) which is spliced with the electrical equipment is fixedly arranged on the circuit fixing plate (19).

the camera (17) is arranged at the top in the disinfection channel and is used for collecting images in the disinfection process in the disinfection channel; when image data in the disinfection channel are collected, outputting a camera signal;
the body temperature detection device (18) is arranged at the top in the disinfection channel and is used for detecting the temperature of a human body in the disinfection channel; when the body temperature detection device (18) detects the temperature of a human body, a body temperature detection signal is output;
the central control module (21) is connected with the power pump (16), the body temperature detection device and the camera (17); when the central control module (21) receives the camera shooting signal, outputting a storage signal; when the central control module (21) receives the body temperature detection signal, an action signal is output; when the power pump (16) receives the action signal, the power pump (16) pumps the disinfectant to the fine mist nozzle (15) and sprays the disinfectant through the fine mist nozzle (15);
the storage module (22) is connected to the central control module (21) and used for receiving the storage signal; when receiving a storage signal, storing the image data;
a display unit (23) connected to the camera (17) for receiving the camera signal; when receiving the camera signal, the image collected by the camera (17) is displayed.
