要解决的问题,从卧体到立体的移动,与砌块墙无抗折功能的矛盾,用墙体在模板作业的结合,吊起模板和墙体解决。
混凝土梁柱从卧体到立体连接的矛盾,用在连接位留空位、吊装后连接钢筋、混凝土填充法解决。
本技术与现有技术相比:按固定立体作业的平房算,省工省钱:1.不搭架。2.砌块墙和墙体抹灰占主体工程量的90%,可省工60%。3.只需少量技工,其它工作普工可作。4.可省高空作业大量的落灰。5.劳动密度小。
砌块墙在模板卧体作业、模板放置地面,有关情况和配件:
一、墙,可是一间或多间的单面墙或隔墙。
二、墙四边、门窗、梁柱与砖结合位置放隔或挡板,防护污染门窗安置到位。
三、墙与相邻墙的结合。
1.现用的砖茬式。2.铁丝式。3.钢筋式。4.凹凸位的填充式。5.其它方式。
四、混凝土梁柱的单面墙与下层单面梁结合,最后层与上下梁结合。
五、以普通粘土砖为例,按砖长或条面、宽或宽面、厚或顶面表述。
