5. The uniform static electricity generating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is connected to the electrical cabinet by a vertical adjustment mechanism, and the vertical adjustment mechanism is a slide rail.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electrical cabinet includes an air-cooled heat sink system.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the housing of the electrical cabinet is directly grounded by a brass conductor.
