Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tableware storage and arrangement equipment, in particular to a chopstick turning and turning arrangement device for directional sorting, arrangement and collection of chopsticks.
Background
As a common tableware in the world, chopsticks are an integral part of Chinese food culture and are also catering articles which are the favorite and the best in use of Chinese people. In order to save energy, protect environment and reduce cost, chopsticks used in large quantities in dining places such as schools, enterprise canteens, restaurants and the like are basically recycled after being cleaned and sterilized. Generally, the chopsticks have a thin head end for holding food and a thick tail end for holding food. From a hygienic point of view, the diner should not touch the thin ends of the chopsticks for holding food when taking the chopsticks. After the used chopsticks are cleaned in a centralized way, the head and the tail (thickness) of all the chopsticks cannot face to the same direction. In order to conveniently and safely take chopsticks for diners, the chopsticks need to be sorted in advance, and the chopsticks with inconsistent directions at the head and the tail are respectively arranged in an oriented mode.
At present, although some large and medium-sized catering places are equipped with tableware cleaning and disinfecting equipment, the sorting of chopsticks still needs to arrange a plurality of waiters to arrange the sorting of chopsticks one by one manually. In the face of a large number of chopsticks, the ends of the chopsticks are distinguished and arranged in a tidy manner, the work is quite complicated, time and labor are consumed, the efficiency is low, the wrong separation is inevitable after long time, and the secondary pollution of the chopsticks can be caused by manual contact operation to influence the body health of diners.
In the prior patent documents and scientific and technological papers, although various chopstick arrangement devices capable of adjusting the head and tail directions of chopsticks are disclosed, the efficiency of directional arrangement of the chopsticks is improved, but the devices have the disadvantages of complex structure, large volume and high manufacturing cost, and can work only by being equipped with a motor drive, so that the popularization and the popularization of the devices are rarely seen so far.

The invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art and provides a chopstick turning and turning arrangement device which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, does not need electric power and can turn and turn chopsticks which are disorderly arranged after being cleaned into chopsticks with thin ends (head ends) facing downwards uniformly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a chopstick turning and turning arrangement device comprises an upper stock bin, an A-shaped plate, a material conveying channel, a guide plate, a turning block, an arrangement box and a blanking port. The feeding bin is characterized in that the feeding bin is of a thin waist-shaped funnel-shaped structure with concave left and right sides, and a plurality of A-shaped plates which are symmetrically distributed in a staggered manner are arranged in an upper cavity of the feeding bin. The lower part of the feeding bin is a material conveying channel, the guide plate is positioned at the bottom of the material conveying channel, and a certain gradient is designed on the guide plate.
The upper part of the arrangement box is fixed with a turning block with a concave middle part and convex two ends, a U-shaped gap with a wide middle part and narrow two ends is formed between the turning block and the guide plate, the relation between the size W of the U-shaped gap and the size D of the thick end of the chopstick and the size D of the thin end of the chopstick is D > W > D, and the blanking port is positioned at the lower part of the arrangement box.
The shape of the top inlet of the upper storage bin is a square, and the side length of the square is slightly larger than the length of the chopsticks.
The A-shaped plate is longitudinally fixed on the front side plate and the rear side plate of the upper storage bin.
The steering block is fixed on the inner wall of the upper part of the arrangement box.
Compared with the prior art at home and abroad, the invention has four advantages:
(1) the chopsticks with inconsistent head and tail directions can be safely and effectively aligned, the chopsticks after being arranged in a turning way can be directly and hygienically supplied to diners for taking, and the problems of time and labor waste, low efficiency, secondary pollution and the like of manual chopstick sorting are solved.
(2) The chopstick turning, transferring and turning processes are all completed by means of the self-weight of the chopsticks, the chopstick turning arrangement process is automatically carried out, power sources such as motors and diesel engines do not need to be equipped, electric power and oil consumption are not wasted, and energy cost is saved.
(3) The turning block can adapt to the turning arrangement of chopsticks of different types only by changing the shape and the size of the turning block, and is very convenient.
(4) The chopstick arranging machine has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, easy manufacture and convenient operation, overcomes the defects of complex structure, high cost, electric power waste and the like of the existing chopstick arranging machine, is easily accepted by various food and beverage service industries, and has good popularization and application prospects.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and specific examples.
Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present disclosure. The chopstick turning and turning arrangement device is formed by assembling an upper stock bin 1, an A-shaped plate 2, a material conveying channel 3, a guide plate 4, a turning block 7, an arrangement box 6, a blanking port 5 and the like, wherein the upper stock bin 1 is a feeding port for disordered chopsticks during working, and an inlet at the top end of the upper stock bin 1 is square so as to facilitate the chopsticks in all directions such as longitudinal direction, transverse direction and the like to fall. The side length of the square is slightly larger than the length of the chopsticks 8, and the side length can be generally 5-8 mm larger than the length of the chopsticks.
The feeding bin 1 is a thin kidney-shaped funnel with the left side and the right side being concave and the shape being similar to the shape of the & lt & gt, and the concave side wall inclined plane can help the chopsticks falling vertically to turn. Be provided with symmetry, dislocation distribution's polylith A word board 2 in this upper portion cavity of going up feed bin 1, these A word board 2 vertically fix on the inner wall of last feed bin 1 front and back curb plate.
The lower part of the upper bin 1 is a material conveying channel 3, a guide plate 4 is positioned at the bottom of the material conveying channel 3, and the guide plate 4 is designed with a certain slope so as to roll down the chopsticks along the slope of the guide plate 4 in the direction of a turning block 7.
The inner wall of the upper part of the arrangement box 6 is fixed with a steering block 7, the height of the steering block 7 is larger than the thickness of the guide plate 4, and the chopsticks can be prevented from rolling to the upper surface of the steering block 7. The turning block 7 has a structure with a concave middle part and convex two ends, so that a U-shaped gap with a wide middle part and narrow two ends is formed between the guide plate 4 and the turning block 7, the relation between the size W of the U-shaped gap and the size D of the thick end and the size D of the thin end of the chopsticks 8 is D > W > D, and the blanking port 5 is positioned at the lower part of the arrangement box 6.
When the chopsticks are used, the chopsticks 8 which are washed, disinfected and dried and are randomly and complexly arranged are poured into the feeding bin 1 from the upper part, and the chopsticks which are originally longitudinal (parallel to the crest ridge line of the A-shaped plate 2) still longitudinally fall into the material conveying channel 3 after rolling off from the slope surface of the A-shaped plate 2; if the chopsticks fall obliquely (not perpendicular to the crest line of the A-shaped plate 2), the slope surface of the A-shaped plate 2 can guide the chopsticks to longitudinally fall into the material conveying channel 3; the chopsticks in the horizontal direction (perpendicular to the ridge line of the top of the slope of the A-shaped plate 2) automatically turn over and roll down on the slope surface of the A-shaped plate 2 under the action of gravity after being blocked by the ridge line of the top of the slope, and all the chopsticks fall onto the guide plate 4 in the material conveying channel 3 in a longitudinal and horizontal posture through the successive multiple actions of the upper layer and the lower layer of the A-shaped plates 2. Since the guide plate 4 is designed with a certain slope, the chopsticks falling on the guide plate 4 will roll down along the slope of the guide plate 4 under the action of gravity to the entrance of the U-shaped gap between the turning block 7 and the guide plate 4. Because the size W of the gap is designed to be D > W > D (wherein D, D is the size of the thick end and the thin end of each chopstick 8, as shown in figure 3), when the chopsticks try to fall into the arrangement box 6 longitudinally, the thick end D is blocked by the gap W, and the thin end D can pass through the gap W, so that the thin end of each chopstick can freely fall at an angle of 90 degrees (with the thin end facing downwards, as shown in figure 2) at the suspended position in the arrangement box 6 under the action of the moment generated by the self weight of the chopstick, and then is discharged under the guidance of the discharge port 5 at the bottom of the arrangement box 6, and stably falls into a subsequent chopstick collection basket or bag for being packaged and stored.
The turning and falling processes of the chopsticks on the A-shaped plate 2, the chopsticks roll down from the slope surface of the guide plate 4, and the turning, turning and falling processes at the entrance of the U-shaped gap between the turning block 7 and the guide plate 4 are all completed by means of the deadweight of the chopsticks, no additional energy is needed, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly concept is met.
The inverted V-shaped structure with the high middle part and the low two sides of the A-shaped plate 2 ensures that the sloping surfaces at the two sides of the A-shaped plate obtain the same amount of chopsticks, and the vertically falling chopsticks can be changed into the horizontal or inclined direction so as to prevent the chopsticks from being clamped. The A-shaped plates 2 are distributed in a staggered manner from top to bottom and from left to right, so that chopsticks can roll down alternately, mutual interference in the dropping and overturning processes of the chopsticks is prevented, and blockage caused by dropping of stacked chopsticks is avoided.
The inner cavity of the arrangement box 6 is provided with an inclined wall surface, and the V-shaped cavity which is closed from top to bottom can well guide the chopsticks which turn around to smoothly enter the blanking port 5 at the lower part of the arrangement box 6 when falling down, so as to ensure that the chopsticks falling into the chopstick accommodating device are in a uniform downward posture with thin ends (head ends).
In order to realize the U-turn arrangement of chopsticks with different types and specifications, the shape and the size of the turning block 7 can be adaptively adjusted according to the requirements of actual conditions.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, and improvements made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention should be considered within the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.
