The packaging machine provided by the embodiment adopts a detachable connection mode between the protective cover 7 and the fixing plate 20, so that the locking mechanism is convenient to replace or overhaul, and the packaging machine can be always kept in a normal use state.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the packaging machine provided in this embodiment further includes a dust cap 80, the dust cap 80 is detachably disposed on the top of the fixing plate 20, specifically, a sealing ring 9 is disposed between the dust cap 80 and the fixing plate 20, and the sealing ring 9 is disposed to enhance the sealing performance between the dust cap 80 and the fixing plate 20, so as to prevent dust from entering the chute 201 and affecting the movement of the slider 40.
Optionally, the sealing ring 9 includes a base ring portion 91, the base ring portion 91 is located in an annular cavity 801 in the dust cover 80, an annular protrusion 92 is provided on an inner circumference of the base ring portion 91, the annular protrusion 92 is embedded in an annular groove 204 located on the fixing plate 20, a plurality of annular plates 93 are provided on an outer circumference of the base ring portion 91 at intervals, an annular ring 94 with a semicircular cross section is provided on an outer circumference of the annular plate 93, and a top of the annular ring 94 abuts against a bottom of the annular cavity 801.
Here, the seal ring 9 may be a seal ring having another structure such as an O-ring, as long as it can provide a sealing effect.

Claims (10)

1. The packaging machine comprises a base plate (10), wherein a fixing plate (20) is arranged at the top end of the base plate (10), a sliding groove (201) is formed in the fixing plate (20), a sliding rod (30) and a sliding block (40) which are sequentially connected are arranged in the sliding groove (201) in a sliding fit mode, the sliding block (40) is located at the lower end of the sliding rod (30), the bottom end of the sliding block (40) can abut against the bottom of the sliding groove (201), a limiting block (50) is arranged in the sliding groove (201), the limiting block (50) is close to the top of the fixing plate (20), and the top end of the sliding block (40) can abut against the bottom end of the limiting block (50);
when the bottom end of the sliding block (40) abuts against the bottom of the sliding groove (201), the lower locking mechanism can be connected with the sliding block (40) through a first hole (2011) in the side wall of the sliding groove (201) so as to connect the sliding block (40) with the fixed plate (20);
when the top end of the sliding block (40) abuts against the bottom end of the limiting block (50), the locking mechanism positioned above can be connected with the sliding block (40) through a second hole (2012) positioned on the side wall of the sliding groove (201) so as to connect the sliding block (40) with the fixing plate (20).
2. The packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixed plate (20) has, on its outer side, a pair of mounting plates (202), said mounting plates (202) being in one-to-one correspondence with said locking mechanisms comprising:
the driving motor (1), the said driving motor (1) is installed on the rear side of the said mounting plate (202);
the first end of the first driving plate (2) is sleeved on a motor shaft of the driving motor (1);
the first end of the second driving plate (3) is sleeved on the motor shaft of the driving motor (1), and the second driving plate (3) is positioned on the front side of the first driving plate (2);
an arc-shaped plate (4), wherein the second end of the first driving plate (2) is pivoted on the first end of the arc-shaped plate (4), and the second end of the second driving plate (3) is pivoted on the second end of the arc-shaped plate (4);
the second end of the arc-shaped plate (4) is pivoted on the first end of the swing rod (5), and the second end of the swing rod (5) is pivoted on the mounting plate (202);
locking piece (6), arc wall (41) have on arc (4), the first end of locking piece (6) with arc wall (41) sliding fit, the second end of locking piece (6) can stretch into and be located in draw-in groove (401) of slider (40) one side, with slider (40) block is connected, in order to incite somebody to action slider (40) with fixed plate (20) link to each other.

The packaging machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first driving plate (2) comprises a first circular plate (21) and a first conical plate (22), the first circular plate (21) is sleeved on the motor shaft of the driving motor (1), the first circular plate (21) is arranged eccentrically to the motor shaft of the driving motor (1), the large end of the first conical plate (22) is connected to the first circular plate (21), and the small end of the first conical plate (22) is pivoted on the first end of the arc-shaped plate (4).

The packaging machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the second driving plate (3) comprises a second circular plate (31) and a second conical plate (32), the second circular plate (31) is sleeved on the motor shaft of the driving motor (1), the second circular plate (31) is arranged eccentrically to the motor shaft of the driving motor (1), the second circular plate (31) is located at the front side of the first circular plate (21), the large end of the second conical plate (32) is connected with the second circular plate (31), and the small end of the second conical plate (32) is pivoted on the second end of the arc-shaped plate (4).

The packaging machine according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the locking member (6) comprises a small circular plate (61) and a locking rod (62), a pin (63) is provided at the front end of the small circular plate (61), the pin (63) is slidably engaged with the arc-shaped groove (41), a first end of the locking rod (62) is connected with the small circular plate (61), and a second end of the locking rod (62) can extend into the slot (401) to be snap-connected with the slider (40) so as to connect the slider (40) with the fixed plate (20).
6. The packaging machine according to claim 5, characterized in that a magnet (60) is fixed on the bottom of the slot (401), said magnet (60) being able to attract the second end of the locking lever (62) onto the bottom of the slot (401).

The packaging machine according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that two protective covers (7) are provided on the outer side of the fixed plate (20), the protective covers (7) correspond to the locking mechanisms, the protective covers (7) are used for protecting the locking mechanisms, one end of each protective cover (7) close to the fixed plate (20) is provided with a plurality of connecting posts (71), one end of each connecting post (71) close to the fixed plate (20) is provided with a hemispherical portion (711), one side of the fixed plate (20) is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves (203), the clamping grooves (203) correspond to the connecting posts (71) in a one-to-one manner, the hemispherical portions (711) can extend into the clamping grooves (203), two sides of each connecting post (71) are provided with notches (712), and two clamping components are provided in the fixed plate (20), the clamping components correspond to the notches (712) one to one, and the notches (712) can be clamped and connected with the clamping components to install the protective cover (7) on the fixing plate (20).

The packaging machine according to claim 9, wherein the sealing ring (9) comprises a base ring portion (91), the base ring portion (91) is located in an annular cavity (801) in the dust cover (80), an annular protrusion (92) is arranged on the inner periphery of the base ring portion (91), the annular protrusion (92) is embedded in an annular groove (204) located on the fixing plate (20), a plurality of annular plates (93) distributed at intervals are arranged on the outer periphery of the base ring portion (91), an annular ring (94) with a semicircular section is arranged on the outer periphery of each annular plate (93), and the top of each annular ring (94) abuts against the bottom of the annular cavity (801).
