The technical scheme is as follows: a paperboard heating, drying and printing device comprises a support, rotating wheels and conveyor belts, wherein the rotating wheels are symmetrically arranged at the right part of the support through bearings, the conveyor belts, a baking box, support rods, first gears, support rods, motors, sector gears, a printing mechanism, a storage box, a discharging pipe, a discharging mechanism and a swinging mechanism are further included, the conveyor belts are matched on the two rotating wheels, the support rods are uniformly connected to the outer sides of the conveyor belts at intervals, the number of the support rods is three, the left end of one rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the first gear, the front side of the upper part of the support is obliquely and fixedly connected with the support rods, the right part of the support rods is fixedly connected with the motor, the sector gears are fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor, the sector gears are meshed with the first gear, the printing mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the support, the storage box is connected to the upper part of the printing mechanism, and six discharging pipes are uniformly arranged at intervals at the bottom of the storage box, the right side of storage case is provided with unloading mechanism, and unloading mechanism and six unloading pipe cooperations are provided with swing mechanism in the rear side of support, and swing mechanism is connected with the rotation wheel right-hand member on upper portion, toast the case and install on the support.

Example 1
A heating, drying and printing device for paperboards is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-6, and comprises a support 1, a baking box 101, rotating wheels 2 and a conveyor belt 3, wherein the rotating wheels 2 are symmetrically arranged at the right part of the support 1 through bearings, the support further comprises a support rod 4, a first gear 5, a support rod 6, a motor 7, a sector gear 8, a printing mechanism, a storage box 15, a discharging pipe 16, a discharging mechanism and a swinging mechanism, the conveyor belt 3 is matched on the two rotating wheels 2 for transmission, the support rods 4 for supporting the drying function of the paperboards are uniformly connected to the outer side of the conveyor belt 3 at intervals, the number of the support rods 4 is three, and the first gear 5 is fixedly connected to the left end of the rotating wheel 2 above;
the upper part of the support 1 is provided with a printing mechanism, the upper part of the printing mechanism is connected with a material storage box 15, six blanking pipes 16 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the material storage box 15 at intervals, the front side of the upper part of the support 1 is obliquely and fixedly connected with a support rod 6, the right part of the support rod 6 is fixedly connected with a motor 7 through a bolt, an output shaft of the motor 7 is fixedly connected with a sector gear 8, and the sector gear 8 is meshed with the first gear 5;

When the carton board needs to be printed, an operator needs to firstly place the prepared coating in the storage box 15, then start the motor 7 to rotate forwards, the motor 7 drives the sector gear 8 through the output shaft, the sector gear 8 rotates forwards to drive the first gear 5 to rotate backwards, the first gear 5 rotates backwards to drive the rotating wheel 2 to rotate backwards, so that the swinging mechanism swings, the swinging mechanism can uniformly drop the coating in the storage box 15 on the printing mechanism through the blanking mechanism, finally the operator places the carton board needing to be printed under the printing mechanism, then the sector gear 8 can be separated from the first gear 5 and meshed with the printing mechanism, so as to drive the printing mechanism to print the support plate 17, when the printed carton board falls onto the support plate on the conveyor belt 3, when the motor 7 continues to rotate, the sector gear 8 can be separated from the printing mechanism and meshed with the first gear 5 again, the rotating wheel 2 can drive the carton to move downwards through the supporting rod 4 on the conveying belt 3, so repeatedly operate, the carton board with good printing can enter the baking box 101, so that the baking box 101 dries the coating on the carton board, and the function of heating, drying and printing the carton board is achieved.

the printing wheel 12 can print the carton board by reversing, drives the carton board to move downwards, and finally pushes the printed carton board down onto the support rod 4, thereby completing the function of printing the carton board.
Example 2
A heating, drying and printing device for paperboards is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-6, and comprises a support 1, rotating wheels 2 and a conveyor belt 3, wherein the rotating wheels 2 are symmetrically arranged at the right part of the support 1 through bearings, the device also comprises a support rod 4, a first gear 5, a support rod 6, a motor 7, a sector gear 8, a printing mechanism, a storage box 15, a discharging pipe 16, a discharging mechanism and a swinging mechanism, the conveyor belt 3 is matched on the two rotating wheels 2 for transmission, the support rods 4 for supporting the drying function of the paperboards are uniformly connected to the outer side of the conveyor belt 3 at intervals, the number of the support rods 4 is three, and the first gear 5 is fixedly connected to the left end of the rotating wheel 2 above;
the upper part of the support 1 is provided with a printing mechanism, the upper part of the printing mechanism is connected with a material storage box 15, six blanking pipes 16 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the material storage box 15 at intervals, the front side of the upper part of the support 1 is obliquely and fixedly connected with a support rod 6, the right part of the support rod 6 is fixedly connected with a motor 7 through a bolt, an output shaft of the motor 7 is fixedly connected with a sector gear 8, and the sector gear 8 is meshed with the first gear 5;

When the sector gear 8 contacts with the first gear 5, the rotating wheel 2 can drive the chuck 23 to rotate, because the chuck 23 contacts with the universal ball 27, the universal ball 27 can be pushed leftwards to drive the guide rod 25 to move leftwards through the universal seat 26, so that the guide rod 25 can push the bottom of the swinging rod 31 to swing leftwards, the bottom of the swinging rod 31 can drive the upper part to swing rightwards, the torsion spring 32 can be compressed, when the concave part of the chuck 23 contacts with the universal ball 27, the universal seat 26 can reset through the reset spring 28, the swinging rod 31 can reset through the torsion spring 32, because the groove is uniformly arranged on the outer side of the chuck 23 at intervals, and the function that the swinging rod 31 can push the roller 22 to move rightwards for multiple times is achieved.
