In machining, a part is usually required to be milled to obtain the size and the shape of a required part, the part needs to be clamped before the part is milled to ensure that the part does not deviate under high-speed operation, namely, the center position of the part is unchanged, however, in the existing part machining, some irregular parts such as arc-shaped parts are often arranged, the irregular parts also need to be clamped when being milled, the arc-shaped parts are difficult to be positioned at the center of a clamp when the arc-shaped parts are clamped and debugged, so that a large amount of time is required to debug the arc-shaped parts to be aligned to the center of the clamp when the arc-shaped parts are milled, and the debugging process needs a clamping hand of a single adjusting clamp, so that the operation is complicated.
The anchor clamps of current irregular part need the staff to debug anchor clamps, for example position control and pressure adjustment etc, at the in-process of debugging because the irregularity of part shape, when debugging its anchor clamps, because the tong on the anchor clamps is fixed unchangeable, can not carry out corresponding regulation according to the size of part shape, make when pressing from both sides the clamp to irregular part, the tong can be less with the stress point between the uneven face on the irregular part surface, the part easily takes place the skew in the high-speed operation in-process of anchor clamps, need press from both sides tight processing to the part again.
