s3: the transfer table 51 and the mechanical arm 52 are driven by the conveyor belt 40 to move towards the tail end of the conveyor belt 40 at the same time, the blank materials of the head mounting rod 4 are clamped by the mechanical arm 52 and placed on the punching device 49 to penetrate through the mounting hole 56, and the blank materials are transferred to the head mounting rod discharging box 42 by the mechanical arm 52 after the punching is finished.
