The invention relates to a pouring gate device for an investment casting process and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pouring gate device comprises a bottom pouring gate, a main pouring gate and a straight pouring gate are bonded on the bottom pouring gate in parallel, an auxiliary pouring gate is further bonded on the straight pouring gate, the auxiliary pouring gate and the bottom pouring gate are used for clamping a wax module, an inner pouring gate is further bonded on the straight pouring gate, the inner pouring gate extends into a preset cavity of the wax module, the bottom pouring gate, the main pouring gate, the auxiliary pouring gate and the inner pouring gate are all made of wax materials, the straight pouring gate comprises a pouring gate inner core, the outer surface of the pouring gate inner core is coated with a surface layer, and the surface layer is made of the wax materials. In addition, the invention also provides the specific steps of the preparation method of the pouring gate device.
