Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a protective sleeve of a deep venous catheter for hemodialysis.
Background
Hemodialysis is to drain blood in vivo to the outside of the body and dialyze the blood by a dialysis machine to remove metabolic waste in the body and maintain the balance of electrolyte and acid and alkali; and removing excessive water in the body, and returning the purified blood.
In hemodialysis, blood is introduced into a human body after being drawn out of the human body by a deep venous catheter. One end of the existing deep venous catheter is implanted into a human body, and the other end of the existing deep venous catheter is provided with two connectors connected with an extracorporeal circulation pipeline. The deep venous catheter belongs to an indwelling pipeline and is continuously indwelling on a human body for next use after dialysis is finished. In order to ensure the cleanness of the deep venous catheter, the prior protection mode is to wind the whole catheter by using gauze and then paste the whole catheter on a human body by using a large amount of adhesive tapes.
The above treatment method has the following disadvantages:
1. in order to prevent infection, the patient can not take a bath, and the pollution of sewage is avoided.
2. Catheters are prone to contamination, moisture and increased risk of infection.
3. The gauze and the adhesive tape are spliced layer by layer, so that the gauze and the adhesive tape are easy to expose and poor in tightness.
4. The adhesive plaster is adhered to the human body too much and too dense, so that the skin is easily torn, and allergy and pruritus are easily caused.
5. The conduit presses the skin for a long time, and the impression is easily generated on the skin.
6. The process of wrapping the catheter and bonding is cumbersome and consumes a lot of time.
7. Gauze and adhesive tape cover whole puncture point, are difficult to observe the inflammation condition.
