Background

A. stirring and grinding frankincense and sulfur into powder in a reaction kettle for later use;
B. mixing herba Agastaches, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, folium Artemisiae Argyi, herba asari, radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Glycyrrhrizae radix, and Hippocampus, and grinding into powder;
C. heating the copper pot, pouring the frankincense and sulfur powder into the copper pot, continuously stirring, pouring the traditional Chinese medicine component powder in the step B into the copper pot after the frankincense powder and the sulfur powder are heated and melted into liquid, and continuously stirring to uniformly melt the traditional Chinese medicine component powder into a whole;
D. then, the musk is put into a copper pot, the copper pot is taken out of the fire, and the musk is cooled to finish the preparation work of the fire-shooting part of the plaster;
E. heating an iron pan, and pouring sesame oil into the iron pan to heat the sesame oil;

In the step C of the preparation method of the plaster, the temperature of a copper pot is heated to 80-110 ℃, and then the frankincense and sulfur powder are poured into the copper pot and are continuously stirred.
Preferably, in step E of the preparation method of the plaster, the temperature of the iron pan is heated to 90-100 ℃, and sesame oil is poured into the iron pan to heat the sesame oil.
Preferably, in the step I of the preparation method of the plaster, the prepared plaster is sealed and packaged and stored for later use.

F. pouring radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, herba Ephedrae, rhizoma Pinelliae, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata, radix Aconiti, cortex Ceratophylli, Glycyrrhrizae radix, cortex Cinnamomi, rhizoma arisaematis, ramulus Cinnamomi, caulis Endadae Phaseoloidis, Notoginseng radix, herba asari, and radix Dipsaci into heated oil pan, stirring to heat the medicine uniformly, heating to liquid, removing residues, filtering, and making into ointment;
G. f, adding frankincense, myrrh and dragon's blood into the cream oil prepared in the step F, and continuously stirring until the mixture is melted;
H. d, pouring the minium into the melted cream oil in the step G, continuously heating, continuously stirring clockwise, stopping heating when the minium emits green smoke, and cooling for later use;
I. and D, adhering the fire-shooting part prepared in the step D with the cream part prepared in the step H to complete the preparation of the plaster.
The prepared plaster is sealed and packaged, and stored for later use.
The pharmaceutical efficacy of the present invention is illustrated below:
1. the patient plum is a woman of 28 years old, and before taking the medicine, the cervical vertebra is aching and painful, the head is faint, the shoulder and the back are painful, the arm is painful and powerless, the hand movement is obstructed, the arm is lifted and limited, the joint movement function is influenced, the person can not lift the spirit, and the life is difficult to take. After the plaster is used for three courses of treatment, compared with the prior symptoms, the head is not dim, the eyes are brighter, the pain of cervical vertebra, arms, shoulders and back disappears, the movement is more free, and the symptoms are treated.
2. The patient has history of a certain disease, female, age 60, knee joint pain, swelling, hydrarthrosis inside joints and other diseases before medication, difficulty in walking and weakness of feet. After two courses of treatment with the plaster, compared with the prior symptoms, the knee joint swelling disappears, the soreness and pain feeling is not existed, the walking is convenient and free, and the symptoms are treated.
3. The patient is in a certain soup, male, age 56, and has soreness of waist and pain before administration, and nerve root compression, which causes sciatica, soreness and distending pain of thigh, numbness of leg and foot, difficulty in getting up, difficulty in walking, and weakness after standing for a long time. After two courses of treatment with the plaster, compared with the previous symptoms, the pain in the waist disappears, the walking is easy and free, the legs and feet are not numb any more, and the symptoms are treated.
