Abstract
本发明公开了一种嫩白抗皱修复眼霜及其制备方法。该嫩白抗皱修复眼霜包括如下原料:复合植物提取液、多肽液、抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂、增稠剂、烟酰胺、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、植物甾醇类、螯合剂、尿囊素、甘油、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10‑30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、丁二醇、乳化剂、PEG‑100甘油硬脂酸酯0.5~3%、甘油硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、pH调节剂、水合硅石、防腐剂。本发明提供的眼霜具有使用功效显著、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的优势,各原料合理复配,眼霜质地均匀柔和,使眼部肌肤柔嫩细腻平滑,光滑通透,效果显著,而且生产工艺简单、成本低廉、安全环保。

本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,特别涉及一种嫩白抗皱修复眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼部是人体最脆弱的地方,也容易衰老的地方,非常容易长出皱纹,所以要特别的呵护。眼部皮肤薄弱所含胶原蛋白和弹力蛋白的流失,所以容易出现眼袋、皱纹、眼角下垂、黑眼圈等问题,因此使用眼霜是必要的。随着科学技术的发展,市面上用于眼部的化妆品日益增多,有保湿、去皱、去黑眼圈、去眼袋等功效的眼霜产品,但是市场销售的眼霜吸收不好,功能效果不明显,甚至引起油脂粒、过敏等一些不良反映,嫩肤效果差,质地不够均匀柔和。因此,十分有必要研究开发一种性能温和、无刺激、无副作用、效果显著的眼霜产品,也让消费者有更多的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种嫩白抗皱修复眼霜及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供的一种嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:
复合植物提取液1~15%、多肽液1~5%、抗氧化剂0.01~1%、皮肤调理剂0.01~1%、增稠剂0.1~2%、烟酰胺1~5%、澳洲坚果籽油1~5%、霍霍巴油酸癸酯1~5%、植物甾醇类0.1~5%、螯合剂0.02~1%、尿囊素0.1~0.5%、甘油1~10%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01~0.5%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.2%、丁二醇1~10%、乳化剂1~5%、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯0.5~3%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.1~2%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1~10%、碳酸二辛酯1~5%、红没药醇0.01~1%、pH调节剂0.01~0.5%、水合硅石0.01~1%、防腐剂0.1~1.4%。
优选的,所述复合植物提取液中的植物提取物选自细叶益母草提取物、稻糠提取物、铁皮石斜提取物中的任意一种或多种。
进一步优选的,所述细叶益母草提取物、稻糠提取物、铁皮石斜提取物的重量比为5:3:2。
进一步优选的,所述复合植物提取液中的植物提取物的含量为20~50%。
优选的,所述多肽液中的多肽为精氨酸/赖氨酸多肽,多肽的含量为10~30g/L。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂选自视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚中的任意一种或两种。
优选的,所述皮肤调理剂由视黄醇、硅石、PPG-3苄基醚肉豆蔻酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-20、聚乙烯亚胺-10、丁羟甲苯、丁羟茴醚、月桂醇月桂酸酯、玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯组合而成。

第二方面,本发明提供的一种如第一方面所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分水、尿囊素、部分螯合剂、甘油、烟酰胺、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠加入乳化锅,开启搅拌10~30转/分钟,高速均质1~5分钟至完全溶解;
(2)向乳化锅内加入丁二醇、部分防腐剂,加热至80~90℃均质1~5分钟至完全溶解;
(3)将乳化剂、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇类、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、部分防腐剂加入油锅中,加热至80~90℃搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)将抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂加入油锅搅拌溶解;
(5)将油锅中的物料抽入乳化锅中,抽真空均质5~15分钟;
(6)向乳化锅中加入增稠剂均质1~5分钟,再加入pH调节剂,抽真空保温10~30分钟消泡;
(7)降温不高于45℃,将剩余的螯合剂溶于剩余的水后加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀;
(8)向乳化锅中依次加入多肽液、水合硅石、复合植物提取液、剩余的防腐剂,搅拌10~20分钟即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜具有使用功效显著、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的优势,适合所有人使用,各原料合理复配,眼霜质地均匀柔和,使眼部肌肤柔嫩细腻平滑,光滑通透,效果显著;其中,复合植物提取液中的有效成分为细叶益母草提取物、稻糠提取物、铁皮石斜提取物,植物来源,活化血小板细胞,促进眼部的血液流动,消除眼部誓时性水肿眼袋,淡化血管型黑眼圈,给以损坏的眼部肌肤补充营养,恢复活力功效;多肽液中的多肽为精氨酸/赖氨酸多肽,模拟天然的μ芋螺霉素,由22个氨基酸构成,具有μ芋螺霉素二硫键架骨架,分子中三对二硫键链接方式为C3-C15,C4-C21,C10-C22,其结构通过高度折叠,穿透能力强,具有强效的抑制肌肉收缩作用,以此具有迅速地即时祛皱效果;而皮肤调理剂能缓慢释放视黄醇,通过视黄醇促进眼部细胞分裂和代谢,以新替旧,细致毛孔、平复皱纹赶走黑眼圈,重组纤维细胞,促进胶原蛋白再生,重塑肌肤弹性,清除自由基,抑制络氨酸酶活性提亮眼周肌肤;其他组分如澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯等成分具有优异的保湿补水作用,还能增强肌肤的防御能力。
(2)本发明提供的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、安全环保,具有极高的经济价值。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的复合植物提取液中的植物提取物由重量比为5:3:2的细叶益母草提取物、稻糠提取物、铁皮石斜提取物组成,所述复合植物提取液中的植物提取物的含量为40%。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的多肽液中的多肽为精氨酸/赖氨酸多肽,多肽的含量为10~30g/L。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的抗氧化剂由视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚按照1:1的重量比混合而成。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的皮肤调理剂为Multisal Retinol油分散包裹视黄醇,其成分为视黄醇、硅石、PPG-3苄基醚肉豆蔻酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-20、聚乙烯亚胺-10、丁羟甲苯、丁羟茴醚、月桂醇月桂酸酯、玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯,视黄醇首先包含在亚微米球体内,亚微米球体又包裹在较大的微球体内,当乳液被摩擦到皮肤中时,微球破裂,释放出包含视黄醇的核心内部包含的亚微米球体,随着时间的推移,亚微米球体缓慢释放视黄醇,从而达到促进眼部细胞分裂和代谢,以新替旧,细致毛孔、平复皱纹赶走黑眼圈,重组纤维细胞,促进胶原蛋白再生,重塑肌肤弹性。清除自由基,抑制络氨酸酶活性提亮眼周肌肤。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的乳化剂由鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷按照2:1的重量比混合而成。
需要说明的是,以下实施例和对比例中的增稠剂由丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80按照1:1:1的重量比组成。
实施例1
按照表1所示的配比准备各原料,本实施例提供的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分水(占配方量的90~98%)、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘油、烟酰胺、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠加入乳化锅,开启搅拌20转/分钟,高速均质2分钟至完全溶解;
(2)向乳化锅内加入丁二醇、羟苯甲酯,加热至85℃均质3分钟至完全溶解;
(3)将乳化剂、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇类、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、羟苯丙酯加入油锅中,加热至80~90℃搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)将抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂加入油锅搅拌溶解;
(5)将油锅中的物料抽入乳化锅中,抽真空均质10分钟;
(6)向乳化锅中加入增稠剂均质3分钟,再加入pH调节剂,抽真空保温20分钟消泡;
(7)降温不高于45℃,将甘草酸二钾溶于剩余的水后加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀;
(8)向乳化锅中依次加入多肽液、水合硅石、复合植物提取液、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,搅拌15分钟即得。
实施例2
按照表1所示的配比准备各原料,本实施例提供的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分水(占配方量的90~98%)、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘油、烟酰胺、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠加入乳化锅,开启搅拌10转/分钟,高速均质5分钟至完全溶解;
(2)向乳化锅内加入丁二醇、羟苯甲酯,加热至90℃均质1分钟至完全溶解;
(3)将乳化剂、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇类、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、羟苯丙酯加入油锅中,加热至90℃搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)将抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂加入油锅搅拌溶解;
(5)将油锅中的物料抽入乳化锅中,抽真空均质15分钟;
(6)向乳化锅中加入增稠剂均质1分钟,再加入pH调节剂,抽真空保温10分钟消泡;
(7)降温不高于45℃,将甘草酸二钾溶于剩余的水后加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀;
(8)向乳化锅中依次加入多肽液、水合硅石、复合植物提取液、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,搅拌10分钟即得。
实施例3
按照表1所示的配比准备各原料,本实施例提供的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分水(占配方量的90~98%)、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘油、烟酰胺、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠加入乳化锅,开启搅拌30转/分钟,高速均质1分钟至完全溶解;
(2)向乳化锅内加入丁二醇、羟苯甲酯,加热至80℃均质5分钟至完全溶解;
(3)将乳化剂、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇类、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、羟苯丙酯加入油锅中,加热至80℃搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)将抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂加入油锅搅拌溶解;
(5)将油锅中的物料抽入乳化锅中,抽真空均质5分钟;
(6)向乳化锅中加入增稠剂均质5分钟,再加入pH调节剂,抽真空保温30分钟消泡;
(7)降温不高于45℃,将甘草酸二钾溶于剩余的水后加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀;
(8)向乳化锅中依次加入多肽液、水合硅石、复合植物提取液、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,搅拌20分钟即得。
实施例4~7
按照表1所示的配比准备各原料,按照实施例1的制备方法制得成品。

对比例1
本对比例采用与实施例1类似的制备方法制得成品,本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于:本对比例未采用复合植物提取液,而是采用等量的纯水代替实施例1中的复合植物提取液。
对比例2
本对比例采用与实施例1类似的制备方法制得成品,本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于:本对比例未采用多肽液,而是采用等量的纯水代替实施例1中的多肽液。
对比例3
本对比例采用与实施例1类似的制备方法制得成品,本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于:本对比例未采用皮肤调理剂,而是采用等量的纯水代替实施例1中的皮肤调理剂。
过敏性测试
选取健康的小白鼠,体重为220~250g,雌雄各半,随机分为11组,分别为试验组1~10及空白对照组,试验前剔除背部毛发,面积为3cm×3cm,试验组1~10分别使用实施例1~7及对比例1~3的产品涂于小鼠背部的去毛区域,空白对照组不适用任何药品,每日一次,连续试验15天。
试验结果表明,试验组和空白对照组的小鼠皮肤均未出现任何过敏症状,致敏率为0%,本发明提供的眼霜产品的配方温和、无刺激。
稳定性测试
将密封包装的实施例1~7及对比例1~3的产品置于40℃存放24h,于室温存放24h,再于-5℃存放24h,再重复上述操作2次,观察是否有分层、浮油、色泽是否变化。测试结果显示,实施例1~7及对比例1~3的产品均未出现浮油和分层现象,而且色泽无变化,这说明本发明提供的眼霜产品质量稳定。
使用效果测试
选择女性志愿者,年龄28~45岁,随机分组,每组10名女性;志愿者每日早晚清洁面部之后涂抹眼霜。在试验第1天及试验第15天分别测定皮肤角质层的含水量,得到每组志愿者的皮肤角质层的平均含水量,并计算含水量的增幅,计算公式如下:含水量的增幅=(试验第15天的平均含水量-试验第1天的平均含水量)/试验第1天的平均含水量×100%,试验过程中观察眼部周围皱纹的变化情况,统计使用2周后,眼部皱纹明显减弱的人数,结果参见表2。

以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:
复合植物提取液1~15%、多肽液1~5%、抗氧化剂0.01~1%、皮肤调理剂0.01~1%、增稠剂0.1~2%、烟酰胺1~5%、澳洲坚果籽油1~5%、霍霍巴油酸癸酯1~5%、植物甾醇类0.1~5%、螯合剂0.02~1%、尿囊素0.1~0.5%、甘油1~10%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01~0.5%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.2%、丁二醇1~10%、乳化剂1~5%、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯0.5~3%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.1~2%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1~10%、碳酸二辛酯1~5%、红没药醇0.01~1%、pH调节剂0.01~0.5%、水合硅石0.01~1%、防腐剂0.1~1.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述复合植物提取液中的植物提取物选自细叶益母草提取物、稻糠提取物、铁皮石斜提取物中的任意一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述多肽液中的多肽为精氨酸/赖氨酸多肽,多肽的含量为10~30g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚中的任意一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂由视黄醇、硅石、PPG-3苄基醚肉豆蔻酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-20、聚乙烯亚胺-10、丁羟甲苯、丁羟茴醚、月桂醇月桂酸酯、玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉、水解玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯组合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂由丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷中的任意一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自羟苯丙酯、羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述螯合剂选自乙二胺四乙酸二钠和甘草酸二钾中的一种或两种。
10.一种如权利要求1~9中的任一项所述的嫩白抗皱修复眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分水、尿囊素、部分螯合剂、甘油、烟酰胺、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠加入乳化锅,开启搅拌10~30转/分钟,高速均质1~5分钟至完全溶解;
(2)向乳化锅内加入丁二醇、部分防腐剂,加热至80~90℃均质1~5分钟至完全溶解;
(3)将乳化剂、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴油酸癸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇类、碳酸二辛酯、红没药醇、部分防腐剂加入油锅中,加热至80~90℃搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)将抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂加入油锅搅拌溶解;
(5)将油锅中的物料抽入乳化锅中,抽真空均质5~15分钟;
(6)向乳化锅中加入增稠剂均质1~5分钟,再加入pH调节剂,抽真空保温10~30分钟消泡;
(7)降温不高于45℃,将剩余的螯合剂溶于剩余的水后加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀;
(8)向乳化锅中依次加入多肽液、水合硅石、复合植物提取液、剩余的防腐剂,搅拌10~20分钟即得。
