Background
The existing portable mower can usually replace different cutter heads, and can realize different functions, such as grass mowing, brush cutting, tree sawing, soil loosening and the like; because the power of the portable mower is low, the friction force and the heat generated in the process of cutting shrubs and sawing trees are high, the cutting effect is unsatisfactory, and the abrasion of the cutter head is high.

The invention provides a portable mower with good heat dissipation and cutting effects, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a portable mower comprises a tree sawing tool bit, a motor head structure used for driving the tree sawing tool bit to rotate, a power box used for supplying power to the motor head structure, a connecting rod with two ends connected to the power box and the motor head structure respectively, and a water source structure, wherein the motor head structure comprises a fixed block connected with the connecting rod, a driving motor fixedly connected with the fixed block, a rotating shaft connected with the driving motor, a supporting plate arranged below the rotating shaft, a fixing screw arranged below the supporting plate, a water through seat sleeved outside the driving motor, a housing sleeved outside the water through seat, a plurality of water through cavities arranged on the water through seat, a plurality of bent pipelines correspondingly communicated with the water through cavities, and a water retaining cover sleeved on the housing; gaps are formed among the water passing seat, the housing and the fixing block, and a threaded hole capable of being screwed into the fixing screw is formed in the rotating shaft.
Putting the tree sawing tool bit on the supporting plate, fastening the tree sawing tool bit by using a fixing screw, and installing the tree sawing tool bit; the power box supplies power to the driving motor, and the driving motor drives the tree sawing blade to rotate through the rotating shaft; meanwhile, the power box supplies power for the water source structure, water enters gaps formed among the water passing seat, the housing and the fixed block, then the water passing cavities of the water passing seat are reserved through bent pipelines, and finally the water falls on the tree sawing cutter head; in the structure, the water can provide heat dissipation for the tree sawing head and take away heat generated in high-speed rotation, so that the working stability of the tree sawing head is ensured, and the water can also reduce friction force in the tree sawing process, so that the cutting process is smoother, and finally the cutting effect is better; the water is left by the driving motor, so that the heat of the driving motor can be dissipated, and the performance of the driving motor is weakened due to overheating; the water is distributed through the plurality of water through cavities and the bent pipeline and is uniformly distributed on the tree sawing tool bit, so that a more uniform heat dissipation effect is achieved; the water blocking cover can block water from flowing out unnecessarily, so that the water quantity with a heat dissipation effect is kept, a certain heat dissipation effect is maintained, and the friction force is reduced.
The water source structure comprises a water inlet pipe, a filter box connected with the water inlet pipe, a water pump connected with the water inlet pipe and the water through pipe connected with the water pump; a filter screen is arranged in the filter box; the water service pipe is arranged on the connecting rod and is introduced into a gap formed among the water service seat, the housing and the fixed block.
The power box supplies power to the water pump, water is introduced from the water inlet pipe, filtered by the filter box, flows into the water through pipe, and then enters gaps formed among the water through seat, the housing and the fixed block; the filter screen in the filter box filters water to a certain extent, and prevents subsequent blockage of the water pump, the water pipe, the water cavity and the bent pipeline, so that the maintenance period of the equipment is shortened.
The tree sawing tool bit comprises a saw blade, a first cavity arranged at the circle center of the saw blade, a plurality of second cavities with one ends communicated with the first cavity, a plurality of first drainage groups arranged on the upper part of the saw blade at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of second drainage groups arranged on the lower part of the saw blade at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; a threaded hole for screwing the fixing screw in is formed in the middle of the saw blade; and a circle of saw teeth are arranged around the saw blade, and the second cavity is bent and then vertically penetrates through one side of one saw tooth.
In the process of sawing the tree, under the action of centrifugal force generated by rotation of the saw blade, water is reserved through the second cavities, the saw blade is cooled from the inside, and compared with the form of spraying water from the outside, the water is reserved through the second cavities from the inside, so that the heat dissipation effect can be improved; the water flows out from one side of the saw teeth, and the side is the back of the rotation direction of the saw blade, so that the wood chips can be prevented from entering the second cavity and being blocked.
The first drainage group comprises a first arc-shaped groove and a first straight groove, and one end of the first straight groove is communicated with one end of the arc-shaped groove; the second drainage group comprises a second arc-shaped groove and a second straight groove, and one end of the second straight groove is communicated with one end of the arc-shaped groove; any first arc-shaped groove is positioned between two adjacent second arc-shaped grooves; the first arc-shaped groove, the first straight groove, the second arc-shaped groove and the second straight groove are intersected with the second cavity along with the second channel.
In the chip removal process, one part of the mixture of the water and the wood chips is pushed out through the sawteeth, and the other part of the mixture passes through the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove and then is discharged through the first straight groove and the second straight groove; the first arc-shaped groove, the first straight groove, the second arc-shaped groove and the second straight groove can respectively increase a chip removal channel from the upper surface and the lower surface of the saw blade, so that chip removal is more common, and the saw blade runs more smoothly; meanwhile, the first arc-shaped groove, the first straight groove, the second arc-shaped groove, the second straight groove and the second channel are intersected with the second cavity, so that the weight of the blade is reduced, and the strength of the blade can be kept.
The middle of the connecting rod is provided with a first handle, the power box is provided with a second handle, the second handle is perpendicular to the first handle, the first connecting rod is internally provided with a wire group, and two ends of the first connecting rod are respectively connected with the power box and the driving motor.
An operator holds the first handle with one hand and the second handle with the other hand, the first handle and the second handle are arranged vertically, so that when the operator holds the hand grip permanently, the arm holding the first handle stretches out, the palm holds the first handle naturally, the other hand hangs down, and the palm holds the second handle naturally, so that the holding mode is more in accordance with human mechanics, and the holding equipment is easier.
The upper portion of saw tree tool bit is equipped with the baffle, the baffle connect in on the housing, the upper portion of baffle has the sector plate that is less than 1/2 circles, the lower part of baffle have connect in the arc of sector plate arc one end, the outside flaring of arc.
From being close to the mixture of operating personnel one end by discharged water and saw-dust, blocked by the baffle, the sector plate that is located the saw bit top blocks the ascending water and saw-dust mixture that splashes, the arc blocks the water and saw-dust mixture that the horizontal direction splashes, then water and saw-dust mixture fall subaerially along the inclined plane of arc, play the guard action to operating personnel, make operating personnel keep clean and tidy to a certain extent at the in-process that uses this equipment, provide good operational environment to a certain extent for operating personnel.
In conclusion, the tree sawing machine disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the water is supplied to the tree sawing tool bit, the heat dissipation effect during tree sawing is effectively improved, the cutting effect is smoother, and the small equipment can be more suitable for cutting trees and shrubs.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a portable mower comprises a tree sawing head 5, a motor head structure 2, a power supply box 3, a connecting rod 4 and a water source structure 1; the motor head structure 2; a rechargeable storage battery is arranged in the power box 3, and the storage battery can be purchased in the market and supplies power to the motor head structure 2; two ends of the connecting rod 4 are respectively connected to the power box 3 and the motor head structure 2; the water source structure 1 provides water flow for the tree sawing head 5; the motor head structure 2 comprises a fixing block 21, a driving motor 22, a rotating shaft 23, a supporting plate 24, a fixing screw 25, a water passing base 26, a water passing cavity 27, a housing 28, a bent pipeline 29 and a water retaining cover 20; the fixed block 21 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 4, and the fixed block 21 and the connection form an included angle of 127 degrees, so that the equipment is more comfortable to hold; the drive motor 22 is commercially available and has a certain waterproof property; the rotating shaft 23 is connected to the driving motor 22, and a threaded hole capable of being screwed into the fixing screw 25 is formed in the lower end of the rotating shaft 23; the support plate 24 is fixedly connected below the rotating shaft 23, the fixing screw 25 is arranged below the support plate 24, and the tree sawing motor is fixed through the support plate 24 and the fixing screw 25; the water passing seat 26 is in a cylindrical water pipe shape and is circumferentially and fixedly connected to the periphery of the driving motor 22; the cover 28 is circumferentially sleeved around the water passing seat 26, the upper end of the cover 28 is fixedly connected with the fixed block 21, and a gap is formed between the water passing seat 26 and the cover 28 and the fixed block 21, so that water can flow into the gap; the number of the water-passing cavities 27 is 6, and the water-passing cavities are vertically arranged on the water-passing seat 26 at equal intervals; the number of the bent pipelines 29 is 6, the bent pipelines are correspondingly communicated with 6 water-passing cavities 27 and fixedly connected to the lower end of the water-passing seat 26; the water blocking cover 20 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the cover shell 28.
The water source structure 1 comprises a water inlet pipe 11, a filter box 12, a water pump 13 and a water through pipe 14; one end of the water inlet pipe 11 is provided with a threaded hole and can be connected to a faucet or a backpack type water tank through a water pipe; a filter screen is arranged in the filter box 12 and can filter particles in water; the water pump 13 is connected with the water inlet pipe 11, the water pump 13 is fixedly connected to the lower part of the power supply box 3, and the water pump 13 is commercially available; one end of the water pipe 14 is connected into the water pump 13, and the other end is connected into a gap formed between the water base 26, the cover 28 and the fixed block 21, and the water pipe 14 is fixedly connected to the connecting rod 4.
The tree sawing head 5 comprises a saw blade 51, a first cavity 52, a second cavity 53, a first drainage group 54 and a second drainage group 55; a threaded hole for screwing the fixing screw 25 in is formed in the middle of the saw blade 51, and a circle of saw teeth are arranged around the saw blade 51; the first cavity 52 is arranged at the position of the center of the saw blade 51; the number of the second cavities 53 is 6, one end of each second cavity 53 is communicated with the first cavity 52, and the other end of each second cavity 53 vertically penetrates through one side of a certain sawtooth after being bent for one time; the number of the first drainage groups 54 is 6, and the first drainage groups are equidistantly arranged on the upper part of the saw blade 51 in the circumferential direction; the number of the second drainage groups 55 is 6, and the second drainage groups are equidistantly arranged at the lower part of the saw blade 51 in the circumferential direction; the side where the teeth of the second cavity 53 are opened is the rear side of the saw blade 51 when the saw blade rotates in a circle, and does not contact with the shrub.
The first drainage group 54 comprises a first arc-shaped slot 541 and a first straight slot 542; one end of the first arc-shaped groove 541 starts from a sawtooth of the second cavity 53, the other end extends to a position close to the first cavity 52, one end of the first straight groove 542 is communicated with one end of the first arc-shaped groove 541, the other end extends to the sawtooth direction, and the first straight groove 542 and the first arc-shaped groove 541 are cut to form an included angle of 120 degrees; the second drainage group 55 includes a second arcuate slot 551 and a second straight slot 552; one end of the second arc-shaped groove 551 starts from the sawtooth of the second cavity 53, and the other end extends to a position close to the first cavity 52, one end of the second straight groove 552 is communicated with one end of the second arc-shaped groove 551, and the other end extends to the sawtooth direction, and the second straight groove 552 and the second arc-shaped groove 551 are cut to form an included angle of 120 degrees; any one first arc-shaped groove 541 is positioned between two adjacent second arc-shaped grooves 551; the first arcuate slot 541, the first straight slot 542, the second arcuate slot 551, and the second straight slot 552 all intersect the second cavity 53 with the second channel.
A first handle 41 is fixedly connected to the middle of the connecting rod 4, a second handle 31 is fixedly connected to the power box 3, the first handle 41 is parallel to a plane formed by the body of an operator, and the second handle 31 is perpendicular to the first handle 41; the first connecting rod 4 of the other arm is provided with a wire set, and two ends of the wire set are respectively connected with the power box 3 and the driving motor 22.
A baffle plate 6 is arranged above the saw tree bit 5, the baffle plate 6 is connected to the cover shell 28, a sector plate 61 with an angle of 120 degrees is arranged at the upper part of the baffle plate 6, an arc-shaped plate 62 connected to one arc-shaped end of the sector plate 61 is arranged at the lower part of the baffle plate 6, and the arc-shaped plate 62 is flared outwards.
The specific working process is as follows: the tree sawing blade is placed on the supporting plate 24 and then fastened by the fixing screw 25, and the tree sawing blade is installed; an operator holds the first handle by one hand and holds the second handle by the other hand; the power box 3 supplies power to the driving motor 22 through the wire group in the connecting rod 4, and the driving motor 22 drives the tree sawing blade to rotate through the rotating shaft 23; meanwhile, the power box 3 supplies power to the water pump 13, water is introduced from the water inlet pipe 11, filtered by the filter box 12 and flows into the water through pipe 14, then enters gaps formed among the water through seat 26, the cover 28 and the fixed block 21, then 6 water through cavities 27 of the water through seat 26 are reserved through the bent pipeline 29 and finally fall into the first cavity 52; in the process of sawing trees, under the action of centrifugal force generated by rotation of the saw blade 51, water is retained in each second cavity 53, the saw blade 51 is cooled from the inside, and then the water plays a role in reducing resistance in the process of sawing trees through the contact part of the saw teeth and the trees; during chip discharging, a part of the mixture of water and wood chips is pushed out by the saw teeth, and the other part of the mixture passes through the first arc-shaped groove 541 and the second arc-shaped groove 551 and then is discharged through the first straight groove 542 and the second straight groove 552; from being close to the mixture of operating personnel one end by discharged water and saw-dust, blocked by baffle 6, the sector plate 61 that is located saw bit 51 top blocks the water and saw-dust mixture that upwards splashes, and the arc 62 blocks the water and saw-dust mixture that the horizontal direction splashes, then the water and saw-dust mixture falls subaerially along the inclined plane of arc 62, plays the guard action to operating personnel.
