Abstract
The invention relates to a multifunctional plant seedling raising device fully utilizing a light source, which comprises a reflector (1), a rotating device (2) for adjusting the rotating angle of the reflector, an upright post (3) for supporting the reflector and a seedbed (4) for raising seedlings, wherein the reflector (1) is positioned above the seedbed, and the height of the reflector can be adjusted; the device is characterized in that the reflector (1) can rotate through the rotating device (2) according to the illumination direction of the light source, and reflected light irradiates the seedbed (4); the device can fully do benefit to the illumination, is favorable to the growth of plant, and it is effectual to keep warm simultaneously, prevents that peripheral barrier from sheltering from the illumination and influencing vegetation simultaneously.
Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a multifunctional plant seedling raising device which fully utilizes a light source, in particular to a device which is more beneficial to plant seedling raising by changing the light irradiation direction and adjusting the height position of a seedbed.
Background
In the process of plant seedling culture, illumination and moisture are important environmental factors required by plant seedling culture; the method is characterized in that the plant is continuously adjusted according to different requirements of different growth stages of the plant, and most of the conventional methods are light supplement through an electric lamp in a greenhouse, watering and moisturizing, and dehumidifying by a fan; however, most of these methods are costly, and the temperature greenhouse needs to be selected at a proper position, and if there are many obstacles such as surrounding trees and houses, the illumination will be uneven.
The invention discloses an automatic moving three-dimensional seedbed system capable of adjusting light transmittance through retrieval, which is disclosed by the Chinese patent document publication No. CN104604598A, wherein the daylighting rate is fully achieved through moving of the seedbed, but the moving difficulty of the seedbed is higher, and the seedbed is easy to damage.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a multifunctional plant seedling raising device which fully utilizes a light source, and aims to change the light direction by using a reflector, adjust the height position of a seedbed to match with illumination and simultaneously facilitate the temperature to keep proper temperature and illumination; the specific scheme is as follows.
A multifunctional plant seedling raising device fully utilizing a light source comprises a reflector, a rotating device for adjusting the rotating angle of the reflector, a stand column for supporting the reflector and a seedbed for raising seedlings, wherein the height of the reflector above the seedbed is adjustable; the reflector can rotate through the rotation angle of the rotating device according to the illumination direction of the light source, and reflected light irradiates the seedbed; when the sun just rises or quickly descends the mountain; because peripheral obstacles shield, the illumination can not directly irradiate the seedbed, and the reflected light irradiates the seedbed by changing the light direction of the reflector.
The seedbed is positioned above the ground, and light blocking devices with the height lower than that of the upright posts are arranged on two sides of the seedbed; the light blocking device is a surrounding obstacle, so that even if the hard obstacle blocks light, the light can be reflected by the reflector to irradiate the seedbed.
The seedbed is positioned on an underground plane below the ground, and the underground plane is provided with a drainage channel; because the seedbed is located underground, can keep the temperature, the highlight high temperature weather can prevent that the young seedling spoon from hindering.
A lifting device is arranged below the seedbed, and the position height of the seedbed can be freely lifted; when the illumination is needed, the position of the seedbed can be raised a little, and when the shading is needed, the position of the seedbed can be lowered a little.
And a protective layer which can fully transmit light and permeate water is arranged above the seedbed.
The protective layer can be provided with a sunshade net or a transparent plastic film to cover the protective layer; when sunlight is needed and the temperature is raised, plastic film is used for covering; when the illumination intensity is too high, the sun-shading net can be used for covering.
The reflector is a plane mirror or a curved mirror coated with a reflective material.
The number of the reflectors corresponding to each seedbed is more than 2; this allows to obtain reflected light at least when the light source is illuminated from two different directions.
The seedbed is located in the greenhouse.
The rotating device is an intelligent driving device which can be provided with a program, and can be used for setting rotating angles in different time periods in advance so as to control the angle of the reflector; the reflector can adjust the angle according to the change of the irradiation light of the light source to keep the reflected light to the seedbed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, when the illumination is insufficient, the light can be supplemented to the plants through the reflector without using an electric lamp, so that the energy is saved, and the solar illumination is fully utilized;
2. in the place with insufficient water source, the moisture preservation of the seedbed is facilitated, and meanwhile, the illumination cannot be influenced because the seedbed is underground by using the reflector for light supplement;
3. when the light intensity is too high in noon, the sunshade net can be used to prevent the seedlings from being injured by the spoon, and meanwhile, the seedbed is arranged underground, so that the seedlings can be better protected due to low underground temperature;
4. the reflector can adjust the angle according to the illumination in different time periods, so that the reflected light can illuminate the seedbed in the most waiting way;
5. the rotating reflector can provide lighting for the seedbed, the operation is easier than adjusting the angle of the seedbed, and the reflector is arranged at a position higher than the obstacle, so that the seedling raising device can adapt to various different places.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying figures 1 and 2 of the specification.
Example one
A multifunctional plant seedling raising device fully utilizing a light source comprises a reflector 1, a rotating device 2 for adjusting the rotating angle of the reflector, a stand column 3 for supporting the reflector, and a seedbed 4 for raising seedlings, wherein the height of the reflector 1 above the seedbed is adjustable; the reflector 1 can rotate through the rotating device 2 according to the illumination direction of the light source, and the reflected light irradiates the seedbed 4.
The seedbed 4 is positioned above the ground, and light blocking devices 6 with the height lower than that of the upright posts 3 are arranged on two sides of the seedbed.
And a lifting device is arranged below the seedbed 4, so that the height of the position of the seedbed 4 can be freely lifted.
And a protective layer 5 which can fully transmit light and permeate water is arranged above the seedbed 4.
The protective layer 5 can be provided with a sunshade net.
The reflective mirror 1 is a plane mirror or a curved mirror coated with reflective materials.
The number of the reflectors corresponding to each seedbed 4 is more than 2.
The rotating device 5 is an intelligent driving device which can be programmed, and can set the rotating angle in different time periods in advance so as to control the angle of the reflective mirror 1.

A multifunctional plant seedling raising device fully utilizing a light source comprises a reflector 1, a rotating device 2 for adjusting the rotating angle of the reflector, a stand column 3 for supporting the reflector, and a seedbed 4 for raising seedlings, wherein the height of the reflector 1 above the seedbed is adjustable; the reflector 1 can rotate through the rotating device 2 according to the illumination direction of the light source, and the reflected light irradiates the seedbed 4.
The seedbed 4 is positioned above the ground, and light blocking devices 6 with the height lower than that of the upright posts 3 are arranged on two sides of the seedbed.
The seedbed 4 is positioned at the position of an underground plane 7 below the ground, and the plane 7 is provided with a drainage channel.
And a lifting device is arranged below the seedbed 4, so that the height of the position of the seedbed 4 can be freely lifted.
And a protective layer 5 which can fully transmit light and permeate water is arranged above the seedbed 4.
The protective layer 5 is covered by a transparent plastic film of the protective layer 5.

The seedbed 4 is positioned above the ground, and light blocking devices 6 with the height lower than that of the upright posts 3 are arranged on two sides of the seedbed.

Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional plant seedling raising device fully utilizing a light source comprises a reflector (1), a rotating device (2) for adjusting the rotating angle of the reflector, an upright post (3) for supporting the reflector, and a seedbed (4) for raising seedlings, wherein the height of the reflector (1) above the seedbed is adjustable; the device is characterized in that the reflective mirror (1) can rotate through the rotating device (2) according to the illumination direction of the light source, and reflected light irradiates the seedbed (4).
2. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device which makes full use of light source as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seedbed (4) is located above the ground, and light blocking devices (6) with a height lower than that of the upright posts (3) are arranged at both sides.
3. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device making full use of light source as claimed in claim 1, wherein said seedbed (4) is located at a position of a ground level (7) below the ground, said ground level (7) being provided with a drainage channel.
4. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device which makes full use of light source as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lifting device is provided under the seedbed (4) to freely lift the height of the seedbed (4).
5. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device capable of making full use of light source as claimed in claims 1-4, wherein a protective layer (5) capable of transmitting light and permeating water is arranged above the seedbed (4).
6. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device which makes full use of light source as claimed in claim 5, wherein the protective layer (5) can be provided with a sunshade net or transparent plastic to cover the protective layer (5).
7. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device which makes full use of light source as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reflector (1) is a plane mirror or a curved mirror coated with reflective material.
8. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device capable of utilizing light sources fully as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of reflectors corresponding to each seedbed (4) is more than 2.
9. The multifunctional plant seedling raising device making full use of light source as claimed in claim 8, wherein said seedbed (4) is located in a greenhouse.
10. The multifunctional plant seedling device which makes full use of light source as claimed in claim 9, wherein the rotating device (5) is an intelligent driving device which can be programmed to set the rotating angle in advance at different time periods, thereby controlling the angle of the reflector (1).
