Abstract
本发明公开了一种载波负荷控制方法、网络设备、用户设备(UE)及计算机存储介质,其中,方法包括:通过广播信息,为用户设备UE配置上行带宽部分集合、以及下行带宽部分集合;其中,所述上行带宽部分集合中包含至少两个上行带宽部分,且所述至少两个上行带宽部分为所述网络设备能够分配的全部上行带宽部分中的部分;所述至少两个上行带宽部分中存在包含有随机接入信息资源配置信息至少一个第一上行带宽部分;所述下行带宽部分集合中包含至少两个下行带宽部分,且所述至少两个下行带宽部分为所述网络设备能够分配的全部下行带宽部分中的部分。
