With popularization of Voice over Long Term Evolution (VoLTE) services and terminals, more and more users are attached to a Packet Switch domain (PS) to perform Voice call through VoLTE, and if a service platform further queries information such as user states and positions based on a CS domain MSC/VLR manner, returned information is not aligned or not checked at all, for example, if the terminal is jointly attached, that is, if the terminal is attached to both CS and PS domains, the returned user states are idle, which causes misjudgment of the service platform, and the call is considered as a false calling; if the terminal is attached to the PS domain, no information can be obtained because no MSC/VLR address exists. The user state query method, the user state query device and the readable medium provided by the embodiment of the invention are used for acquiring the state information of the user so as to accurately identify whether VoLTE voice call or VoLTE data transmission is carried out.

To facilitate understanding of the invention, the technical terms involved in the invention are as follows:

Currently, for false caller calls, in order to verify that a call from an external network enters the home network through a Gateway Mobile Switch Center (GMSC), the call is triggered to a false caller detection platform, as shown in fig. 1. After the detection platform extracts the calling number, according to the network to which the detection platform judges the detection platform belongs, the platform can initiate query to the HLR or HLR/HSS to which the user belongs through a standard interface and a protocol, for example, an ATI (Any Time interaction) message of a MAP protocol contains information (such as user state, position, domain and the like) needing to be queried. The inventor finds that the voice service can be carried only in the CS domain before, the user must be attached in the CS domain, and the false calling detection platform inquires information such as user state and position from the MSC/VLR through the HLR/HSS. However, when a user attaches to VoLTE for a call or attaches to a CS domain and a PS domain in a combined manner, the user state information cannot be accurately obtained by using the existing method, and even if the user state information is obtained, it cannot be accurately identified whether the user is performing a VoLTE voice call. The method comprises the steps that when a service platform receives a user state request message aiming at a packet switching PS domain supporting VoLTE voice communication, a user state query request is sent to user data equipment; after receiving the user state query request, the user data equipment sends the user state query request to a PS domain network element registered by the user, the PS domain network element queries user state information of the user, and in order to enable a service platform to accurately determine whether the user is carrying out VoLTE voice call, the PS domain network element carries VoLTE voice state information in the user state information sent to the user data equipment, and the VoLTE voice state information is used for indicating whether the user is carrying out voice VoLTE voice call on long term evolution or not, so that after receiving the user state information, the user data equipment sends the user state information to the service platform, and enables the service platform to determine whether the user is carrying out the VoLTE voice call based on the PS domain or not according to the VoLTE voice state information included in the user state information after receiving the user state information, and therefore, the VoLTE voice state of the user can be accurately determined; in addition, when the service platform is the false calling detection platform, the false calling detection platform indicates that the user is not the false calling user when determining that the user is carrying out the VoLTE voice call based on the PS domain, and therefore, whether the user is the false calling user can be accurately identified based on the VoLTE voice state information.

Claims (10)

1. A user state query method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when receiving a user state request message aiming at a Packet Switching (PS) domain supporting VoLTE voice call, sending a user state query request to user data equipment, and acquiring user state information of a user from a PS domain network element registered by the user data equipment to the user;
receiving user state information sent by the user data equipment, wherein the user state information comprises VoLTE voice state information, and the VoLTE voice state information is used for indicating whether the user is carrying out a VoLTE voice call based on a PS domain.
2. The method of claim 1,
and if the VoLTE voice state information is that the special bearer of the APN of the IMS access point of the IP multimedia subsystem is established, determining that the user is carrying out the VoLTE voice call based on the PS domain.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the user's attachment to a packet switched PS domain supporting VoLTE voice telephony is determined as follows:
sending a domain selection request to the user data device;
receiving a domain selection result returned by the user data equipment;
and if the domain selection result is that the IMS voice based on the PS network is supported, determining that the user is attached to the PS domain supporting the VoLTE voice call.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the user is determined to be carrying out the VoLTE voice call based on the PS domain according to the VoLTE voice state information, determining that the user is not a false user.
5. A user status query device, comprising:
a sending unit, configured to send a user state query request to a user data device when receiving a user state request message for a packet switched PS domain supporting VoLTE voice call, where the user data device obtains user state information of a user from a PS domain network element registered by the user;
a receiving unit, configured to receive user status information sent by the user data device, where the user status information includes VoLTE voice status information, and the VoLTE voice status information is used to indicate whether the user is in a VoLTE voice call based on a PS domain.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a first determining unit, configured to determine that the user is performing a PS-domain-based VoLTE voice call if VoLTE voice state information is that a dedicated bearer for an APN of an IMS access point is established.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a second determining unit, configured to determine that the user is attached to a packet switched PS domain supporting VoLTE voice call according to the following method: sending a domain selection request to the user data device; receiving a domain selection result returned by the user data equipment; and if the domain selection result is that the IMS voice based on the PS network is supported, determining that the user is attached to the PS domain supporting the VoLTE voice call.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
and the identification unit is used for determining that the user is not a false user if the user is determined to be carrying out the VoLTE voice call based on the PS domain according to the VoLTE voice state information.
9. A communication device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor implements the user status query method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a method for querying a status of a user according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
