Abstract
The invention discloses a vibration system, a sound generating device and an electronic product, wherein the sound generating device comprises a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system, a magnetic gap is formed in the magnetic circuit system, the vibration system comprises a voice coil framework and a voice coil, the voice coil framework is provided with an extending end which is arranged corresponding to the magnetic circuit system of the sound generating device, the voice coil is fixedly arranged on the voice coil framework, at least part of the voice coil extends to the end part of the extending end and is arranged opposite to the end part of the extending end, so that at least part of the voice coil is overlapped with the extending end in the length direction of the voice coil framework; the sound production device provided by the invention can ensure the acoustic performance while considering small size.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products, in particular to a vibration system, a sound production device and an electronic product.
Background
With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, consumers have higher and higher requirements on electronic products, especially mobile intelligent electronic products, taking wearable devices such as smart watches, smart bracelets, smart earphones and smart glasses as examples, the development trend is more and more miniaturized and light and thin, and a sound generating device is taken as an important component of the electronic products, and is inevitably required to be developed towards the miniaturization and light and thin directions.
Disclosure of Invention

Fig. 2 and 3 show a sound generating device 101 of an electronic product before the improvement of the present invention, where the sound generating device 101 includes a vibration system 200 and a magnetic circuit system 300, where the vibration system 200 includes a voice coil bobbin 201 and a voice coil 202 disposed outside the voice coil bobbin 201, so as to avoid collision between the voice coil bobbin 201 and the voice coil 202 during vibration, it is necessary to widen a magnetic gap 301 of the magnetic circuit system 300 accordingly, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, L1 is the thickness of the voice coil bobbin 201, L2 is the thickness of the voice coil 202, L3 and L4 are correspondingly reserved evacuation gaps, and a width L of the magnetic gap 300 is L1+ L2+ L3+ L4, which may cause the magnetic gap 300 to affect the effective magnetic field strength too much, thereby reducing the electroacoustic performance of the sound generating device 101.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a sound generating device, and fig. 4 to 5 are illustrations of an embodiment of the sound generating device according to the present invention, which will be referred to as the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 4 to 5, in the present embodiment, the sound generating device 102 includes a magnetic circuit system 103 and a vibration system 104, wherein the magnetic circuit system 103 forms a magnetic gap 103a, the vibration system 104 includes a voice coil bobbin 1 and a voice coil 2, the voice coil bobbin 1 is configured to correspond to an extension end 1a of the magnetic circuit system 103 of the sound generating device 102, the voice coil 2 is fixedly mounted on the voice coil bobbin 1, the voice coil 2 at least partially extends to the extension end 1a of the voice coil bobbin 1, and is disposed opposite to an end of the extension end 1a, so that in a length direction of the voice coil bobbin 1 (in a direction of an arrow in fig. 5), the voice coil 2 at least partially overlaps the extension end 1a, and the voice coil bobbin 1 and the voice coil 2 are adapted to the magnetic gap 103 a.
In the technical scheme of the present invention, at least a portion of the voice coil 2 extends to the extension end 1a of the voice coil bobbin 1, and is disposed opposite to the end of the extension end 1a, so that in the length direction of the voice coil bobbin 1, at least a portion of the voice coil 2 is overlapped with the extension end 1a, so as to reduce the size of the whole of the voice coil 2 and the voice coil bobbin 1 occupied in the inner and outer side directions of the voice coil bobbin 1, and accordingly, the size of the magnetic gap 103a for the voice coil 2 and the voice coil bobbin 1 to adapt to can be reduced, thereby ensuring that the sound generating device 102 has sufficient effective magnetic field strength, and further improving the electroacoustic performance of the sound generating device 102.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the voice coil 2 includes an outer coil section 21 and an inner coil section 22, the outer coil section 21 is disposed opposite to an end of the extension end 1a, so that in the length direction of the voice coil bobbin 1, the outer coil section 21 is overlapped with the extension end 1a, the inner coil section 22 is disposed inside the outer coil section 21, in a direction close to the voice coil bobbin 1, the inner coil section 22 is disposed to protrude from the outer coil section 21, and a portion of the inner coil section 22 protruding from the outer coil section 21 is mounted inside the voice coil bobbin 1. That is, in the present embodiment, the voice coil 2 is provided in a stepped shape in the inward and outward direction, specifically, a stepped shape having a low outer side and a high inner side, so that the outer coil section 21 can be directly provided at the end of the extension end 1a of the voice coil bobbin 1 and fixed by the inner coil section 22. It should be apparent that the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the voice coil 2 may be higher inside and lower inside and outside, and the inner coil section 22 is disposed at the end of the extending end 1a of the voice coil bobbin 1, and the outer coil section 21 is disposed outside the voice coil bobbin 1, of course, the voice coil 2 may be disposed with a central concave portion, and the concave portion is adapted to the extending end 1a of the voice coil bobbin 1.
Further, in the present embodiment, in the direction toward the outside of the voice coil bobbin 1, the outside of the voice coil bobbin 1 is located inside the outside coil section 21, so that, in the direction toward the inside and the outside of the voice coil bobbin 1, the voice coil bobbin 1 is completely located within the range of the voice coil 2 without occupying extra dimensions, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the width of the magnetic gap 103a is L2+ L3+ L4, L2 is the thickness of the voice coil 2, L3 and L4 are the corresponding reserved relief gaps 103a, and the size of the magnetic gap 301 provided in fig. 3 is L1+ L2+ L3+ L4, so that the thickness L1 of the voice coil bobbin 1 can be reduced by the magnetic gap 103a, and the size of the gap 103a can be greatly reduced, and the electroacoustic performance can be further improved.

The manner of connecting the dome 3 and the mounting end 1b of the voice coil bobbin 1 into a whole is not limited, and the dome and the mounting end may be integrally formed, or the dome and the mounting end may be connected by an integral connection manner, such as welding. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the dome 3 is integrally formed with the voice coil bobbin 1.
Moreover, in order to enable the dome 3 and the voice coil bobbin 1 to better conduct heat of the voice coil 2, preferably, the dome 3 and the voice coil bobbin 1 are made of metal, obviously, the dome 3 and the voice coil bobbin 1 may be made of the same material or different materials, and the same metal may be integrally formed or welded, while the different metal may be welded.
Generally, the dome 3 and the voice coil bobbin 1 are made of a metal material having a light weight and a certain strength, for example, the dome 3 and the voice coil bobbin 1 may be, but not limited to, aluminum or an aluminum magnesium alloy.

the outer voice coil section is arranged opposite to the end part of the extension end, so that the outer voice coil section and the extension end are overlapped in the length direction of the voice coil framework; and the number of the first and second groups,
the voice coil comprises an outer voice coil section, an inner voice coil section and a voice coil framework, wherein the outer voice coil section is arranged on the inner side of the outer voice coil section, the inner voice coil section protrudes out of the outer voice coil section in the direction close to the voice coil framework, and the part, protruding out of the outer voice coil section, of the inner voice coil section is arranged on the inner side of the voice coil framework.
2. The vibration system of claim 1 wherein the outer side of the voice coil former is located within the outer voice coil section in a direction outward of the voice coil former.
3. The vibration system of claim 1 wherein the voice coil former further comprises a mounting end opposite the extended end, the vibration system further comprising a dome integrally connected to the mounting end of the voice coil former.
4. A vibratory system in accordance with claim 3 wherein said dome is integrally formed with said voice coil former.
5. The vibration system of claim 4 wherein said dome and said voice coil former are made of metal.
6. The vibration system of claim 5 wherein said dome and said voice coil former are aluminum or aluminum magnesium alloy.
7. The vibration system of claim 3 wherein the dome has a first side facing the voice coil former and a second side facing away from the voice coil former, and wherein the first side and/or the second side of the dome is concave-convex.
8. A sound generating device, comprising:
a magnetic circuit system formed with a magnetic gap; and the number of the first and second groups,
the vibration system of any of claims 1 to 7, the voice coil former and the voice coil being adapted to the magnetic gap.
9. An electronic product, characterized by comprising the sound generating device according to claim 8.
